TARAMAY POV

I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock at exactly 5:30am, like I do every morning

I get out from my bed and stretch a bit

Taramay Martin

*yawns* *goes over to the windows and looks out the window*

I always find it peaceful looking out the window the first thing I do in the morning

after staring at the sunrise for 3 to 5 minutes I go to my bathroom and start getting dressed

after I get out the shower I wrap my towel around me and go to my wardrobe

stepping into my walk-in closet I carefully decide what I'm going to wear for my first day back at work

ever since I graduated from college last summer I go to work with Father every morning as he wants me to be the head of the business

and to be the head I have to practice and work really hard I can't just get it like a hand-me-down like other families do

that is NOT how my father works

and I have seem to forgotten to introduce myself

good morning, I am Taramay Claire Martin

you can call me Tara for short

I'm the oldest of two other siblings even though I have a twin Vivian I also have a younger brother Cooper who is in his junior year of high school if I do recall myself

Vivian is the influencer side of the family she still in college as she decided to Major and cosmetics in theater this year instead of computer science and astrology last year

I find it quite funny as for somebody who despised school with all her might and said that she would drop out the minute she gets in the high school is going for another round of college

she said she wanted to see the what the world has to offer and I guess that makes sense

Vivian is really talented she gets it for my grandmother who was her favorite

we all have a favorite actually surprisingly

father favorites me as I think you can tell he would not have let Vivian even if she was the first child to be born run this company over his dead body

yes of course he loves all his children and isn't like one of those fathers but still what can I say I'm not going to complain that I'm favored

Cooper is a complete mama's boy I have never seen him cherish anyone beside mother

and of course like I said before grandmother favored Vivian the most

now with all this love pouring in of each of us of course we didn't care that one of the others got more love except when grandmother died about 3 years ago from now

Vivian was the one who cried the most

though you may be thinking of the saying the ones who cried the most that one's funeral is the one who did nothing or the least to help them in their lifetime

in fact Vivian even though that she didn't know grandmother through her whole lifetime she did way more for grandmother than father did and that's his mother pretty surprising isn't it

Vivian's pretty lost and confused right now but she still knows who she is and she's a very strong person I should know I'm in her DNA

and she's not alone she knows I'm only one blood cell away

but back to the fact should I wear a blue or Periwinkle pink to work today?

I stopped my thoughts as I hear a knock on my door

I turn around quickly to answer

Come in! *soft voice*

I peaked my head out of my walk-in closet just to see who it is

I nod a follow him out of the house and into the car

Time is now 5:55

Dad and I walk out the limo into the big office building

we are greeted by all the staff and maids and share owners as we walk into the building
