Vin walked into his first lesson, trying to shake off the lingering anxiety from the morning's bullying. He took his seat and tried to focus on the lesson, but his mind kept wandering back to the cruel taunts of his parents. As he made his way to his third lesson, he was lost in thought, not paying attention to his surroundings. That's when he collided with someone, and before he could even apologize, the person's hand came swinging back, smacking him across the face. Vin's eyes widened in shock as he stumbled backward, rubbing his stinging cheek. He looked up to see Ren, one of the alpha brothers, standing in front of him, a smirk on his face.
