Mortem Levi is a being within the cosmos that is a primordial celestial being. With unmeasurable power, it witnessed the Big Bang of the omiverse. This being is also known as the hand of destruction. Mortem Levi is a shapeless being but can take the shape of any creature within the omiverse. He also takes many names.

One of the favorite forms Mortem Levi would transform into was a sizeable leviathan-like creature that was immeasurable. It has a serpentine face and mandibles that are scorpion-like with multiple teeth. Protruding from them, the teeth are shark-like .it has serpentine-like eyes, and its teeth are fangs. The form has 300 eyes that have tiny mouths within the pupil's tongue that will be protruding. The scales are as black as coal. They overlap each other like armor. Multiple cults with the omniverse worship this form.

Mortem Levi is the only celestial being known to have an obsession with human torture, spirituality, physical and mental, and experiments. He is also known to make contracts with cosmic beings and other creatures. When it does want to make deals with beings, it takes a humanoid form known as Mr. Grayman. Its appearance is a 7 '7 tall, skinny, frail man with a luxurious white suit and a mask covering his face. The mask is a blank white face with no facial features. When taking this form, it speaks with telekinetic capabilities.

When it launches its Astro forms, it uses that time to devour the souls of the omniverse and devour the dead universes.
