Leo and James were waiting for me and Mia to go over to them. But I kinda wanted to walk around before going home… “Mia, you go with them I will walk back to my house. I need some air” I said waving bye to her before walking back home. I was going to walk the long way home today. I need to think maybe let myself calm down from whatever is happening to me…I walked the main road like I was always told to do because it's easy on my legs; that's when I got something in the corner of my eye. I looked around to see who was there or what was there but I was the only one..that's when I seen a clearing over by the woods and seen a boy..he looked around my age he had dark brown hair and his eyes almost red like blood..okay maybe this guy is just walking around like I am thats what I told myself. That's when the guy saw me and in no time he walked over to me I backed up not wanting to be part of whatever he was going to do. Maybe he is a drug dealer or maybe he is going to kill me, I thought to myself. When he got closer to me I got a better look at him. He was much taller than me, much bigger than me in the muscle area. I wasn't wearing weird clothes that I only saw in children's books. His red eyes I got to see more clearer than before..they were drawing me in..I could feel my heart wanting to jump out my chest from how scared I was. That's when he got closer to me and started to talk.. “Maria..?” he says softly trying not to be scared hell I was scared and who is this maria person I wasnt her. “I'm sorry b-but who is maria?” I say try not to slap him and run away. Yes I would rather slap his really handsome face than be there right now that's when I heard him say. “You look a lot like her..from the pictures I have seen..red curly hair…blue eyes..” he says, reaching out to touch my hair. I pulled myself back giving this boy and I a good space. “I'm sorry but who are you?” I say putting my hand on my backpack about to pull out a pencil that's all I had, he sees that and takes a step back. “I am Evan..prince of wolfenvill.”

I started to laugh a lot while holding my stomach. “Ha you are a prince I don’t believe you all I know is the royal family from London” I say giggling and calming down. He looked like he was very serious about this and I stopped laughing. This guy came out of the blue and now is saying he is a prince of a place named Wolfenvill. Jeez this guy made me laugh. I think it’s just a role play or something. “Miss I don’t understand why you are laughing at me.” He says in a serious tone. Oh this dude was for real he isn’t even moving or laughing like what..so maybe he was being serious about this.. “well Evan..” I say. “Prince Evan, only my mother and father are the only ones that can call me Evan” he says and leans on a light pole. I can’t get a break from this. Then we hear something in the distance..Evan then pulls my hand and pulls me to the woods where he was when I first saw him. “Hey! Let me go!” I yell. He then pulls behind a tree and covers my mouth making sure I couldn’t talk. Then we started to hear some people talking. “I think he went this way!” They say I started to tremble from what was happening. Evan felt me trembling and he put his hand on the back of my head and pulled my head on his chest making sure I was buried on his chest. Jeez. This is just different. I feel like I’m in a book right now. All of this doesn’t feel real. Soon enough the people leave and Evan moves away from me and makes sure I was fine. “Are you okay ma’am?” He says reaching out to brush a leaf out of my hair. His touch was gentle yet rough. “Y-yeah I’m okay call me Lucy” I say trying to keep from screaming from how close I was to this guy. Evan takes my shoulders and helps me out from behind the tree. I don’t even know this guy but now I feel safe around him. I’m not sure if this is supposed to happen. I still wanna slap him and run but I don’t think I want to now. “Lucy..okay I will remember..you should make your way home I can walk you.” Evan says, wrapping an arm around my waist guiding me to the opening of the woods and road. “No I can make it home” I say hoping that would make him back off. Which did work a bit. “Are you sure Lucy?” He says. I don’t know why he keeps asking that…

I was walking home from the woods..I still can't wrap my head around what just happened. That weird guy named Evan..who is maria..who are those people..are they after him or something why did he say he was a prince. I can't put my finger on it! I made my way home and when I did I seen mia and my brothers outside. Shit. it's already dark out and I haven't been home. “Lucy!” my little brother James called out. I walked over to them and James hugged me that’s when I see someone familiar…it was Evan! What the hell how is he here. He turned around and seen me. “Oh Lucy this is our new friend Evan” Leo said with a big smile. “H-hello Evan” I say I try not to freak out even if I wanted to. “Hello..” Evan said he didn’t even know how to talk seeing me to. Think god I’m not the only one.

We all made it into the house…my dad was the only one there. I wish I could understand why my mom works nights and not days. It would be nice to see her when I hear my dad talk. “Hey kids. Oh Mia you're here it's nice to see you again…who is this boy?” shit did no one tell dad?? “Dad, this is Evan, a new friend of mine and James,” Leo says. My dad got off the couch and walked up to Evan. I could see Evan was about to pull something. I put my hand on the thing that he was about to pull out at my dad. Holy shit! It's a knife, why would he have a knife? This is a little town where people know people. Oh yeah..he's from the world called wolfenvill i still think that's a fake thing but still..he doesn't know much about this. My father put a hand out to him. Evan takes my fathers hand and they shake hands. This is the scariest thing ever because this guy tried to pull a knife on my father! “Lucy, why don't you and your brothers set up the basement for you all?” my father said going back to the couch god i'm scared for tonight for anything. My brothers and I went down to the basement and started to pull out couches to beds. We then got a sleeping bag for everyone. I know I'm sharing a bed with Mia but I have no clue how the others are sleeping. I saw that Evan and Mia were coming down the stairs and I saw Evan looking different. He had my brother's clothes on. “Evan, did you find the clothes?” Leo said. Evan nodded and sat on the pull out bed I was on. I looked at Evan, almost checking him out god his muscular figure in my brothers shirt.. I had to hold my tongue not to say anything. “ Who's sharing with whom?” I say..
