Chapter 1
In this world, people never accepted people who were different than them. They called them weird, unordinary, and abnormal.
I was called by the same names because of my unique traits, my golden eyes and hairs.
I was used to getting bullied in my school for this unordinary trait, but it's not the only thing that made my life miserable.
I was too weak since birth, I got sick very easily. My family was a lower middle class family, and because of my weakness, I mostly had to stay at hospital. My medical bills almost took half of their income which also caused them to go frustrated because of the need of money.
My father and mother argued a lot so much for money. It caused both of their relationship to fall apart. My mother started a part-time job as a waitress at a club. She met a wealthy man and started cheating on my father with him, which caused father to go depressed and develop drinking habits. Father started burning mother's money in drinking and mother didn't like it, so she divorced my father and married the wealthy man she was cheating on my father with.
She left me and my father when I was only four years old. But father never once blamed me for it, or raised his hands on me.
To be honest, I wish he had. That way he would have let out his anger and frustration on me, instead of hanging himself.
I was left all alone at age of five. No family, no one who would look after me. My uncle who was my only family left sent me to an orphan, I was called the killer of my father because everyone said I made him miserable to point where he killed himself.
And that's how I spent my childhood. No love, no family, no friends. It was only me from the start and to the end.
But I thought I can find love and comfort when I met him...My first boyfriend.

The storyline was so common that I didn't even read it past one chapter...
I'm the wife of the emperor was a historical fantasy novel written in year 2003, the author suddenly got missing after writing it, it was so mysterious that it boosted the popularity of this novel. However, it only lasted for some year before people stopped buying it because the storyline was way too common.
Apparently, the female lead of the novel was Elysia Lucious, the princess of Kingdom Haston. She wasn't a real noble, but she was made a princess because of her unique abilities. She was a daughter of Head Knight called Elijah Lucious, but after the death of Elijah, the bloodline of Lucious came to an end and along with it, their unique healing abilities as well.
Elysia was the only daughter of Elijah who was alive, and the only one left who had the healing abilities. And because of that, so many bad people were after her. The emperor decided to take Elysia in and give her responsibility to King Theron Aurelius. The king had a Daughter and a son with the daughter being a year older than Elysia and the Son being five years older than her. In greed for position, the king planned on marrying Elysia to his son Arkin, but the son of Emperor fell in love with Elysia and got married to her.
The storyline was so boring that I didn't read the book, and now I feel like I should have.
