The shadow lingers for a moment, then melts into the darkness of the hallway.
An empty hallway. The door at the end of the corridor slams shut with a deafening thud. The shadow is nowhere to be seen.
(BAMM!)
The door is closed. The mansion is silent. A sense of unease hangs in the air.
The friends try to open the door again, but it is locked.

Oh no! We're trapped!

What are we going to do?
The friends look at each other, their eyes wide with fear.
