Right now, I'm using someone else's work for my characters' profiles. But in the near future, I will change them and create my own original characters.
Maxwell Future Town is starkly divided into four categories based on societal status. For the lower class, survival is uncertain—they subsist on the remnants discarded by the other classes.
**Maxwell Block H:** The epitome of opulence in Maxwell Future Town, where high-level executives, chiefs, and influential business owners reside in grandeur.
**Maxwell Block U:** A residential enclave for the middle class, housing government employees, teachers, and doctors amidst a facade of suburban tranquility.
**Maxwell Central Town:** A bustling hub teeming with malls, multinational corporations, luxury hotels, an amusement park, and state-of-the-art hospitals—a microcosm where all societal strata converge and clash.
**Shanty Town A:** A dark underbelly where the downtrodden reside, shadowed by the looming presence of criminals and the ever-present threat of lawlessness.
Main lead: Lana Dewfall
Age: 23
Background: No known history. Grew up as an orphan (in Shanty Town A), now survives through theft and deception.
Personality: Introverted, haunted by shadows of her past.
Strengths: Expert in robbery and lock picking, with more hidden talents to be revealed in future chapters.

Background: An orphan who grew up in Shanty Town A.
A punk rock artist, vocalist, and guitarist.
Personality: Rude, rebellious, and a fervent atheist.
Strengths: Skilled in pickpocketing and gambling.
Greck Brethold
Age: 25
Background: Known as the youngest casino owner in Maxwell Central Town, with influential connections and control over legal prostitution in the area
Personality: Flirtatious
Strengths: Champion in martial arts and master of manipulation

Background: The third son of the prominent Chinese real estate magnate in Maxwell Central Town. The company significantly contributes to the economic structure of Maxwell Future Town, but Yuxuan couldn't care less about his grandfather's reputation.

Strengths: A professional gambler with an uncanny ability to manipulate the odds

Background: A detective on a mission to expose a cult with connections to powerful individuals.
Personality: Ambitious and always skeptical of others.
Strengths: IQ of 160, excels at working smarter.

Physical evidence is cataloged and stored in secure, controlled-access evidence rooms or warehouses.
Files are organized in filing cabinets or storage rooms, often alphabetically, numerically, or by type of crime.
Only authorized personnel can access sensitive case files. This ensures the integrity and confidentiality of the information.
The room was thick with dust, the air so heavy it felt like new diseases might spawn from it. The records Richard needed were likely buried in the old, neglected filing cabinets, hidden amidst the grime of forgotten years.
Breaking into that dusty room wasn't hard for Lana at all.
She began searching through the files until she found one labeled "The Death of Nancy Sevenfold."
The case had been closed for nearly ten and a half years.

10 Million polars is equivalent to $8,000,000 USD
Richard had already paid Lana a whopping 10 million Polars just for her to steal that file, which had been rusting(not steal tho) in the evidence room for over 10 years.
Does she(Lana) care about whatever mission she's on? Probably not.
She had the file with her and was on her way to young Mister Sevenfold. It had been easy as hell. Why would Richard even pay her 10 million to do that? Seems pretty stupid.

Suddenly, she heard noises coming from behind the abandoned building blocks.
She followed the sound and saw something very weird. Was it Richard? What were they doing? It didn't sit right with her.
As she wondered, a terrible scene unfolded before her. He had been struck with something.
The body hit the ground with a loud thud, making her flinch and tremble. A thief with no survival instinct let out a blood-curdling scream.
