Chapter 1 - How we met!

“Hey you stop there!” some gangster running after a guy. “I already have said to you so many times that I don’t have anything to do with your boss! Please leave me alone!” the guy who was been chased said.

“Where did he disappear? He probably nearby finds him at any cost!” “Yes, boss! Let’s find him in different directions!” they said. “Huff, huff. It’s not a safe place I should better try to run out from here. Otherwise, these guys will catch me up!” the guy who was being chased said.

On the other side…

“Mrs Dan please send a car for me at the city bank on the 2nd street.” “Is something wrong Miss?” Mrs Dan asked. “Yes, the car I had taken has ruined out of gas and I can’t find another gas station here!” she said. “Alright, Miss we are sending the car as soon as possible.” Mrs Dan replied.

Back to the guy…

“Here he is! GO after he doesn’t let him run away!” those gangsters said. “I have to find another place!” he said. ‘What is that a person? I have to ask for help! Oh, no it’s just a girl. If I ask her for help she might as well come in danger as me! But I don’t have any choice.’ “Excuse me, Miss! But I am sorry to do this!” he said. “Wait, what?” she was confused. But she could say anything, he just kissed her. “He must be here somewhere!” one of the gangsters said. “Boss, look at here!” one of them called. “Hey, you idiot don’t disturb around! We are sorry please carry on.” The guy said. “These days the youngsters just fool around where ever they want.” “You, Idiot bastard, perverted guy! Go die!” she said and kicked him. “Ow, I am sorry Miss.” He said. “Sorry, you say sorry after kissing a girl forcefully you asshole I will take you to the police station for sexual harassment!” she said. “Miss, please don’t do that I am innocent please listen to my explanation!” he said. “Innocent my foot you pervert!” she said. “Please listen to me. The only reason I kissed you is that I was trying to save myself from those guys. They were trying to kill me and were thanking me for another guy!” he said. “Oh, then it’s fine, but still I think you are a weak guy who can’t even fight with some assholes!” she said. “Well, if you can then you can fight with those guys!” he said. “Hey look there he is!” those guys got him again. “Are these the guys?’ she asked. “Yes, they are!” he replied. “Hold my coat!” she said. “Hey look he got a girl this time! Hey, beauty would you like to play with us for a while?” they asked in a teasing manner. “Of course why not, what would you like to play? How about wrestling? She said. “Sure!” they said. “Alright, let’s play then!” she said and smiled mischievously. She started to punch those guys and kick them hard and all of them were defeated by her. “Next, time if you tried to provoke any person tell your boss to deal with Miss Y.,” She

said. “You are miss Y?” the gangster said. “Master we are so sorry we won’t hurt anyone anymore!” they said and kneel in her foot. “If you tell anyone about this day I will hit you so hard that you would be sent to prison in harassment and stealing.” She said. “We will not Master!” they said. “Thank you for holding my coat!” she said. “Ah it’s fine to thank you for helping!” he said. “Miss, we are sorry for the little delay, please get in!” the driver said. “Alright!” she said. She left like a hero without asking his name and rather telling hers. “Excuse me but can I know…” “name!”  The car left before he could ask her, her name. “Well, who was she. A bit arrogant and cold, yet strong. But she didn’t even say goodbye also! Fine, I hope we never meet again! But what should I do with these guys now?” he said.

It’s almost three days since that accident took place and they didn’t meet each other. One morning he got a call from his friend “Hey Mat! What’s up?” he asked. “Well, there is a really good job at the Yama company which is just suitable for you! I know you have been looking for a proper job for years and it’s getting harder for you to depend upon your parents and you don’t even have a girlfriend till the age of 30!” his friend said. “Mat I am twenty- eight not thirty!” he said. “Well, it doesn’t matter you still don’t have a job!” his friend said. “Well, how much does it pay?” he asked. “Well, I will send you the details and look for it and go for it if you want to!” he said. “Well, when is it,?" he asked. "Tomorrow afternoon!” he replied. “What? When did they publish the recruitment letter?” he asked. “Today!” he said. “Is there any application form for this interview?” he asked. “Jae the Yama Company is always like this they have more work to do so they chose the best in no time. But this time they are asking to send the newcomers to send them their sketch and their email address so, if they like it they will mail you today itself.” He said. “Alright, I will apply for it,” he said. He hangs up. Jae- guen Lee is a Twenty-eight-year-old guy, who is a fashion designer and is single for many years. It’s not because of his looks but it’s because he is too soft-hearted and always gets bullied by others. He has two friends one is Matthew and another one is his cousin Hirotaka. He is still living with his parents and shares the apartment with his cousin Hirotaka.

“Hirotaka! Can you suggest to me which one should I give and should take for a job as well?” he asked. “Well, I think this one!” he said. “Are you sure this is quite too loud and not elegant at all!” he said. “Then how about this one?” Hiro said. “Well, no it is too simple.” He replied.

After 30 minutes ~

“I can’t do it anymore! Whatever I suggest to you, you like nothing that I choose. I gave up!” he said. “Wait but, I need your help!” Jae replied. “You don’t need my help! Do it yourself!” he said and left the room. “He got mad at me! But I know he will calm down till dinner!” Jae said. “Well, if he is not helping then I will choose myself and I also have to complete the dress I was making. Yes, I should probably send that sketch as well as the photograph of the dress!” he decided. And started to finish the dress. ‘I heard that the president of the Yama Company would judge the dress, I hope mine got selected for tomorrow’s interview.’

After 2 hours ~

“Brother Jae is your dress ready?” Hiro came in. “Brother, what happened to you? Are you okay?” he asked. “Huh, Hirotaka? What’s wrong?” he looked puzzled. “Why where you lay on the ground like that?” he asked. “Well I was finishing my dress and then after finishing it I set on the ground and I fall asleep! I am sorry to bring you in trouble!” he said. “Well, aren’t you hungry it’s already 8 now? Where is the dinner?” he asked. “Oh, I forgot to make that sorry Hirotaka, can you have instead noodles today?” he asked. “What? Fine I will have it! But you have to make it!” Hiro

said. “Alright!” Jae said.

“Hirotaka! The noodles are ready!” he called. “So, when is your interview tomorrow?” Hirotaka asked. “It’s in the afternoon but they will send the mail if I have been selected.” He replied. “Hmm, I got it!” Hirotaka said. ‘ting-ting “Huh, it’s a mail! Oh my god, I got selected for the interview!” he said. “What seriously? Yes, that’s like my brother!” he said. “Thanks!”He said, “Well, I also have to tell Mat about it!” “Yeah, you should! By the way, he is probably coming here I had called him here to bring food because I can’t live the whole night just by eating noodles!” he said. “Well, do you even understand how much effort it took me to make these simple noodles mouth-watering tasty?” Jae said. “Yeah, brother I know but it’s still too little anyways I will pay for your food, and because you got selected for an interview !” he said. “Alright then, if you pay then I would forgive you!” Jae said. “Okay, okay I will!” Hirotaka said.

“Well, according to the map, I guess I am at the right place.” He said.

“Excuse me! Hello, I am here for the interview of the fashion designer,” he said. “Can, I see the number of yours so, I can verify whether your number has passed or not?” she said. “Alright here it is!” he gave. “Yes, the interview is still going on and only number 15th have passed till now, the interview is going on in the 10th floor and our president shall be taking it!” she said. “Your president?” he looked at shock. “Yes, our president doesn’t want anything to be mistaken that’s why she bis organizing it herself!” she replied. “Alright, thank you for helping!” he said. “Wow, this place is well designed!” he was amazed by looking at it. “Are you here for the designer’s requirement?”  He asked. “Yes, I am. Are you as well?” he asked. “Well, I am not but I am an employee here. You should better be ready because our president is a big critic and doesn’t like the people who are loyal to them.” He said. “Alright, I would keep that in my mind!” Jae said.

“Is the interview for number 25 is gone?” Jae asked. “No, sir it’s still going on in number 24 your perfectly at time!” the guy said at the counter. “Can you tell me which way I have to go now?” he asked. “Take a left and then right you will find a lady sitting and she will tell you when you have to go inside!” he replied. “Okay, thank you very much!” he said and went away. “Excuse me is the interview for number 25 is over?” he asked. “No, sir, you are just in time. Please have a seat here, I will inform you once I get the information about the interview!” she replied. “Alright!” he said. “It’s your turn now sir!” she called him.

“Excuse me! I am here for the interview,” he said. “Oh, please have a seat here Mr.?” she said. “Lee!” he said. “Yes, Mr. Lee! The president has just gone to the washroom and will be back soon!” she said. “May I know who you are?” he asked. “I am the president’s secretary!” she replied. “Well, well who is it Mrs. Dan?” the president came in. ‘Wait the president is a girl?’ Jae thought. “Hello, Miss President I am Jae- guen Lee.” He said and bowed his head in respect. “Oh, hello! Please have a seat Mr. Lee!” she said. “Thank you…What the hell?” Jae suddenly said. “You, you are the perverted guy from that day!” she said. “Hey don’t call me pervert I had told you the problem that day! And what are you doing here?” he asked. “Well, this is my office and my company you are the one here!” she said. “So, you are the president?” he asked. “Yes, any problem with that?” she said. “No, it's fine but I thought you would be some gang leader of the underworld!” he said. “Hey, hey I may fight but that doesn’t make me an underworld person alright!” she said. “Miss, if you don’t mind can we continue the interview the others are waiting as well?” Mrs. Dan said. “Yes, you are absolutely correct! So, Mr. Jae- guen Lee can you tell me why you are here for

the job rather than joining the fashion industry?” she asked. “Well, I have here that the Yama Company is the famous company now, and also the in the top five best companies!” he said. “We know that but are you really

interested in this job due to the reputation of the company? Or, is it the money?” she asked. “Well, I will serve the company with full determination and as well I have not joined the company because of the reputation and yes, somehow for the money!” he said. “So, can you tell us more about your design?” she asked. “Yes, as you can see I have created all these by myself and I always try to show the comfort of the person who would wear this as well and motive to something.” He said. “Okay, it’s really interesting but, what if someone copied your sketch then what will you do?” she asked. “Well, if someone copied my sketch as far as I have learned in my university I have already faced this problem but now I always prepare a backup of everything and I have also a different symbol in my sketch and cloths through which I can identify which one is the mine!” he said. “And the passion of the symbol always changes and no one guesses where it is hidden!” he said. “Well, can you show us?” she asked. “Yes, here it is in this dress!” he showed. “Well, as far as I have thought, we have to discuss more about this are you ready?” she asked.
