I was sleeping soundly when I felt a ray of sun striking on my eyes. I Felt my eyes opening at a blurry vision in front of me. I saw mom standing in front of me with pure adoration in her eyes.

"Good morning sweetheart" Mom said while she sat beside me and side hugged me.

"Good Morning Mom" I said while yawning and hugging mom back.

Although she is my step mother, I can see the pure love and affection in her eyes for me. She truly loves me a lot.

" Beta I thought last night you came very late so you should probably have forgotten about your important business meeting today that your dad told you to attend instead of him and it happened as I thought. Look, it's 7 o'clock and you are still sleeping even though you have a meeting at 9 o'clock " She said while quickly showing me the time from her phone.

" Oh shit. How can it be that I did not wake up, I slept with the alarm set at night, why did I not hear the sound of the alarm? " I said while panicking and quickly standing up from my bed.

" That's only because you don't have proper sleep these days. You go early in the morning and come back late at night. You really need a sound sleep. " She said while settling my blanket and the bed.

" Yah mom. I am just coming after freshening up. Please arrange my breakfast quickly. " I said while I went inside the washroom to freshen up.

"Ok sweetheart " I heard her faint voice.

After freshening up and putting on my formal suit and wearing my black pumps I went downstairs where everybody was having their breakfast.

" Good morning Di " Anvi said while she was having her bread toast.

"Good morning Avni. " I said while I quickly patted her head. She too is my step sister but she is very nice and i love her. She also loves me a lot.

"Good morning Princess" Dad said

" Good morning dad. How are you doing? " I said while quickly settling up on the dining table.

" Very well beta. But I am really angry that we rarely see you these days. " He said dramatically while showing his fake anger.

A chuckle left my mouth and I said " I am sorry Your highness. I will make sure it won't happen again. " I said while chuckling.

Everybody started laughing.

" So are you going for the meeting that I told you the day before yesterday ?" Dad said while sipping his coffee.

" Yes dad. But I am still confused why you chose me to attend that meeting. You too could attend it yourself." I said

" So it's time for a surprise princess. Now you should know why I am sending you for that meeting. Actually me and Mr. Advik Singhania decided to build a school for the orphanage children and the ones who can't afford  high quality education. We decided to give them almost free education. And I know it was your dream to do something for the poor and orphanage children. So we decided to make that school on your and Mr. Singhania's son's name." He said proudly.

" That's a good initiative dad but I can't do this. I want to do something for them totally on my base. " I said

" I know beta. But please don't say no. I swear you beta please do it for me if you don't want to do it for yourself "He said.

"Oh dad you are unbelievable. Who gives swears like that." I said while frowning.

"I don't know anything but you have to do it." He said concluding not letting me say anything further.

" Ok dad. I'll do it with pure dedication as it is my dream too.." I said surrendering

"That's like my girl. I love you my bacha" He said coming towards me and pecking my forehead. I smiled on this sweet action of his.

"Mom breakfast please.... I'm getting late. " I said

" Just a minute sweetheart " She shouted from the kitchen.

She came with an egg sandwich and orange juice and gave it to me. I quickly had my breakfast and bid good bye to everybody.

I took my important files and my shades with me and told my driver to take me to Singhania's office.

        SINGHANIA'S OFFICE

Author's pov :-

Aishwarya reached Singhania's office. She started walking confidently inside the singhania's office. The sound of her heels was attracting everybody's attention. She walked towards the reception removing her shades. Her confidence and intimidating aura was giving chills to the people in the hall.

She excused the receptionist and the receptionist said " Yes mam. How can I help you ? "

" I want to meet Mr. Singhania " Aishwarya said with utmost confidence that the receptionist felt nervous.

" Can you please elaborate which Singhania do you want to meet? " she said.

Aishwarya took her phone and saw the message from her father and told the receptionist " Mr. Akshraj Singhania "

"Umm. Sorry mam but do you have any appointments ? Actually sir never meets anybody without appointments. " She said nervously.

" I don't need any appointments. Tell him that Aishwarya Aggarwal wants to meet him " She said in an intimidating voice.

" Oh you are Miss. Aggarwal. I am sorry for the delay mam. We were waiting for you only. Please this way mam " another lady standing near the reception said a little nervously and started walking past her.

She took her to the lift and pressed the 30th floor button where the office of Akshraj was. She didn't have the courage to even say a single word in front of Aishwarya she was just smiling nervously whenever she had eye contact with her.

They reached the 30th floor and the lady showed her Akshraj's office and left.

She was about to enter his office when she heard some voice coming from inside.

Eavesdropping is not healthy yet those talks couldn't be ignored.

" Dad I told you I am not going to waste my time on these fucking projects. "

" But dad if I started working on these silly projects then who will do the more important works in the office. "

" Do you really think that these things are more important than my- ?" Seems like somebody cut him off.

" She is coming today. Are you serious? Firstly these silly projects and that too with silly women how could you-" He was about to say when he was cut off by opening a door in front of him.

" I am sorry Mr. Singhania for coming in directly but you can't underestimate anybody based upon their gender. " She said blankly while anger was clearly visible in her eyes.

"Who the fuck allowed you to enter my cabin without my permission ?" He said more pissed off.
