(Deron goes into Sage's room)

Get up baby girl it's your first day at college, aren't you excited

(Here comes our main character - *excited squeal*)

(Sage rolls over falling off her bed and looks at her dad, she definitely isn't an early bird)

Why is it taking so long to wake her up 🙄 (screams from kitchen again)

(Dad winks and giggles to which Sage giggles back)

(Sage is up and getting ready)

(Sage goes to the kitchen where her mother is cooking and her dad is standing next to her mother whispering something in her ear to which she giggles)

(Kaya elbows Deron in the stomach to which he grunts and stops teasing)

Ok I'm done I'm leaving (she finishes the last piece of bread and gets up wearing her shoes)

(New characters are gonna be introduced the next few episodes these characters are her closest friends who also have their own book :))

Can't believe I'm already in college

(Sage mutters to herself a little loudly)

(They walk in with their head held high, with confidence making all their classmates look at them in awe)

(Delilah and Sage try to find seats in the back and successfully find two next to each other despite most of the back benches being occupied)

(Sage drags the chair a little hard assuming the chair is made of heavy material and hits the bench behind her a little harder than expected)

(Someone is sleeping on the bench, who wakes up due to the disturbance)

(And she falls right back to sleep)

Maybe she loves to sleep way too much (she whispers in Sage's ears)

(The teacher comes into the class and asks everyone to be seated)

(The first class being math turns out very boring)
Delilah
Why is there math first thing in the morning

Hold on, do not tell me you like math

(They look back to see Sloane trying to hold in her laugh)

Are you laughing at us right now?
Sloane
Yes I am, can't you see me trying to hold back my laughter 🙄

No, because it's giving 'oh look at me I'm different, I like math 🙄

(Just then the teacher asks an important question and the class goes silent with no raised hands since no one knows how to solve the problem, but then two hands are raised)
Narrator
(Sage and Sloane have their hands up)
Narrator
(The teacher calls upon Sage first)
Narrator
(She walks up to the board and solves the problem effortlessly but using a long process)
Sloane
Is that all you can say all the time
Narrator
(The teacher then calls upon Sloane)
Narrator
(She walks upto the board with her left hand in her pocket and right one holding a piece of chalk, she proceeds to solve the same question but she's using a short method that takes no time)
Narrator
(The teacher claps and says "oh you know how to solve it this way too, well done")
Narrator
(The whole class is in awe)
Narrator
(But Sage is smirking)
Sloane
Why are you smirking?
Sloane
You knew this method too didn't you?
Sloane
Why didn't you do this then

How else would I be able to see you solve it then

You knew I could do math easily
Sage (fl)
You have all the three main math books under your desk

(All three of them then burst out laughing)
I have exam coming up soon so no updates till then but I promise to update everyday starting from May 5th onwards 🫶😊
