Then you hear the door open .....the only thing you thought of is to fake sleep ......and that's what you did.

You hearded someone talking outside the door with someone else ....you ignored him ....and got back to thinking about you situation ...

(I could make a rope out of the blanket to run away since he is not back yet ....)
And then you started climbing down using the rope you made successfully.....after some mins you were on the ground you were scared a bit when you saw the gate door been guarded, so you decided to attract their attention by making some noises in another side and run away ........but only if you know ....... You have been watched all along......they are only playing along with you ... especially Mikey......
