In a far far away land, there was a place called home by countless of creatures, this was also Du Xing's home.

"Du Xing" was the adopted daughter of "Queen Hua", the goddess of flowers.

The girl was living with her mother in the "Flora realm", a southern corner of the Holy Land. She never had contact with the outside world, that's why she was so excited to hear more about it from the passing travelers.

Queen Hua desperately wanted a child but in Flora Realm any women who was having contact with a man, was losing her powers and becoming a mortal. As the goddess of the flowers, she needed her heavenly powers to sustain the flow of energy in her realm. The only option for a goddess to have a baby without giving up her goddess form was to use an ancient technique known only by Gods. She concentrated her energy into a "lotus flower" and nourished it with her own life span until a baby girl was born. That was a common technique used by the gods to preserve a part of their spirit and knowledge intact after their vanishing.

Du Xing was just like any other normal born child, the only difference was that she was nourished inside a flower.

Eighteen years later....

"Mirror, mirror, who is the most beautiful girl in Holy Land?" (DX)

"The lotus flowers! The lotus flowers!" (magical mirror)

I kept a seat for you just in case you decide to show up today!" (Chubby)

It was her childhood friend Lian Yu, nicknamed "Chubby" because of her high apetit.

In time the people started to research and exploit the natural resources from their natural habitat. After years of studies, they managed to fuse with the flow of energy and gain magical powers. New techniques were created, new weapons, new civilizations and the people became more greedy and more greedy.

One day an astrologer read the celestial astrogram and saw two shinning stars colliding, the North Star and the South Star.

He was convinced that something terrible was going to happen very soon but no one listened to his theories.

A couple of days later, a big war between some states from south and some from north just begun.

Years have passed and the planet's flow of energy was somehow disrupt.

At that moment something happened to the land. Steam was coming out from the ground, many earthquakes and water floods, many lava eruptions. More than half of the people have died and many civilizations were extinguished. Somehow, numerous parts of ground started to float in the air and that is how the Holy Land appeared and the life was preserved. Later the survivors went down to the "Abyss" and repopulated the fruitful territories." (the scholar)

"When the North Star meets the South Star, the world will know its doom!"

"During my trips I have heard some wise people saying that they spotted the two stars colliding during the spring solstice, eighteen years ago but I don't know if it is true or..." (the scholar)

The scholar couldn't finish all the story because some voices interrupted him.
