I was on my fourth or probably fifth bottle, I seem to have lost count which happens quite a lot...

Noises can be heard from all over with everyone dancing and all over each other.... It was a bad idea to come over to a party after just experiencing a break-up.

I drown in another glass of alcohol which immediately burns my inside. I have lost sight of Jenny ever since we've arrived.

"Need a help there pretty girl?" A tall handsome stranger asked as he wraps his hands around my lips curve into a smile.

He was handsome and the important thing at the moment is that I need to get laid.

"Only if you are up to the task" I replied to which he smiles revealing his beautiful smile before upon the waiter.

I groan as the rays of sunlight hit my face and the sound of a blaring alarm woke me up.

I turn around and is faced with a handsome stranger but quickly pack my stuff and leave.

"You look like you just got mauled over" Jenny said as I walk into our one room apartment.

"That's because I was mauled. Whoever that guy was, he used the living hell out of me". I said as she passes me a glass of water while chuckling.

"Please tell me you remember that we have a trip to make with the group this afternoon" She reminds me making me groan.

The trip was set up by our company for us to go out and get out artifacts from a designated area which to me sounds pretty foolish to do but hey it's my job. We are to set out in groups and return the next day.

Whoever thought that was a great idea is definitely stupid cause what the hell.

"Amelia, are you ready to roll?" Jenny asked for another time making me roll my eyes as I carry my bag and head out.

I grab my phone." This is not going to be a fun filled trip so stop acting like it is."

As we arrive at the place with others, I start to get this icky bad vibe which really doesn't sit well with me.

Jen wraps her hands around me. "Don't worry, mama is going to be with you so chill." She whispers annoyingly.

"That kind of assurance is what is going to make me not to chill at all" I said before heading towards the group.

"I am going to need someone of you all to get stuffs for us to prepare dinner before we get started" Andrew, the coordinator said to which no one bother replying to.

"Since no one is volunteering, Amelia, Jenny and Gaston will go ahead and do that" he says making all heads turn in our direction.

Great, so much for fun filled day..

The three of us walk around in silence in search of wood for dinner before Gaston decided to break the silence.

"You still haven't given me a good reason why you decided that we should break up" he said making me raise my brows at me while Jen tries her best not to laugh.

"You really want me to start talking about that here." I asked while staring at him.

Heavens know why on earth I decided that it was a good idea to date someone like him.

"Why not, Jen is your best friend and you guys tell each other everything, and might as well spill the beans because I have been dying to know why" he said or more or less ranted while grabbing sticks that I can't say we can use to make dinner.

"Well, simply to put, I lost interest in you" I said, and he stared blankly at me making me uncomfortable.

"You..... You what!!!"

"You heard me. I didn't like you anymore, and I hate the idea of cheating thus why we broke up" I explain while Jen snicker.

"I knew you were a bitch but I never knew it was to this level " he said before walking away.

"Honestly, you both just made my day" Jen said while grabbing few more woods.

I was about to reply to her when I hear something or someone headed over to where we were.

"Gaston, you can come out and rant some more" I said while Jen full out burst laughing but to my surprise no one came making the two of us frown and continue our chore only to hear the same sound again...

Damn it...

I didn't sign up for this shit....

"Hello" Jen said and we turn around only to be faced with a wolf.......

You know the scenes in movies where one see a terrifying thing and the first thing they do is to move towards it. Well, Jen and I are built different because the first thing we did was to RUN.....
