Many decades ago there lived a joyous kingdom in the North part of the Japan, the king and the queen were amused as much as the royals were. But their world turned upside down when one witch's attention was on the Royal family's Tamashī (Soul) pendants. There are only two Tamahī pendants in this world. These pendants are used to save people, through exchanging souls. When the souls are exchanged both the souls develop super powers, like speed, teleportation, super strength etc. The first pendant is the Silver Neko pendant which is used to exchange soul from a cat, the reason why they choose a cat was because they worshiped it, and perhaps they believed that the cats would always bring good luck, the second and the most precious is the BLACK HITOBITO pendant, which is used to exchange soul from a person. Both these pendants can be used only for good purpose, but the witch wanted these pendants to rule over the world. After many attempts the witch could only snatch the SILVER NEKO pendant but not the precious Tamashī pendant. The Royal Family followed a tradition of passing these pendants to their children when they are grown up , the silver neko would be given to the youngest child and the BLACK HITOBITO pendant would be given to the eldest child, but after this incident they completely stopped this tradition and moved to the west part of the Japan and hid their identities so that the people of the Japan could be safe. They even kept this secret form their kids, it would only be revealed when their ready to face the world. After many decades, now the eldest child of the Royal Family is,

Emi suzuki , was born and bought up in the west part of Japan. she had no idea of what's gonna happen in her life now, Emi is a sensitive but a brave child, she never liked secrets, there were many secrets of her family and she wanted to know about it but when ever she would ask they would tell "Oh!, honey you're too small for this",her parents wanted her to be safe so she was homeschooled for 6 years and was sent to different classes like fencing, singing, dancing. She also wandered why her parents had no time for her, they would be busy in their work and never had time for her. The only person who she liked was her little naughty sister, although both grown up under different circumstances but they would understand each other's feeling. one day when Emi went to her mother's room her mother was holding a black shiny pendant Emi noticed it and asked if she could wear it when the mother said no, she cried very loudly and she insisted her mother to let her wear that pendant, the mother had no choice and had to give her,and she told her not to go outside wearing this pendant,only in the house she should use it. And gradually she developed a habit of wearing it inside the house and removed it before going outside. But will she ever now the secret behind this pendant?

Spring was approaching and the leaves were shedding, people were busy minding their own life. Life takes tremendous turn at some points of life, which can change us very quickly. Grey long her makes her look glamorous, her voice, and accent makes her more like a Japanese.

"Emi! look I finally got your results ( Excited)", said Akia in a ebullience mood.

"oh! really I am searching form an hour(frustrated) my stupid laptop is already dead now(angry)", said Emi.

"looks like wait, ha! (shocked)" ,said Akia in a surprised way.

"wait ,what happened! (Energetic)" ,said Emi in a shocked mood.

Both in a joy, "wow, yay!!, finally! "(screaming with surprise), mean while downstaris they're parents were shocked by hearing this loud sound made by both and headed over to upstairs, they were thinking that both must have been seen a ghost but unfortunately they found it out that it's for other reason.

"what happened kids!, why are you making so much noise", both parents in a hurry.

Emi said, " Dad, mom I got a scholarship in the AK university (in an energetic way)

The Ak university is the most famous university in the North part of the Japan.They study about math and science, technology, AI stuff. She always dreamt of getting an admission here but for that huge amount of money was needed, only through scholarship you can go their without money. And for getting a scholarship it's not everyone's cup of tea. As a kid Emi was always a nerd more than a girl, she loved to study about maths, technology etc, and this always amused her family. Do you think that AK university is really gonna change her, from a nerd to a girl, and will she ever know about the family secrets that were hidden from her from her birth itself?

After hearing this happy news they headed to a restaurant to eat delicious food, unfortunately they're parents were busy with their so called work and never liked to eat at restaurants.

"Hey, will you leave tomorrow itself?"( sensitive), said Akia in a way that sounded like she is controlling her tears.

" ummm, yeah "(sad), said Akia in a comfy way

After they finished eating they went to they're house and slept in their comfy, soft bed.In the morning Emi was ready with all her things, packed neatly and excited as well.

" Emi, make sure to keep the pendant here itself", said her mom in a cold voice which showed that her mother didn't care.

"yeah" said emi in a depressed mood.

"Bye, Emi I will really miss( holds her tears) you a lot" ( sensitive), said emi and cries loud.

" don't worry (sad) I will call you every day and talk with you a lot,I promise" ( insisted), said Emi in a comfy and sad mood.

She left her house and also her comfort zone, she was a introverted girl form the childhood itself and even now, she is really ready to face the truth now?

10: 00PM

"Akia you better go to sleep know, or else your parents will be worried ( calm)", said her maid in a concern mood.

"yeah, Iam going to sleep", said Akia in a sleepy way.

After she slept, her maid's job was finished, and she left the house, few minutes after her mother finished her work and went downstairs where she saw Emi's father sitting on the couch, and she decided to talk about the family secret.

"Umm, de--ear, I umm, ( sacred by his wrath) do you think that we should tell our kids about the family secret(nervous) they're grown up now", said her mom in anxious.

" No(direct) said her father felling angery but not ready to show it, "And do you tell her to keep the pendant in house?, buy the way do you know where is the AK university located.

" Ha!, yeah I know it is located in the North part of the Japan(direct) and I told her to keep the pendant in the house she must have kept it already(frightened)", said her mom in nervous.

Emi eventually forgot about the pendant and she didn't remove it.

And then they went to their perspective rooms and slept, in the morning as usual they both didn't even look at Akia and just went for their work.

Mean while here in the North Emi was getting ready for her first day at her university. She was excited, and a little bit nervous. Here she is all alone no one to talk, will she make new friends here? or stay as a nerd itself.

she walked out of her house and picked her bag wore her shoes and got ready.As she was heading towards the university, she bumped into a pretty girl, who was wearing a black necklace, white jeans and a pink crop top she had a short blue hairs.

"opps, sorry I didn't see you pretty girl" (hurry), said that pretty girl.

"uh---its ok" ,said Emi(nervous)

"By the way I am NIA, and I am a new student form the AK university(excited), nice to meet you" (happy) , said that girl in a happy tone.

"My name is Emi, uh-- Emi su---zuki( breaking down ), I am also new student at AK university"(direct), said Emi in a robot tone

" oh!, I think you must be too much nervous girl ( laughs), don't worry everything will be fine( tries to control her laugh)never saw a girl like you talking like a robot(direct),said Nia

"Wanna come with me", asks Nia in a soft tone.

Emi gently nods her head and starts to walk with Nia, when they talked with each other they found a lot in common although Nia looked more like a girly girl but she was totally a nerd and extroverted and more talkative, Nia was a nerd from her childhood itself, and looks like all nerds are at the AK university. will Nia and Emi be best friends and be there everytime whatever it happens?
