Ruhani Roy Kapoor lay on the bed, trembling in the dark room. Tonight was her wedding night with the younger son of the Singhania family.
There had been no wedding rituals. A man in a wheelchair was waiting for her. He had said coldly, "Send her to my room after she bathes. I want to conduct a virginity test on her."
"Virginity test," Ruhani thought, held no significance for him. He was merely taking advantage of her. To him, Ruhani was an object that he now had complete ownership of.
Suddenly, the door opened, startling Ruhani. She gripped the blanket tightly. It was said that the younger son of the Singhania family had a very dangerous and bad temper.
His mood would sour quickly due to his crippled legs and impotence, and he was often in a foul mood. Rumor had it that he had cursed his three previous wives to death.
However, many greedy people wanted to make money off this rich man, but no one in the whole town had the courage to marry their daughter to him, except for the Kapoor family!
The Kapoor family needed money. Their company was on the brink of bankruptcy, and Ruhani's father, Sanjay, had borrowed money but was struggling due to high interest rates. The creditors were threatening and intimidating them.
Ruhani's parents found a solution in this crisis—they decided to marry their daughter to the middle son of the Singhania family to get help and save their company through this relationship.
However, they did not want Ruhani's younger sister, who was still a virgin, to marry a crippled man. So, they decided that Ruhani should marry the middle son instead, even though he had been married before. Ruhani couldn't refuse her father, as her parents had raised her for the past 20 years.
She believed that parents always make decisions for the good of their children. However, Ruhani did not know that her father had betrayed her for money, to save his company.
Unaware of the deceit, Ruhani agreed to marry the middle son of the Singhania family. The sound of the wheelchair scraping the floor was loud, and Ruhani's breath was caught in her throat out of fear.
She could see a shadow approaching her in the dark. Suddenly, the blanket was lifted, and someone touched her very gently. The touch was rough and cold. "Ah..." Ruhani couldn't stop herself from screaming. The man laughed, "Ha ha... ha ha... What happened? Are you scared?"
He didn't stop touching her. His hands slowly moved from her cheeks to her neck, then down her body. Finally, his fingers started to touch her. Ruhani held the blanket tightly. She was barely able to stop herself from running away.
It was very difficult for her to stay there. Her heart was urging her to run away as fast as she could, but she managed to stay put.
The man's hands continued to move downward and reached below her waist. "Please stop," Ruhani screamed.
Before he could touch her any lower, Ruhani grabbed his hands. It was said that mentally unstable people could have violent tendencies. Thinking this, Ruhani trembled with fear and said, "Mr. Singhania, please don't do this to me...!"
"Why not?" he replied.
Ruhani was shocked. Lakshya had grabbed her hands and knew that she was trembling. "Why are you pretending to be a virgin?" Lakshya asked with a laugh.
Hearing this, Ruhani, who was lying on the bed, was stunned. "Could it be that...?" At the next moment, as the lights from the cameras turned on, Ruhani closed her eyes.
Lakshya withdrew his hands and, looking at Ruhani, said, "Should I call you Shreya or Ruhani, my dear wife?" His words sent a shiver down Ruhani's spine. When she opened her eyes,
she saw Lakshya looking at her with anger and indifference. Despite being in a wheelchair, his demeanor and nature were dominating. No one dared to talk to him or come close to him.
Was this the same man she had heard rumors about? Was he really so angry and harsh? He looked very handsome and good-looking.
It was normal for a famous, rich businessman to have rumors about him, but the rumors about Lakshya Singhania's anger and harshness were particularly prevalent. Thinking this, Ruhani Roy Kapoor was astonished.
After a while, she sat up on the bed, lowered her gaze, and said, "Look, you are mistaken. I am Shreya Roy Kapoor."
...Hearing this, Lakshya laughed, then took an envelope out of his pocket and threw it in front of Ruhani. Ruhani picked up the envelope slowly and, upon opening it, she was shocked....
When Ruhani picked up the envelope and opened it, she found some photos and real information about her sister Shreya Roy Kapoor inside.
"Could he have known her true identity from the beginning?" Ruhani clenched the envelope tightly and looked at Lakshya with pursed lips, but she couldn't muster the courage to say anything to him.
Lakshya asked, "Did your family think that because I'm disabled, I would marry just anyone?"
Ruhani lowered her head and tried to explain to Lakshya, "I am also a daughter of the Kapoor family."
Lakshya responded coldly, "So, you are the same daughter who recently got divorced. Did your family think I would happily marry a girl who divorced another man?"
Hearing Lakshya's sharp and bitter words, Ruhani suddenly recalled an incident from a few months ago. She tried to calm herself by biting her lip, but before she could, Lakshya spoke again, "I give you five minutes to leave this house."
"What...?" Ruhani looked at him and saw him glaring at her. She knew that if Lakshya threw her out, it wouldn't end well. Her family would be in trouble, and all their hopes rested on her. If she didn't do something, everything would be ruined.
So, despite her unwillingness, she would have to stay here. She couldn't watch the Kapoor family be destroyed. Ruhani took a deep breath, gathered her courage, looked into Lakshya's eyes, and said, "I know this marriage was arranged by your parents. It’s clear that you don't care about it, or else you would never have agreed. I think it's better to let me stay here rather than marrying someone else. I promise we will stay away from each other. We won't interfere in each other's lives. In front of everyone, we'll be husband and wife, but otherwise, we'll have nothing to do with each other."
Ruhani raised her hand to swear, then looked carefully at Lakshya, fearing he might reject her offer. Lakshya stared at her strangely before smiling slightly and said, "Do you really want to stay here?"
Seeing Lakshya smile made Ruhani's heart race, feeling something might go wrong, but she nodded. Lakshya smiled, then looked at her with hatred. This wasn't the first time a girl had been willing to marry him in exchange for a life of luxury and wealth instead of her sister.
Lakshya then said, "Okay, I'll give you a chance to stay here." Hearing this, Ruhani's eyes sparkled. Then Lakshya continued, "But you'll have to make me happy." Ruhani was stunned, unable to believe Lakshya could say such a thing.
Lakshya asked again, "Did you understand what I said?" and laughed, "Please don't tell me you don't know how to make a man happy or charm him. After all, you were married before." Hearing this, Ruhani was infuriated. She had been married to Abhinav Agarwal for three years, but he never accepted her as his wife, always making excuses about being busy with work.
A month ago, she saw Abhinav with a pregnant woman, and she was beautiful. That’s when her troubles began. Lakshya impatiently asked, "Say something," and swiftly snatched her blanket. Ruhani screamed, "Ah...ah...!"
"What will Ruhani do now? Stay tuned to find out... 😌❤️"
As soon as Lakshya removed the blanket, Ruhani panicked and pulled the blanket back to cover herself. Feeling humiliated, she wrapped herself in the blanket.
Lakshya no longer found Ruhani beautiful. Unhappily, he said indifferently, "You don't need to pretend to be disappointed in front of me!"
Then, looking at Ruhani angrily, he said, "If you can't do this, leave here before two minutes are up." Saying this, he turned his wheelchair and left.
"Wait.....!" Ruhani shouted.
Seeing Lakshya's rigid posture, Ruhani hesitated a bit. She wrapped herself in the blanket, got out of bed, and shouted, "Why do you want to give me so much pain? Why are you troubling me so much? Anyway, since nothing can happen between us, why don't you let me stay here peacefully? This way, you can avoid another marriage!"
Hearing this, Lakshya stopped his wheelchair. With a disappointed look, he said, "What... what did you say? That I can't do it?"
Lakshya was staring at her with red, angry eyes, as if he would run and kill her if she repeated that statement.
What is happening? Lakshya is disabled, yet he is so arrogant and proud.
Lakshya turned his wheelchair and came towards her. He was still looking at her angrily. Ruhani immediately stepped back, but Lakshya quickly advanced and grabbed her wrist.
Then, he pulled the blanket off her body. "Ah....!" Ruhani screamed, losing her balance and falling into Lakshya's lap. Lakshya, grinding his teeth in anger, said, "What did you say? That I am impotent?" He was still glaring at her angrily.
Ruhani replied, "I heard a rumor about you, that you are not capable of having physical relations." She was scared and didn't know which part of her body to cover with her hands.
She blushed and said, "Let me go, Mr. Singhania." Being so close to Lakshya suddenly made Ruhani nervous. She could smell his cologne, which was both enchanting and terrifying, reminding her of that nightmarish night. Her face turned pale thinking about it.
She could never forget that painful and horrific night. A month and a half ago, after catching her husband red-handed with another woman, she was walking alone on a deserted road.
Suddenly, a man grabbed her hand and pulled her into his car. Everything happened so quickly that she couldn't think or save herself.
She tried hard to escape, struggled, and screamed, but the man held her hands so tightly that she couldn't run away even if she wanted to.
In the end, everything was taken from her. She was raped, losing her virginity and self-respect. Due to the darkness, she couldn't even see the man's face. Who was he?
Lakshya asked, "Would you do anything to become Mrs. Singhania?" Hearing this, Ruhani was terrified because she could sense that Lakshya was getting excited.
She had been raped a month and a half ago and knew very well what it meant. Ruhani was sweating, one hand on her chest and the other pushing Lakshya away.
She said, "Please... let me go." The way they were in each other's embrace, she feared Lakshya might do something wrong.
Lakshya, irritated, said, "I don't understand why you are so scared. Is this your first time?"
Looking at him, Ruhani said, "Don't test my patience, Mr. Singhania."
He replied, "But I already told you, if you want to stay here, you have to make me happy."
Ruhani was trembling with fear. In the end, reluctantly, Ruhani decided to please Lakshya.
She stood in front of him without clothes, gathering courage with trembling hands, and began unbuttoning Lakshya's shirt. One... two... suddenly, she started feeling anxious.
Seeing her behavior, Lakshya grabbed her face firmly with his hands and said, "Am I that bad?" Ruhani softly said, "No..."
Tears were streaming down her face. She had come this far and wanted to stay in this family at any cost.
"I just... ah..." Ruhani screamed. Lakshya didn't give her a chance to speak. He pushed her hard, causing her to fall back.
He said, "I hate women like you. You're greedy." Saying this, he turned his wheelchair and left. He didn't even look back at Ruhani, who was lying on the ground.
