People say that the world isn't fair, but when I was young I didn't agree, because I had the most fair life, but that all changed when my mom died.

 It was a dark and windy night, my mom and I went to buy groceries and things to prepare for my dad's surprise for his birthday tomorrow. We got everything we needed and were heading home when suddenly it started to rain, but we didn't bring an umbrella with us. We decided to go through an alley because, it was faster to our house and that's when the tragedy happened.

 A tall man wearing a black hoodie pointed a gun at my mom saying we should give him all our belongings. My mom told him we didn't have much on us right now, but he didn't listen. He pointed the gun again and shot my mom. In the blink of an eye my mom was gone, I stood there blank unsure of what to do, I screamed and cried calling out to my mom but to no avail. The worst thing was the rubber escaped and nobody cared.

I was taken home by the police. When I saw my dad I broke down In tears explaining to him what had happened, but he completely ignored me like I didn't exist. For the first time in my life my dad ignored me. He didn't even give my mom a proper burial. The next few days were like hell, my dad brought different women home and I couldn't do anything but cry. They treated me as their slave, when I tried to complain he slapped me, and then I realized, this was not the loving dad I used to know, that image of him had died forever.

Two weeks passed, my dad introduce me to a woman Jin Murine as my stepmother, and she had two girls about my age Zhu yin and Zhu gin. Their existence brought more chaos into my life. I was mistreated by my dad's mistress every day. I sometimes wished I had died with my mom. Not only that, but I cried all night, begging God to bring my mom back, sometimes cursing him for taking her away from me .

My name is Zhu yang, I am 18 years old now. Three years have passed since my mom died and in this three year I suffered a lot, but I found a way to channel my anger. When I was sixteen, Jin Murine asked me to dispose all my moms belongings. I was furious, and I spoke for the first time in a very long time "You don't have the right to do that, please tell her dad" but he just stood there staring at me coldly. Jin Murine smirked and said "Do you think your dad cares, throw them away this instance". Zhu yin and Zhu gin stood there laughing as their mother threw out my mom's things. I ran with teary eyes, to hastily pick up my mom's things. I didn't throw them away, instead I kept them under the floor boards in the basement. I saw a picture of my mom in one of those boxes practicing karate, and I thought to myself, if she knew karate why didn't she use it on the robber. I guess she was trying to protect .

I decided to try it. After school ,I would go to zulin dojo to practice and I was quite good at it. In six months I became a black belt .

 In high school I was gloomy and depressed, because of this I was ignored, people didn't approach me and I didn't have many friends. The only bright side to it was my best friend Mi Chuxia.She always had ways to make me smile, even when hope seems lost. I went to the same High School with Zhu yin and Zhu gin. They always add excuses to make my life a living hell. I was what you would call a natural beauty;fair skin, blue eyes and blonde hair. They have always been intimidated by my looks. They fined different ways to make me ugly. They switched my Body Lotion with some concussion they mixed up in the basement, my shampoo was switched with yogurt which made my hair sticky, they even went as far as almost pouring acid on me, but God didn't let them succeed.

They were always jealous when guys came to give me gifts on Valentine's Day and leave notes and chocolate in my locker, completely ignoring them. Especially the most popular guy in school. The guy all the girls confess their love to but get rejected, the guy who was so handsome, if handsomeness was money he'd have a million yuan. He's name was Shen jinxing. I didn't care much about all this treatment, but it made me happy to see their angry faces.

In my last Senior Year in high school things started to take a drastic turn. I was being targeted by people in school, I became the topic of discussion. Later that afternoon, Mi Chuxia came to me saying "Don't you know what happened someone posted on the school forum that you are the illegitimate daughter Zhu yucheng and your mother was a mistress before she passed away ". I didn't know what to think of the situation, but I knew the only people who are despicable enough, the only people who would stoop this low, were my awful stepsisters. They needed to pay. I was going to fight Fire with Fire, if I go down they are coming down with me, but in their case they are not just going down, they are going 6 ft under.

I came up with a plan with Mi Chuxia to lure Zhu yin and Zhu gin into a trap. It was easy because, they had naughty secrets. Zhu yin went to clubs every night, playing with different men, while Zhu gin stole from the store she walked part-time at and from Neighboring stores. It was a simple plan, since they both like the same guy, I sent a chat to them separately posing as their crush. I told Zhu yin to meet me at XXX bar,room 101 stating I add something important to tell her, when that was done I told Zhu gin to meet me at the beauty store where my mom works. As expected they bought it, they were so excited to receive a text from Shen jinxing, as if. What made my plan easier was that they didnt tell each other about the chat.

Mi Chuxia followed Zhu gin to the store, while I followed Zhu yin to the bar. I wish I could have gone to both the bar and store. I really wanted to be the one who watches and causes their downfall. Zhu yin went to XXX bar in her most revealing dress. When she entered the room, she didn't see Shen jinxing, instead she saw an old and fat guy on the bed. I knew she wouldn't care if it wasn't Shen jinxing. The man waved cash in her face and she happily accepted his invitation.I purposefully bumped into the waiter going into that room to serve wine, and planted a small camera on the bottle, then I fled the scene.

On Mi Chuxia's end, things went smoothly too. She followed Zhu gin around with a camera. Zhu gin kept calling Shen jinxing. When he didn't answer, she wanted to leave, but a pretty necklace cut her attention. When she noticed there were no salesmen around, she stole the necklace and stuffed it in her bag. Mi Chuxia got it all on camera. Later when Zhu yin left the bar, I went to get the camera, don't ask me how.

My plan was in motion. The execution date was on the day of the award ceremony, two weeks before graduation. The day of their judgment had come. I decided to play the videos on the huge screen in the auditorium when they receive their awards. Before I went up to receive my award, I heard some girls plotting to pour a bucket of water on me when I receive my reward. Like I was gonna let that happen. I had a reason or two on why those girls didn't like me. I was not just a beauty I also had the brains, I always top my class. Either this or the rumors about me.

My name was called for the best student in my class. No surprise there. As I was about to receive my award I noticed the position of the bucket and move away from it. A girl came to my side and tried to push me but I switched positions with right before the water came pouring down. She was completely drenched in water and everyone started laughing at her. I tried to help her up, but she slapped my hand, then ran out of the auditorium crying. " Humph, That's what you get for messing with me ". The ceremony continued, next up to receive awards were Zhu gin and Zhu yin for second and third place in their class. ****Let the fun begin.****

Zhu yin went up first to receive 2nd place, I played the video of her misbehaving in the bar. She looked like she was going to puke. Everyone started to gossip "I didn't know she was this kind of person. She might look pure but she is not. How despicable doing it with an old man. She would do anything for money " (The crowd). Instead of helping her sister, Zhu gin went against Zhu yin to save her own face "Sister I didn't know you were this kind of person, I only helped you to sneak out of the house because you said you were going to see your boyfriend. Mom and dad would be disappointed ". What a load of crap, these sisters are made for each other. I decided to add more firewood to the flames, I played Zhu gin's video next. The look on her face was hilarious. " So it's not just one but the two sisters misbehave. I saw her wearing that necklace yesterday, so she stole it. They deserve to get awards for their acting "(The crowd).

They left the auditorium completely humiliated. I high-fived Mi Chuxia, she did a great job. They brought my mom into this I will never let them off. They were suspended and couldn't attend the graduation. In the end I came out victorious.

 A few days after the graduation, my dad came back from his business trip. He was angry at Zhu yin and Zhu gin for tarnishing the zhu's name with their misbehavior "Do you have any idea what you have done, the company has been losing money since I invested in some bad shares, but news about your misbehavior has lead the company to bankruptcy, you hear me we are going bankrupt ". This was shocking news well maybe to them because this wasn't going to affect me at all. Dad continued to shout at my stepsisters, he cut off all their credit cards and allowance and didn't allow them to leave the house."Until I find a solution to this problem no one is allowed to leave the house ". Before he could leave I said "That's not gonna be possible, I have karate class this afternoon and I am not going to give up my freedom because, you are going bankrupt and your sweet angels ruined our families name ". He turned to me with angry eyes, but I wasn't going to be afraid of him not anymore. If I want to leave here I need to learn how to speak for myself. "You brat!!, how could you talk to your father like that , he fe....."(Jin Murine). I didn't let her finish I just walked away. "I am still talking come back here!!! ".

"Did you see that Zhu yucheng,she's becoming more and more unruly. I don't know why you still keep her around? you should have just thrown her out on the street or something" (Jin Murine)."She is still my daughter and you don't get to decide if she stays or not " (Zhu yucheng). "Zhu yucheng I …" (Zhu yang just you wait, you will get what is coming for you) (Jin Murine).

The next few days went by quickly, nothing peculiar happened during this period of time and things were peaceful, too peaceful. I wonder if they were plotting against me. The next day, when my dad came back from work, he said he had good news considering the company and asked us to come downstairs. He said "The Lin families old master and your grandfather were old friends. They agreed to hold an engagement between both families. I brought this matter to them to see if they could help the company and they agreed. One of you will be engaged to the first son of the Lin family, Lin weiting. I haven't decided on who it is going to be but, be prepared to hear the news later today". I knew things were too peaceful. So he decided to give one of his daughters away to save his precious company. It wouldn't be surprising if he picks me later. My thoughts were cut short as Zhu yin and Zhu gin started complaining " Mom we are too young we can't get engaged yet " (Zhu yin ). " Yeah mom, I am not ready to get married especially to Lin weiting. I heard that he is really old around his fifties" (Zhu gin). " Their is a rumor that he's gay and crippled. Mom even if he has money we can't marry him, let Zhu yang marry him, he seems like her type" (Zhu yin). "Yeah, an old man and a bitch, they are literally perfect " (Zhu gin). I just ignored them and went to my room. Although I don't know anything about Lin weiting, even if he is not old , I wasn't going to let anything stop me from leaving.

Later in my dad's study, Jin Murine went to convince him not to pick my stepsisters but me instead. " Why not pick Zhu yang, she is becoming more unruly, in a matter of time she would be sleeping with different men, let's just tie her down with marriage before that happens. She might tarnish the family name if we are not cautious". "You are right, I need to marry that girl off before she causes trouble for our family. She is of no use, so there is no need to keep her around any longer "(Zhu yucheng)." I am glad you have made your decision" (This man has always been so gullible and stupid, what an idiot) (Jin Murine).

It was time for my dad to make his decision. Before my dad announced who was chosen, he went on and on about this being an honor and gave a stupid speech on how rich our family was going to be, and the benefits we would get for marrying into the Lin family. When my dad was about to announce who he picked, I saw my stepsisters smirking, they weren't tense anymore. I guess they knew he picked me, no surprise there. I was expecting it. I wasn't going to go down that easily. I am not going to be there tool for marriage.

" Zhu yang you will marry Lin weiting. You were giving this golden opportunity, so don't waste it "(Zhu yucheng). " I don't think so old man. You think this is a golden opportunity, marrying your daughter off for money. I am sorry if I won't become your tool." (Zhu yang). " You ungrateful spoiled brat, I kept you fed when Gu man died and this is how you repay me "(Zhu yucheng). " You say it as if it isn't your job to feed me, you are my father, and don't say my mom's name. Your dirty mouth is unfit to say her name "" And one more thing, I am leaving this house soon, so you don't have to worry about taking care of me anymore and for all the years you kept me in this house, how does 1 billion yuan sound for all the food and other necessities you gave me all these years "(Zhu yang). " Do you really think I would believe that you have that kind of money. Where would you get it from "(Zhu yucheng). "Where I get it from is none of your business "(Zhu yang). And with that I left them and went to my room. " Come back here you stupid girl !! "(Zhu yucheng)." Calm down Zhu yucheng " (Jin Murine). " I gave her such a good opportunity, and she dares to decline and what was that nonsense about 1 billion yuan, does she really think I would believe her "(Zhu yucheng). " Don't worry, she would get married one way or another just leave the rest to me "(Jin Murine).

Early the next morning Jin Murine called me downstairs angrily " Zhu yang didn't I tell you to throw all this junk away why was it in the floorboards in the basement, answer me you bitch ". She raised her hand and attempted to slap me, but I held her and pushed her away " Why would I listen to you and throw away my mother's things, I don't respect you in any way, so leave me be " (Zhu yang). " Don't act cocky I have your mother's things if you don't want me to burn them you will marry Lin weiting " (Jin Murine). " Hahaha. Who the heck are you to threaten me , burn them I dear you " (Zhu yang). " Zhu yin ,Zhu gin, grab her and let her watch as I burn her stupid mother's things, lets see if she still has the confidence to talk " (Jin Murine). Zhu yin and Zhu gin moved forward and tried to grab me, but I kicked them hard and they fell to the ground. I wasn't going to go easy on them. I moved towards Jin Murine, she took a few steps back, then she said ". Stay away from me I would report you to your dad and you will be sorry. He will disown you ". " Do you think I f****** care, listen carefully, when I leave this house I would do everything I can to take my revenge on you, you will suffer greatly, all the suffering you put me through all these years I would double it , I'm coming back to take my revenge on the Zhu's ". And with that I took my things and left .
