The story begins with Modd J on the beach in his hometown of surfer's paradise to show off his skills in the town's  surfing contest. Then out of nowhere a gateway from a another world appears in the water! also these creatures  come out from the gateway with heads made of slime and bodies made from steel they were called slime droids. they Come from a World called Tor 3145 a planet that has a chemical mixture of Slime and acid it is called slimecid also the toxins of tor 3145 are called  crog a poisonous gas that is the oxygen for the planet. So Modd Tries to fight off the slime droids. but he ends up losing the battle because the number of droids increased from 15 to 1000. the droids taking people prisoner. Modd's only choice is to walk into the portal. as the portal closes modd watches as his town gets invaded by the slime Droids. The Portal opens up and teleports Modd into a temple of godly design it is called the temple of worlds. Modd walks inside of the temple and sees a man with dark black eyes and hair made out of stars and super nova's. This man is called the god of the multiverse or God Multi for short. God Multi says welcome Modd to the temple of worlds. But time is short I know why you were sent. I need you to save all of the universes that connect to this one I can give the power to be a hero  what do you say modd.? Modd says yes I will become the portal surfer. Then modd goes through the portal and says cowbunga and that's how the portal surfer was born. the town of surfer's paradise is no more because the slime droids gave the town to the lords of time and reality in the next chapter the surfer's  mission starts with a wild ride . and a sweet allien babe tune in for the next chapter dudes cowbunga!

Last time on portal surfer Modd became the portal surfer to save the multiverse So our hero Modd has landed on Tor to find the princess of zara67834 her name is Zora a planet that has reptilian fighters that are fighting for their freedom. The princess has a body of fire and eyes of ice also she is next line for the throne but just like modd’s homeworld her world got invaded by the shadow knights now she is on Tor looking for help to save her planet.

Modd walks around the planet he finds the princess but slime droids are patrolling around the area trying to otain information to capture princess Zora and sell her as a slave to the shadow knights for a reward of red element x acristal energy source that is used for weapons heat and to heal very rare dieases. So modd uses his powers of the wind to create a tornado out Of red element then the slime droids are searching for the surfer but there is no trace of him. The surfer finds the princess in the market square of the planet. Princess Zora is trying to find some energy to absorb to keep herself alive So the surfer decides to help her by giving her some of his energy. The surfer tries to speak to the princess does not talk. Her race are called pryopaths creatures with powers of fire and telepathsy.

So the princess tells her story to the surfer about how the shadow knights ivaded her home and killed her family but then she tells him as the princess of her home she is next in line to become queen of her people. The surfer promises to save her people and their planet. Then she kisses the surfer and joins him on his adventure.

The surfer comes up with a plan to escape Tor 3145 he starts to distract the droids with a light show to blind them. So modd and Zora run through the marketplace to reach the spaceport but as soon they reach the spaceport the shadow knights land on the planet and surround the princess. So the surfer freezes the knights and droids with his new power time stop. So time starts to stop the princess sees that everything around them is frozen. Then they fly outside of the planet go through a portal then time resumes the knights and droids starts to track the surfer and princess. They start to work together by putting a bounty of red x on the surfers head for every race of the multiverse to want capture the surfer.
