...Conan's POV...

It has always been the same. Loud music, everybody was dancing and having a great time. I can see a couple of girls looking at me and some are trying to grab my attention, like always, can't blame them though, I'd also stare at someone who'd look like me haha.

...Nancy's POV...

It's my first time in a club here in Italy. I like the vibe, it's just what I wanted, actually. I went to the bar to grab me a drink, but I didn't know what was waiting for me.

He looks magical. I've never seen someone looking this effortlessly beautiful. Soon enough I noticed that other girls found him cute too, so I knew I had to take a step forward before any other girl takes him from me.

"Hey there, it's my first time here, mind tell me what's their best-selling drink?"

I don't know why I even asked that, but I know it's still better than just kissing him right away, I was trying my best not to let my intrusive thoughts win, especially when I'm a little drunk.

He ignored me. I realized that not only all of us women here know how beautiful and outstanding he is, but he does too, he looks like he's so full of himself, i liked that.

"How would you like me to hit on you? Should I just kiss you or ask for your number?"

This was actually very bad, who says that! I don't know what's gotten into me.

"Here's a drink. It's my favorite."

He said that to me with his deep soothing voice, i couldn't stop myself from imagining him calling me his love. I don't think I've ever loved someone this quickly, maybe it's just the alcohol.

We ended up drinking for an hour. We didn't talk about a lot, he just told me how much better life is without having to take care of a lover, "it's such a big responsibility, and you'll end up breaking your heart, just go out and have fun with whoever catches your eye." he said. I had to agree, i actually used to believe this, but since i saw him i felt like i wanna be with this person for a long time, i wanna get to know him, i wanna be a priority in his life. So I had to see what type of person he is by just chatting a little. But that didn't go according to plan.

He ended up sleeping, and i was just staring at his beauty. His eyes, they're so perfect, his skin is flawless, and his lips are the color of cherry blossoms.

"I want you to be mine" I didn't realize i said that out loud.

He woke up and looked at me with his sleepy eyes. I think he heard me. I'm kinda embarrassed but deep down, i wanted him to know that.

...Conan's POV...

"Hey there, it's my first time here, mind tell me what's their best-selling drink?"

I've never seen a girl hitting on me like that. But she's definitely just like any other woman.

"How would you like me to hit on you? Should I just kiss you or ask for your number?"

Now that was straight forward. She seems a little drunk, so I'm just going to let it slide. I kinda want to get to know her, she's such a vibe, she looks pretty good too. I suggested my favorite drink, and we talked a little.

"So tell me about you, what's your type."

"I like women that are fun, not boring ones with their 'forever together' kinda love. It's a waste of time. You always end up falling so deeply in love that you give up on everything for them, and they leave you."

"Yes, when you're with someone who doesn't understand your love language, you won't understand each other. But falling in love with someone who understands you, and loves as deeply as you do, it'll make your life better."

I wish i can fall in love freely with someone. I wish i can fall in love with her. But no, I'm not doing this to myself, it's just a waste of time, and I'll break my heart. Luis already warned me about this. I should never fall in love.

I was tired so i rested my head on the table.

"i want to make you mine." She said, that gave me butterflies. Why? I never get affected by girls saying that to me. I looked at her, she looks gorgeous. She definitely looked embarrassed and startled by what she said, she looked cute.

She just acted like nothing happened and drank a whole beer and slept. I marveled at her serene beauty. My heart swelled with gratitude for the gift of her presence. She's so beautiful, more than words could say. But I can't think like that. This is tricking me into liking her. I should probably leave.

I stood up and went to my car. Suddenly, i heard someone calling my name. It was her. The girl that i know nothing about, even her name, yet i want to stay around a little longer.

"I want to go with you. Take me home."

She's so drunk. But I took her with me anyway because I felt guilty for leaving her drunk alone.

"Where do you live?" "With you. I want to live with you."

This is the second time she gives me butterflies. What's going on for God's sake.

"How can i take you home if you don't tell me where you live, huh?"

She just mumbled stuff and I couldn't really catch what she's saying. But i ended up taking her to my place. I just hope mom doesn't enter my room tomorrow and find a stranger in my bed.

...Nancy's POV...

I woke up in an unfamiliar place. The room is so big and the bed is so comfy. It's like sleeping on clouds. But where am i? I don't remember anything from yesterday. All i remember is telling that boy that i want him to be mine. WHY DID I SAY THAT?! This is so embarrassing. What's more important now is that i have to know were i am.

I hear footsteps coming towards the room so i take the lamp beside me and hide. He comes in. The boy i met yesterday, that I know nothing about.

"What are you doing?" yeah i get him. I look hilarious with this lamp in my hand. I held it in case a creep was going to enter the room. But i felt at ease when i saw him.

"What happened yesterday? I don't recall much."

"Come with me downstairs for now. Let's have breakfast, and I'll tell you."

As i walk down, i see a lot of people. A lot. Everyone sitting on the table, I don't think they knew I'm here.

"Guys, say hi to..."

"Nancy. Nancy Burton"

"yeah. She's a friend of mine. She came early today and I helped her with some work. We'll have breakfast on the balcony together."

He's so good at lying. But i hope we do become close enough so that i can come to his house early in the morning.

We went outside, and he told me that's his family. They all live together in this mansion. Mansion? That's literally a castle.

"How come you're this rich?" I asked out of curiosity.

" we own the largest companies in Brazil. It's all because of my grandma actually. She dedicated all her life to make us rich. This journey made her go a little mad though.She made crazy rules that we all have to obey without questioning. We all respect her in this house. We fear her to be more specific.

"What kind of rules?"

"She's friends with some other crazy rich families from Brazil. She won't let us marry anyone who isn't from such families. That's one reason why I'm not getting married anytime soon. All those families got spoiled kids. I don't want to end up with such people. She also believes that the only way to success is by killing your heart."

"i have a lot of questions. First you're living in Italy, but you're Brazilian? Second, is living together also her rule? Third, what does she mean by 'killing your heart'?"

" I'm Brazilian, and we all are in this family. Like i said, no other than Brazilian blood is allowed. And yes, living together is her rule, but we like it, we all love each other and if we felt like we need sometime alone, we can travel whenever we feel like it. 'Kill your heart' is what she believes is the best for you, because it makes you fall in love with people, this makes you weak. Even loving anyone in general other than your parents, this will only cause loss, and this is what she hates most. She only likes gaining, and being powerful. "

Maybe that's why he hates falling in love, it's his crazy grandma and her stupid thoughts. I'm changing that. I'm going to make him experience being loved.

"So, what's your name. I already know a lot about your family now, and i still don't know who you are."

"I'm Conan Blake. I'm 20 years old, and I'm the prettiest in the family."

"Nice to meet you, Conan. I'm Nancy, as i told you earlier. I'm also 20."

He smirked at me and we continued eating breakfast. He was looking at the magical view as i was looking at him. My magical view. He's handsome.
