Agatha's Pov

As I stepped in the coffee shop, the scent of the freshly brewed coffee was the first thing I noticed. Today is my first day as a barista in a cafe called 'Cafeantastic'. I immediately changed into my uniform as many customers started coming in the shop. It is still 6 in the morning and many people have already started their mornings with a coffee. I was greeted by my coworker and immediately assisted me on my work.

I was looking at the door and waiting for a customer to come inside the shop, when someone asked that called my attention. "Good morning." while heading towards where I am standing. I quickly took off my eyes on the door and answered "Hello, Good Morning. How can I help you?" while smiling.

"Can I ask for the owner of the shop, please? I am planning on holding a party and I would love it if this coffee would be available on my party." she stated.

"Yeah, Sure. Just give me a minute. I'll be back." I replied before turning back to call our boss.

After some time, I went back to the girl and gave her the contact number of our boss and explained to her that the manager couldn't see her as he is currently having a meeting. The girl nodded, "Thank you so much, I hope you can come and serve at my party" while smiling "and by the way, you are so pretty."  The girl added. That made me smile as not everyone compliments me like that.

I just arrived home and did some household chores before opening my phone just to see hundreds of notifications from my friends. That made me laugh of how excited they were for me to share my first day as a barista. Actually, I really enjoyed my first day. I get to know and meet other people and I still couldn't forget the girl that complimented me. Her beauty was unique that she was far more beautiful than other celebrities that I've met before. Before I could even continue what I was thinking, my phone rang. It was from my boss, so I immediately picked it up.

"Hello, Good Evening. Agatha" as I answered the phone.

"Good evening, Boss. What made you call this late?" I asked and looked at the clock since it is already 9 in the evening.

"I just want to inform you that we have a booking tomorrow to serve at a party and we needed extra people. Is it okay if you can go? You do not need to worry about the transportation, we'll take care of it." boss stated.

"Is it the same time boss? or do I need to go earlier?"

"The party will start at 1 in the afternoon so you can go at 10 in the morning, I will just ask your coworker to fetch you."

"Oh okay, Is it the girl from earlier?" I asked as I remember the girl from earlier.

"Yes, she specifically asked for you to go, but it is still your choice if you want to."

"I will go, Boss. This is still part of my job."

"Okay. I'm sorry for disturbing your night, Agatha."

"It's fine Boss, thank you. Rest well." As my boss ended our call.

Agatha's POV

The next morning, I woke up early and prepared myself for the party. I waited for my co-worker to pick me up, and I was really nervous and excited while waiting inside the car to arrive at the venue and I thougt that I really need to thank the girl yesterday as I just started my work yesterday and I still have a lot to improve but the girl specificallt chose me to be a barista in the party.

The car that I was riding pulled over on a big house, it looked very elegant in front and I wondered what It looked like inside. When I went out the car, I saw the girl wearing a party dress, looking so stunning. I wondered if she was a model as she had this beautiful body shape and smile. I was taken aback when she approached me with a smile. And introduced herself as Emily. I thanked her for specifically choosing me to be a barista, and she also did thank me for agreeing to come at the party.

We started working together to set up for the event and I couldn't help but be grateful to have the opportunity to meet such kind and interesting person.

The Party started, and they introduced a person that really caught my attention, Matthew. He was so gorgeous that my eyes kept on looking for where he had gone to. As if fell in love the first time I saw him. Ms. Emily probably saw how I have been glancing at him for almost an hour now, so she went and talked to Matthew. I acted as if I was busy on what I was doing and had some chit-chat with my coworkers.

My peripheral vision saw them both going to our booth, and I was getting nervous. I never had this feeling before talking to a man I liked.

"Can I taste the coffee, pls?" the man approached.

"H...huh? Oh...uhm, yes! Yes, sir" I answered and prepared coffee for him, before I could start making coffee, I realized something.

"Uhm, what coffee do you want?" I couldn't look at him straight in the eye.

"Look him in the eye, Agatha." Then ms. Emily laughed.

I looked at him in the eye, and he had this Brown eyes I could stare at every day.

"She's shy, Emily. Stop bothering her. This must be your first time?" He asked.

I nodded as a response.

"Give me the best Iced coffee that you can make please." He was still smiling.

"Agatha, I can take care of that, you can go have a break." My coworker said.

"I will just finish this miss." I answered.

"Did you try some snacks from other booths already? Do you want to try some?" Matthew asked.

"Ms. Emily already told us but m...maybe later. We still have a lot to do."

"I can have them send foods to this booth." Matthew.

"Wow that's new, my great cousin, Matthew." Emily stated.

"Oh no need, It will be a bother to other booths. We can eat later after the event." I answered politely as I was giving him the iced coffee.

"Thank you for this, make sure to eat before you leave the venue, okay?"

"I mean you and your coworkers" He added.

"Don't believe him, I know he meant you." Ms. Emily whispered.
