"Hi, you look lost. Let me guess.... first day of your medical residency? For that you gonna need a photo ID. So kindly step infront of the camera for the photo please" Said Dr. Nita in an excited voice.

"CHUNK..."

"Whoops, I forgot to say Cheese! What do you think about the photo? Should I retake it?" Dr. Nita said in a low voice.

"No…no… It's okay, I look good in this shot" Dr. Sital Maheswari Said with a assuring smile on her face.

"It's great then. Next, Please spell your name for the ID card?" Said Dr. Nita in a questioning face. "Of course…. why not.. it's S I T A L M A H E S W A R I "

"It's s great name, Dr. Maheswari. Here's your ID" "Thank you Dr. Nita … Actually it's my first day as a real doctor! So, I'm a bit nervous... It feels like I'm dreaming... Am I really dreaming? " Asked jokingly to Dr. Nita

"TBH, I was also in your shoes last year. Believe me, med school was nothing compared to this... The three years of your residency will be the toughest and most amazing phase of your life" Dr. Nita said in an encouraging way. "But remember this the first year as an intern will be the craziest of all "

"I guess I won't be more ready, the way I'm right now. I have been dreaming of working at WishyWave for years.... Ever since I learn that Dr. Naill Rathore is doing his research here. It inspired me to apply to the med school." Dr.Sital Maheswari said confidently"Btw any word of advice?"

"Yeah, my first advice will be make friends with each and every staff in the hospital starting from intern, senior and even with your patients! In this time friends will help you a lot whenever you will be facing hard time. And Last But not least, don't try to annoy the attending. I guess you don't want to get on your boss's bad side this early." Dr. Nita said both in a teasing and serious way.

Dr.Sital Maheswari shouted in a low voice "NOTED"

While passing through the waiting room on the way towards orientation.....there was a lot of commotion was going on.

"Nng...." A fade voice was coming from the crowd...the voice sounded like someone is in pain.

A woman collapse out of her seat! Other waiting patient were crowding around her.

Suddenly someone shouted

Dr.Sital Maheswari:- "EVERYBODY, STEP BACK"

Then Dr.Maheswari went hurry over to the women just then another doctor rushed in. He kneels at her side and check her pulse.

"Pulse is weak, she's unresponsive" Said the unknown man with a serious face.

The unknown man was looking around as he was finding someone around him. Then suddenly he noticed Dr.Maheswari was there.

"You Rookie, come here quickly"

Dr. Maheswari :- "Sorry...but I have a name"

Unknown man :- "You won't have a job, if you don't get over here instant"

Dr. Maheswari :- "Okay... Okay, I'm coming "

Dr. Maheswari hurried over as the doctor lifts the women in his arms and sets her on a nearby gurney.

Unknown Dr. :- "Why was she here for? Did she fill out a form yet."

Nurse:- "No sir, she just walked in"

Unknown Dr. :- "If we don't figure out what's wrong with her fast, she's gonna die on this table."

"Hey, you Rookie, check her B.P."

Dr. Sital wrap a blood pressure cuff around the unconscious woman's arm and pump the bulb, peering at the numbers.

"It's plummeting, she's hypotensive. We have got a get fluids in her."

As the nurse places an I.V., Dr. Sital help the doctor examine the women. There's a bruise rapidly forming on her elbow.

Women:- "Nnh...."

The woman weakly clutches Dr. Maheswari's hand. Then Dr. Maheswari look down and saw her fingertips turning blue.

Dr. Maheswari :- "Doctor look at her bruises...it wasn't here a moment ago"

Unknown Dr:- "Are you sure about that?"

Dr. Maheswari :- "Yes, I'm sure about it"

Unknown Dr. :- "That's the elbow she landed on..when she falls. A bruise forming that fast would suggest that this woman is hemophiliac... Good catch btw .... And also did you notice her fingertips? Low oxygen saturation in her blood.... take a closer listen to her lungs. Hurry up."

Dr. Maheswari slips her stethoscope into her ears and run the resonator over her ribs.

Dr. Maheswari:- " I can't hear anything from her right lungs! Also, her left lungs is also struggling.... broom" ""Doctor, she's going to suffocate"

Dr. Maheswari felt a panic rising her, but the senior doctor seems calm and collected.

Unknown Dr. :- "Nurse, we have got a code blue."

After that he takes a bag mask from the nurse and begin to gently pump air into the woman's lungs.

Dr. Maheswari :- "What should we do, doctor? What's happening to her?"

Unknown Dr. :- " Connect all the clues, it's all there. You know this , Rookie "

Dr. Maheswari :- "It's... it's....uh ..."

After that Dr. Maheswari took a deep breath, thinking back over everything she had learnt in her medical College.

Dr. Maheswari:- (Hemophilia....low blood oxygen...no lungs expansion on one side....)

Suddenly...Dr. Maheswari became excited as if she has won a Nobel Prize.

Dr. Maheswari:- "I guess I have remembered it.... it's ....."
