Tournament Of Power II: The Land Of The Lost!
Let's Do It, Lord! The Universes' Second Annual Tournament!!
It was a year since the final wars between the heroes, the villains, and King Ghidorah. Everyone was glad that they had no more villains to deal with, but it was the life of a hero to deal with villains with quirks. All For One and Shigaraki are dealt with and are never heard or seen from, again. Class 1A, however, didn't go unscathed. Ochaco got stabbed in the vital organs, Tsu almost lost her life to the Jin duplicates, and Junior got surgery for the massive hole in his stomach that Dabi delivered when he teamed up with Todoroki to take him down.
Bakugo almost went to the other side, but he managed to get a new heart after Edgeshot sacrificed himself. While dealing with All For One, Yamcha got pierced in the gut by his rivets, Tien lost a hand to the ninja robot from Lord Boxman, Krillin got a scar on his right eye just like Yamcha's, Piccolo survived with minor surgery, Goku had to get surgery for his broken bones and stab wound that Toga gave him, and Vegeta miraculously survived. However, Midoriya lost both of his arms to Shigaraki, and he's now quirkless. But, luckily, Eri, using her quirk, saved Midoriya's life by rewinding time and also gave him his quirk back.
Outside the city walls, people were still upset by the outcome of the final wars, but we're relieved. Some of them decided to still hate heroes, and they started to use support items they bought and began to corrupt themselves. Overhead, Beerus, Whis, Supreme and Old Kai, and the Queen of God, Queen Aleena, watched as the people below began killing, looting, fighting, stealing, plunder, and destroy things around them and hate each other for living.
Old Kai
I remember back in 580 BC when man would listen and just live happily without this kind of technology and hatred for heroes and each other.
Supreme Kai
But yet, they began to hate themselves and move on by becoming what they hate and fear the most; Villains.
Lord Beerus
*Walks around* It seems to me that all these stores that house delicious foods here have gone bad and destroyed.
Whis
So instead of thanking those who saved their home and the entire universe, they decide to turn away and become ungrateful.
Supreme Kai

It pains me to see that mankind have corrupted themselves and what's worse, even cursed the heroes that The Lord of Hosts created to keep the planet from going into chaos.

But yet, they decide to turn their backs on Him and go their own ways.

All the shops, homes, and businesses here are destroyed. And I was looking forward for the new pastry downtown in Hosu.
Supreme Kai
Elder Kai, maybe this isn't the best time to think about sweets and treats. Right now, all the heroes are either dead, still roboticized from Lord Boxman, or killed by the people down their for interfering with what they were doing.
Whis
All I can say is that after a millennium or observing and watching, God has made his decision and judgment on the people of the Earth.
Queen Aleena
I agree. This is what the Lord said about the people of Tokyo corrupting themselves. He says, "I am sorry for what I have created. And what has become of humankind in this era."

For I have sent my son to be bestowed upon my servant Mary not to destroy man's lives, but to save them. But yet, they still reject me. And because they have rejected me and throughout the entire all twelve universes, which I have seen and heard for myself, I will destroy them all one by one, but not with quick thinking or a plague, but with a tournament with all the known fighters in the universe.

Well then, we can't waste any time just sitting here and watching all the humans try to better themselves. We have to find Goku and Sonic and tell them what's happening.
Whis
He's right. The grand priest to the Omni King and the Lord God will be showing up, any minute.

Whis, Lord Beerus, Queen Aleena, Supreme and Elder Kai all left for where Sonic was, the Big Island, Hawaii. All the people of Tokyo, from Hosu to Kamino, have sealed their fates.
In the early morning, students around the Big Island got ready for school, even though some of them wished that it wasn't a school day because of the war. All the kids from grade K-12 are entering the school as classes are about to begin. Unfortunately, one class and its students are hitting a bit of a rough patch.
Braxton Jr.
*Groaning* I can't believe it's a school day.
Joseph
*Annoyed* Yeah, I know, dude. It sucks. I just wish that there wasn't any more school. I wish the heroes fought the villains and King Ghidorah here instead of Tokyo.

Well, guys, they needed to keep Monster Zero from spreading throughout the earth and causing Mayhem. Plus, if they didn't lead the gigantic monster to Tokyo, then we would've been toast.

It was at this moment that Joseph knew, he f**ked up. The girls with furious red expressions on their faces began to scratch, slap, and punch Jr. and Sneech before the bell rang. Everyone was in their seats, and Mr. S walked in with his materials.

Yeah! I didn't even get to eat my mom's famous shrimp Alfredo today. And now, I can't eat it, because it's spoiled!

Suddenly, the sky shows a swirling vortex as it begins to spark and then expand. From it showed a golden kingdom in the sky, with four seraphims on each side as the wind blows at a medium pace and the kids' hair gets blown against the wind. The seraphim floated at the Grand Priest to the Lord of Hosts and the Omni King.

I will now read from the royal decree written by the Lord All Powerful and his wife, her majesty, the Queen of the Lord. On day 4,209,345, in Earth time, on the Sabbath Day of April, at precisely 4:47 o clock, the second annual Tournament of Power shall commence in all of its glory for the Lord and his beloved.
Sonic runs up to join the commotion and later finds out that he was late hearing the details about the tournament that's going to be held.

Ah, Sonic, glad for you that you can join us.

Sorry I'm a bit late, Grand Priest. Anyway, I heard that you gave the kids the deeds to the Tournament of Power.
Grand Minister
Yes, that is correct. On April 7th, the Sabbath Day, that's when the Tournament of Power starts.
Sonic the Hedgehog
(Sabbath Day? I never heard of it.) Okay, that's good to know.
Sneech
But if it's a tournament of power, how come it's not going to be held here for all of us to see?
Grand Minister
Because sweet child, the Tournament of Power is only meant for the warriors of each different universes and its destroyer Gods that the Lord had made.

As for the location, it will be in the 1st Universe at the coordinates of -7.42365910 to 5.24634529. Also known, as the Land of The Lost.

The Lord has seen your battle against Aqenomba and how you and the kids from UA Academy have triumphed. So, they want you to bring three kids from UA to the expo, but as the main show. They want to see them go up against warriors from the ninth.

Since the fight against Shigaraki amazed them to see the strength of the boy with the green hair, go up against a villain within a villain.
Sonic the Hedgehog
Well then, I think I can go and see what I can do.
Grand Minister
Don't worry, Sonic. Think of it as a warm-up act before the main show begins. You have exactly two hours to gather three kids from UA and then present yourself at the Queen of God's palace.
And with that, the Grand Priest and the Seraphim left. Leaving the sky at how it was. Sonic knew that he had to find twelve warriors. Ten from the children's team and twelve from the adults.

Thirteen warriors? How is Sonic supposed to find that many people?
Ace Goody
Well, we just got to have faith. Sonic will find these warriors for the expo and the tournament.

Even the Universes' Gods are Appalled?! The Lose-and-Perish Tournament of Power
Before we head to UA, let's take a closer look at Madoka's family and see what happens when one of them receives a call. On the streets of Kailua, Isurugi was returning home from work. His job was in fixing and modifying plane engines so that they would work properly. On his way home, he grabbed chocolates and roses for his wife, Haneda Miyuki. As he returned home, he ran into Goodman Incorporated, where Mr. Goodman runs the biggest enterprise in the world.

Having no money for their Valentine's Day date, he decided to go alone to the Wai'ale Falls and just wait it out until Valentine's Day was over. He sat on a ledge until he felt a warm stream of light hit his face. That's when he knew he was being called.

They all walked through the Palace until they met up with warriors from the ninth. The aura from them was intimidating, and it was really off-putting, this puts Iida, Midoriya, and Todoroki intimidated by these three.

They followed the Grand Minister inside, and when they reached the arena, God had made, it was the exact same length, width, and height of the UA fighting arena they had at school, but, the spectators seating was completely different from the ones back at UA. A blinding light appears before them, and in that light coming down to see the pre-fight fights were Queen Aleena at the left-hand side, Jesus Christ at the right-hand side, and on the throne was God. The two Grand Zenos held the hands of both Jesus and Queen Aleena.

Todoroki meets Basil down on the floor where they are square to fight against each other.
Grand Minister
Now then, let the battle commence.
Basil comes in, and Todoroki watches his movements. He creates an ice barrier to block, but Basil broke through. Todoroki dodged by surfing on his ice and using his flames as propulsion.
Todoroki gets behind Basil and freezes one of his paws in place. Basil breaks the ice on his foot by slamming it to the ground. Todoroki gets kicked by Basil I to the air and with a series of Melee kicks, Basil slams Todoroki to the ground.

(Damn it! This guy is really good at using his feet. Sacrificing the use of his hands, I think this isn't the first fight he won.)

What's wrong, Ice Box? Getting heated by my kicks? Man, beating you is so easy. I don't even have to break a sweat.

Iida and Lavender come closer to each other. They both stare at each other to try and intimidate each other. Iida gets into his running stance. Little does he know that he's about to be quirkless as soon as the match begins. Everyone falls silent to how this match plays out. Aleena prays that Iida will be okay without his quirk.

Lavender comes in and delivers a powerful punch to Iida's stomach. Iida feels the pain and can't recover from it. Lavender keeps punching Iida at lightning speed. Roh was pleased to see the test was going well.

Iida takes on the rapid punches thrown by lavender. Suddenly, the final punch throws him to the ground in pain from the poison he received.

So that's it. His opponents are blinded by the toxins he produces into puffs of smoke. He then uses the same poison to use as boxing gloves.

Without Iida's quirk, he's not going to last long in the ring.

Lavender laughs as his victim gets up weakly and tries to kick him. Lavender Dodges with ease and hits Iida multiple times. He laughs as Iida keeps taking those punches like it's going to be the last fight he will ever be in.

How do you like that? Behold the Trio of Danger's middle brother Lavender and his Poison Blows.

Breathe it in, Tenya Iida of the Seventh, then fall to your hands and knees in surrender!
Lavender punches left and right. With Iida fully blind and his quirk gone, he can take advantage of the fight and use every trick he has.

If you think about it, we all trained with our quirks at Monty's training camp, but we've actually never been able to fight without their use and rely on our own strength.

Lavender gets behind his blind spot as Iida remains motionless. Lavender jumps up and prepares to foot slam Iida's skull. As Iida feels his fur touch his head, Iida turns quickly and kicks Lavender to the other side of the ring.

He kicked Lavender before he even had a chance to land a direct blow.

Lavender goes straight for another blind spot, but Iida feeling his presence blocks ever attack and hit he throws.

(That's right. Stay focused! Don't think about not having your quirk work right now.) *Punches Lavender*

Iida kicks Lavender and causes him a great deal of pain. Lavender gets pushed back as he lands on his feet.

Afraid not, sir. I think I know what's going on. Since you asked the Lord to take his quirk away for this match-up, from my perspective, he must've heightened his other senses and is actually using his own speed and strength instead of his power to know his surroundings after being blinded.

That's the spirit of an opponent truly worthy fighting. And he has the true heart of what a warrior looks like.
Tenya Iida
I know what you'll do before you even do it.
Lavender Yells and charges in. He swings, but Iida dodges. He keeps his guard up, and his senses heightened to win this fight. Lavender tries a side sweep, but Iida jumps and kicks Lavender to the left side of the ring. Lavender's poison boxing gloves disappeared into thin air as he got up and wiped away the blood dripping down from his lips.
Sonic the Hedgehog
That's it. That's how you do it like a true speed type hero you are, Ingenium.
Lavender
*Laughing* Let's try this! *Floats in the air* (Perfect. Without my movements, he can't sense me.)
Tenya Iida
I can't hear his movements anymore. Where is he? *looks around*

From above, Lavender has the advantage since Iida can't see and fly. Lavender lines up his shot and shoots poison balls at Iida. The impact created an explosion covering Iida in a poison based dust. He blocks the attack by shielding himself. Lavender keeps firing and Iida keeps his ground.
Izuku Midoriya
*Worried* This is bad! Iida can't hold up with defense any longer!
Shoto Todoroki
Yeah, you're right! W have to call off this match.
Goku
No. Let him get backed into a corner.
Izuku Midoriya
So are you saying that we're supposed to stand here and watch him get killed?

Iida is still learning, but he's getting the hang of when to use your quirk when it's an emergency and when not to use when it's not necessary. He's finally getting it.

God uses his powers and grants Iida his quirk back, for he has passed the test of patience and learning to fight without relying on power. Iida gets into his stance for Recipro Turbo and boosts his engines to max power. Lavender couldn't believe what he was seeing. Even the Omni Kings were amazed.

*Shocked* Wait, Iida's quirk!

It seems that God has seen that Iida has passed his test. So now he gave him his power back.

Lavender initiates his attack. He sends a poison attack down to Iida, and at the last second, Iida, using his quirk, kicked the orb back to Lavender.

And that was spectacular. It seems that he's using the knowledge he is applying from the match before his quirk was put on pause and now is using that to his advantage.

Lavender moves to get behind Iida, but he moves along with the sound his body is making through the air. Lavender throws more of those orbs to Iida, hoping they would connect like last time. Iida, feeling his surroundings without sight, he spins fast in a circle and deflects all the orbs coming towards him.
Feeling frustrated, Lavender yells. That was the moment Iida was waiting for.
Tenya Iida
Recipro Extend! *Jumps up towards Lavender* (I'll always surpass my limits! Even if my quirk wasn't working before, I'm glad that it's back, but I am also glad that I learned something during my match!)
Tenya Iida
Recipro Burst! (I'll win this match and help our universe obtain the victory it deserves! And I'll go beyond!) *Bellowing* Plus Ultra!
Lavender gets kicked as he bounces off the column walls. Iida follows in hot pursuit and starts attacking with Melee punches. Lavender gets hit by every one of Iida's attacks, including his quirk.

By using his quirk and the sounds of impact, he's able to detect where his opponent is.
Shoto Todoroki
He's also applying his technique that he learned during this whole thing to use as a home plate advantage.
Izuku Midoriya
It's like he's using him as his own homing radar. *Worried* But, that's not all he has to worry about.
Shoto Todoroki

Izuku Midoriya
Yeah, I've taken notes on two of the remaining members of the Trio of Danger, it seems that Lavender's power allows him to actually harm his opponents by spreading poison throughout his body. It attacks the motor functions and mobility when it spreads.
Izuku Midoriya
The red one, Basil was mentioned as a kicker during your match, Todoroki. Iida had to have one of the deadliest of the three. Iida has to end this fight quick before it starts taking its toll.
Iida keeps going on the offense and kicks Lavender until he's backed into a corner. Using tremendous force, Iida's kick delivers a powerful blow that sends the yellow werewolf to the ground.
Tenya Iida
It's time to end this! *Dives down* Recipro- *Grunts as he feels the poison*
In no time at all, using his quirk sped up the poison process. Iida lands hard on his face, and Midoriya and Todoroki can only sit their in shock to see the poison starting to take effect.
Izuku Midoriya
*Shocked* Iida!
Shoto Todoroki
Are you serious? You've got to be kidding me.
Lord Beerus
He was trying to push his enemy to the limit, but instead, he pushed himself first.
Whis
Yes. And in doing so, he hastened spread of the poison.
Supreme Kai
Wait, is this the double-edged sword that you were referring to? And in Midoriya's notes?
Shoto Todoroki
That idiot. Instead of trying to finish the fight without using his quirk, he actually spread the poison throughout his body.
Izuku Midoriya
This was also probably a test. Maybe Aleena and God wanted to see what Iida would do if they gave Iida his quirk back.
Izuku Midoriya
And maybe if his quirk wasn't taken, could it be that it would've actually slowed down the process?
Lavender punches Iida after he lowers his defense. He puffs a cloud of poisonous smoke in his face before charging in to finish the job. Lavender punches Iida again and again while he succumbs to the poison throughout his body. Iida jumps up to get away from his attacker.
Lavender
I won't allow you to get away! *Laughing*
Tenya Iida
*Groaning in pain* (I can't let this be the end! My brother wouldn't want this for me! I have to keep going. I'll follow Midoriya's example and shatter my limits on my quirks, no matter what happens to me!) *Yells as he powers up*
Shoto Todoroki
What is he doing?
Izuku Midoriya
He's trying to push his quirk to the limit! He's going to kill himself while trying this!
Shoto Todoroki
But that would mean that the poison would spread more rapidly than before.
Lavender
Getting desperate, huh? Ha! This fight ain't going to be easy for you, Cyborg.
Tenya Iida
Don't worry! Because I plan to make it harder for you! *Charges and grabs Lavender*
Iida uses targeted kicks while Lavender swings and punches. Both attacks connect and meet each other. Lavender uses his dark beam to hit Iida, and it scores a direct hit. Iida lands on the ground and powers up.
Tenya Iida
(I was planning that he would do that!) Recipro Burst! *Jumps through the poison*
Supreme Kai
What is Iida doing? He's heading straight into the poison!
Lavender Exhales poisonous fumes, and it makes contact with Iida to slow him down. But to no avail, Iida kicks Lavender into the air again but then goes back to grab him.
Lavender
You were baiting me into dropping my guard!
Tenya Iida
As long as I have you, it doesn't matter if I can't see! *Yelling*
Both contestants started to take a nose dive towards the platform as Iida doesn't let go of Lavender. Both of them started yelling and screaming as they got closer to the ground. CRASH! The arena is filled with dust from the impact and shows a crater where Iida and Lavender lie down. Iida stands up with his face and almost half his skin covered in poison from toe to neck.
Tenya Iida
I-I did it. *Passes out*
Roh
Well, what's going to happen now?
Grand Minister
Your majesty, Holy One, it's your call.
Queen Aleena
*Nods for a tie*
Grand Minister
And with none of the contestants left standing, the Lord God and his wife, Queen Aleena, have declared this match, a draw.
Whis
It would seem that the poison has really taken effect on young Iida.
Izuku Midoriya
Iida, here take this. Open up. *Feeds Iida a senzu bean*
Tenya Iida
*Chews and swallows* Midoriya? Todoroki?

You guys. I-I'm sorry. I think I should've listened to you guys. But instead, I decided to let my judgement cloud me.

N-no! It's okay, really! You did your best. You showed us the heart of Ingenium. But I'm glad that you're safe.

Thank you, Midoriya. But I don't understand why my quirk gave out on me? If that didn't happen, then this match would've been over.
