Another day, another Saturday. I said in a relaxed tone as I continued to stare outside my window seeing people walking free with their friends around the park relaxes me. As my house was just in front of the entrance of our local park, I often see people walking by a lot. I am often alone by myself as I only have one friend that is far from here. We talk through smart phones but not so often. I usually like to write my feelings on my notebook that is open right now. Pages keep flipping on its own as wind keeps coming in from my opened window. It is really cold outside today.

As I continued to stare outside I heard a run outside my room. A familiar run, a powerful run. SISTER here she goes. Sister?, can you hear me? Came with a knock on my door, yes, I can hear you. I replied to my little sister.

Then hurry up, I want to see the dogs that are walking in the park today! She exclaimed.

Okay, okay, just give me a moment to put on my coat.

Okay! I'll wait for you at the front door! She replied.

Her walk got fainter and fainter as I walked towards my closet to get my coat, my favorite coat, Soft but thick enough to block the freezing wind, a cool warm color of pink. I put on my coat and checked myself in the mirror.

H****mm, pink looks good with this white top and baggy jeans I suppose. It really does look good.

I walked towards my door saying goodbye to my cozy bedroom. Every Saturday, well mostly, my sister and I go for walks to see the dogs or feel the breeze of the cold air. Usually this time of the year, It is often cozy and relaxing. The freezing air keeps the atmosphere very refreshing.

I walked down the stairs to see my sister very excited while putting her boots on.

Sister! You're finally here!, look! Did you see the new boots mom gave me? She shared her excitement.

Yes, she showed me first, the leather and design is very nice to see. I replied with a smile.

Indeed, it is!, can we go now? She held my hands while pointing at the door.

With a smile on my face, I opened the Door with my left hand as my right hand was holding my little sister's cute hand. An instant cool breeze made contact with our skin.

That was a cool breeze sissy. She said while jumping and smiling.

As a cool breeze make your hair dance left and right. You looked at the entrance of the park as many dog owners keep exiting and going in. The park seems busy today Sophia. I told my little sister.

You are right sissy, it is nothing to worry about tho with a smile she said More doggy.

Seeing her happy made me smile. Even tho the park is near our house, we still need to cross the road.

Crossing the road and going to the park, I made this a training day for sophia so she can learn how to cross the road and handle herself with dogs.

Okay Sophia, remember what I taught you?.

Yes sissy!, look left and right! Do not rush and take my time!.

I held her and looked left and right. It was cute how she followed my head movement.

We crossed the road and the second we got to the park entrance she rushed inside to play with the dogs and her other friends that coincidentally were there too.

Sophia!, don't go too far! I yelled. I'm just a bit worried because it is in the afternoon and without notice it will be dark soon. Another cool breeze hit my skin as I decided to take a little walk.

As I was walking near this pond I heard a scream.

Help! My dog is drowning! A lady was screaming but no one was helping the dog that was in the pond.

Considering that the water is freezing... But what will happen to that dog if nobody helps?.

I took my coat off and was about to jump in the river as the dog had little time. Suddenly an arm was blocking me. Stop, it's freezing, let me go in the river. Without hesitation the man jumped in the river and Held the dog dragging it towards the Lady. The lady reached down and held her dog.

Everyone gathered. However, no one noticed the man and just went along their day.

I ran towards him while he was resting on the cold floor.
