It was a normal sunny day, a cute boy was sleeping in his bedroom, dreaming about the novel which he was currently reading.
It was as if he was in the fictional world watching the characters from the sidelines, interacting with each other.
It was a romantic novel about a wolf pack, who were one of the leading packs in the world. The story was about how, the pack met, their love for each other, and how they had to face several challenges and hardships in their journey, and yet they stayed together, always and forever.
It's a story of how the pack goes through a series of events and at the end they get their happy ending.
The boy had imagined the characters faces, according to the description given in the story. He felt like he would feel more connected, if he had a face to the name.
As the story was unfolding, the boy who was dream watching, from the sidelines, saw that all of a sudden the character turns to him and starts shouting his name.
Slowly the voice started changing, he felt like everything around him started to spin, and suddenly he fell in a hole.

*Abruptly wakes up from his sleep and sees his friend calling him*
Mingyu
JUNGKOOK!! I have been calling you for a while now, what were you dreaming about!
Jungkook
Mingyuuuu *groaned* The Alpha was going to propose to his mate. I wanted to see it *huffed* I missed it because of you *started pouting*
Mingyu
*chuckled at his behavior*
Mingyu
Tell me something new... Whenever you read a different novel you dream about being there and watching it with your own eyes
Mingyu
I feel like one day you will actually go inside the novel and be stuck in the story, Or....you know what Jungkook, maybe you will be one of the characters *mischievous smile* 😏
Jungkook
Oh, no no no, I wouldn't want to be one of the characters, they have to go through so much, I'll be happy to just watch from the side *scared face*
Mingyu
Oh wait! What if you become a villain! OMG!! Jungkook the villain tormenting everyone!!! *smirking while raising his hands and spreading them widely, exaggerating his words*
Jungkook
Stop it Mingyu!! *pouted at him* I'll always be the hero *had a proud look on his face*
Mingyu
*Just smiled at his antics and looked at him* Kookie we have to go, Eunwoo and Yugyeom are waiting for us at the café
Jungkook
It's already time to leave??
Jungkook
*rushed to his bathroom to get ready, while Mingyu left his room to let him get ready*
Once Jungkook was ready he came out of his room wearing a cute pink sweater and white pants. Mingyu was waiting in their living room and smiled, once he saw what Jungkook was wearing as he looked really adorable. They both left to meet their friends.
Mingyu's and Jungkook's parents were friends since a very long time and hence, they both also became bestfriends while growing up. But due to some serious accident Jungkook lost his parents. Mingyu's parents couldn't leave little Jungkook alone as he had no one else, so they took him in their family, and raised them as their own. They took care of him really well and treated him and loved him as their own son.
Mingyu's family lived in Busan, but both of them, had gotten admission in a prestige university in Seoul, so they had to move to Seoul a few months back.
Since the university was huge and prestigious the dorms were really big, like apartments, having 2 bedrooms each. They were very happy when they came to know that, they had got the same dorm, as they didn't wanted to be separated from each other.
Once Jungkook and Mingyu had settled in their new university, over the months they had gotten new friends, Yugyeom and Eunwoo. The four of them had gotten really close and would usually spend their time together, in their free time.
Soon Mingyu and Jungkook had come to know, that the other two were also roommates and stayed together in a different building a few minutes away from their place.
The four had found a very cute café near their university, which was very cozy, and had a warm and inviting ambiance. Currently, they all had decided to meet there, to spend some time together.
Soon Jungkook and Mingu arrived at the café and immediately saw Eunwoo waving at them and motioning them, to cover over at his table.
They both walked over and greeted Eunwoo and Yugyeom, who was lost in his phone doing something. Once he looked up and saw them he grinned at them and gave them a hug. Once they all had settled back down, they ordered their usual and then waited for it, while chatting with each other.

So our winter break is going to start soon, what are all your plans
Eunwoo
I'm going back home for a few days

Maybe I'll come back after Christmas
Mingyu
Me and Jungkook are thinking of staying here, as eomma and appa have gone for a vacation
Mingyu
But we'll have our own fun Christmas, right Jungkookie *smiling at Jungkook*
Jungkook
What about you gyeom, what are your plans *asked Yugyeom while sipping on his banana milk*
Yugyeom
I'm also going on a vacation with... my boyfriend *said while blushing*
Everyone teased him, while he became a red tomato
They talked for a while, chatting about random stuff, clicked some pictures, and had a lot of fun. By the time they decided to leave, it was starting to get dark outside and cold outside due to the winter. They soon left the café, and walked back to their university.
Once they reached the university they exchanged goodbyes and left for their dorms.
Jungkook
Haaaa, it was so fun, but, I'm soooo tired *whined, while lying down on their couch*
Mingyu just chuckled at him and left to change while telling him to do the same. While Jungkook was lying on the couch, he pouted, thinking about his friends leaving for a few days.
After lying there on the couch for few minutes, he decided that, he should also go get changed, as it was starting to get really cold, and his sweater was not thick enough to keep him warm.
Once Jungkook was all freshened up he climbed in his bed, pulling his covers closer to his body to keep himself warm, his eyes fell on the novel which he was currently reading.
Jungkook
What will happen next in the story? I'm so excited to know more!! *he wondered* *reached for the novel and pulled it in his lap*
Jungkook looked at his wall clock and decided, it wasn't too late and reading a few chapters won't be a problem. He was bubbling with excitement as the climax of the novel was coming closer.
Jungkook opened the novel, to the page he was previously reading, and started reading again, with a huge bunny smile on his face.
Jungkook
I hope the villain dies soon, he has caused so much trouble to the pack, I so badly want to punish him!! *exclaimed while frowning*
While Jungkook was lost in reading the chapter, all of a sudden he felt a sharp pain in his chest. He kept his hand on his chest and winced again in pain.
Jungkook
Ouch, what his happening to me, why is it hurting so much *whimpering while clutching his chest* 😣
He doubled over in pain and started squirming, whimpering in pain. The pain became so unbearable that he started seeing dark spots in his vision and everything started turning hazy. He tried to call Mingyu, but it looked like his voice was stuck in his throat. He started crying as, it was getting very hard for him to breathe, soon everything started becoming dark around him.
The last thing he thought before the darkness enveloped him was his friends and whether he was dying, and the last thing he saw before closing his eyes was, the novel, which was lying beside him, on his bed, open and somehow glowing. Soon Jungkook's eyes closed and he lost consciousness.
