Introduction
It's currently 4 p.m. , which means I only have one and half an hour before I have to get to the family dinner
I'm so nervous since this dinner will be my first dinner with them, -by them I mean my new family specifically my mom's new husband
My dad passed away when I was only 10 years old, so I barely remember him, I don't even know how he died since my mom would always cut me off when we are in that topic and would just end the topic by telling me it was an accident, but the way she always acts as if she's hiding something, or she's not telling me the whole story has always made me doubt the whole incident, yet I don't have any proof
I'm not saying my mom is bad or anything but she has always kept herself apart from me since my dad's incident
she was there with me but I couldn't feel her sometimes, she kept herself distant from me since I was young
eventhough I want to ask her I stop myself not wanting to ruin the thing that we have
but as we grow older she had been feeling better and we have been going on few dates ourself
my childhood as far as I remember was just all study and assignments
I'm not much of an exercise person so I'm not slim or thin like the model I'm more like the thick girl blessed with my front and back
I could have gone shopping with my friend, but I was busy doing my assignment for my second semester
wait I have a very influencer friend she can suggest me what should I wear

I booked a taxi and went to the destination, my mom went separately since she wanted to meet her client before dinner
When I reached the destination I was shocked at how this place was no ordinary dining spot
my mom and I usually have dinner at home and since I only go out with my friends it was never on my bucket list to visit places like this
now that I have seen this place it is extremely beautiful with its gray exterior
As soon as I entered I was welcomed by a woman who was dressed in what looked like her uniform
