THE STORY OF THE FISHERMAN-1
Ryuu [Narrator]
I'm gonna teach u all abt life
Ryuu [Narrator]
with a story
Ryuu [Narrator]
tbh many short stories
Ryuu [Narrator]
this is the story
Ryuu [Narrator]
of the last king
Ryuu [Narrator]
leader of the children of man
Ryuu [Narrator]
unlike the first monarchs and founders of the great kingdom who were honorable
Ryuu [Narrator]
subsequent kings born out of grandeur and without any merit, grew twisted and corrupt, until no one remembered what it meant to be a king
Ryuu [Narrator]
when it was the last kings turn to reign, he did not know what to do
Ryuu [Narrator]
one group asked him to free them from thinking to avoid guilt,
Ryuu [Narrator]
while another
Ryuu [Narrator]
just asked him to let them be free
Ryuu [Narrator]
the king had no answer
Ryuu [Narrator]
so he executed authority over everyone with force, warning the disgust of his people
Ryuu [Narrator]
growing increasingly frustrated with his people . . . he banished those who asked for change
Ryuu [Narrator]
the children of man were desperate
THE STORY OF THE FISHERMAN-2
Ryuu [Narrator]
the children of man were desperate
Ryuu [Narrator]
without the kings favour
Ryuu [Narrator]
the men were destined to die
Ryuu [Narrator]
but then.. . .
Ryuu [Narrator]
a singing fisherman appeared
Ryuu [Narrator]
with his song
Ryuu [Narrator]
he brought solace to the innocent who suffered
Ryuu [Narrator]
no one understood the meaning of the song but everyone adored it
Ryuu [Narrator]
everyone except the king. . .
KING
how is it that everyone loves his song, but they don't love me?
Ryuu [Narrator]
while half of the kingdom loved him, the other half equally hated him
Ryuu [Narrator]
the king wanted to be loved by all
Ryuu [Narrator]
so hoping to be loved by them
Ryuu [Narrator]
the king went outside,
Ryuu [Narrator]
and sang the fisherman's song
Ryuu [Narrator]
the children of man hated it and now they hated the king even more
Ryuu [Narrator]
so the kings resentment to the fisherman grew
KING
the fisherman is a threat
KING
he will divide our kingdom
KING
and turn everyone against me against us
KING
we must eliminate him immediately. . .
THE STORY OF THE FISHERMAN-3
Ryuu [Narrator]
the beloved fisherman was sent to sea, where he was perished in the flames of his own ship
Ryuu [Narrator]
as everyone watched his boat engulfed in the fire
Ryuu [Narrator]
went outside and sang the fisherman's song
Ryuu [Narrator]
while some children of man rejoiced
Ryuu [Narrator]
others wept
Ryuu [Narrator]
they swore
Ryuu [Narrator]
that no matter how many centuries pass
Ryuu [Narrator]
they would never forget the fisherman
Ryuu [Narrator]
but they also swore
Ryuu [Narrator]
that his song
Ryuu [Narrator]
would never ever be sung again.
Ryuu [Narrator]
this story tells us.
Ryuu [Narrator]
that no matter how good we are. there is always someone there. to find fault with us
Ryuu [Narrator]
or that they want us gone to do they're own wicked deeds.
Ryuu [Narrator]
so don't pay heed.
Ryuu [Narrator]
and just go on with ur life.
Ryuu [Narrator]
if any of u have any other morals. pls comment it so that I can add it in this chapter itself.
Ryuu [Narrator]
thank you.
