Hi, I am Johnny Karter. My friends call me JK, I don't really know why (i don't joke much),but I'm fine with it.
So, I recently got to high-school, and it's great! I have this friend who's always been with me since, well, since we were one. Her name is Jacklin Night. By her name you might be thinking that she is a mean, tough, rough and dark person, but she's totally opposite. Of course she's a tough and strong girl (black belt) but she isn't dark or rude. In fact she's the sweetest, most caring and most beautiful person ever met.
I'm not ugly either,you know, but she's just...really pretty. I have grayish blue eyes and blond hair. I'm 5'8" and "happen" to be the most coolest guy in school. She on the other hand has gray-green eyes and silvery white hair. She's shorter than me by one inch and she plays in the girls basketball team making her the most popular girl in school. I of course never miss a game and she never misses my soccer matches either.
This was one of those days when your mom is a like a hero because she does all the introductions. I was a year old when I first saw Jacky. I didn't know love back then but we were the best of friends.
Flashback? Oh here you go...
So it's MY birthday and my mom goes ahead in calling HER friends with babies and one of them is lyla, Jacky's mother. It wasn't the usual friends in a second but it was when my cake fell on her that I saw how she so quitely picked it up and dumped it on a dirty plate as my mom went to the dustbin. Any other kid would have thrown a tantrum. I instantly wanted to be her friend and here I am telling you how close we are now.
So that's how it was for ages. We went for play dates, we got into the same schools and then we went in for sports. I got into soccer and Jacky got into basketball. We were also really good at singing and dancing.
I realised I liked her from the 6th grade but she thinks of me as her brother. It's kind of irritating when you muster all your courage to confess your love then be replied with a "love you too bro."
I mean it was weird that she still hadn't found out.
My feelings for her is true and strong but...she just doesn't get it.
