This is about Yuki Hotaro, a 16-year old high-school student and otaku, who gets into a tragic accident and finds herself reincarnated in her favourite manga series and anime but is a background female character with no name and background that is talked about in the manga.

I got the idea from isekai, a genre in animes and mangas when the main character is transported to another world as someone else.

What time is it?
Yuki stares at the clock.

School starts in 13 minutes!

I gotta get ready!
She rushes out of her room and goes to put on her school uniform.

You're gonna be late!
Yuki Hotaro
'Kay Mom! I'm coming!
She dashes down the staircase and goes into the kitchen where her mom is doing the dishes.

Yuki, you overslept!

Were you up late at night reading mangas again?
Yuki lets out a soft scoff, knowing her mother wouldn't believe no matter what she said.
Yuki loved mangas and animes a lot more than the average otaku.
Though, her love for those inane books kept her away from her studies and her grades went below average.
She hates to admit it but it was her fault.

Okay, whatever...! Where's my school bag?
Yuki's mom hands her newly-sewn backpack.

Yuki Hotaro
I-I'm sorry 😞! I overslept!

Today, we have a new student joining us today.

He beckons Yuki to come in.
She walks inside the classroom, hands clasped behind her back.

The rest of the class burst out in laughter.

I-I a-apologise.
Yuki puts her head down, shame and embrassment red on her features.
Mr. Reginald claps his hands together, silencing the classroom.
Mr. Reginald
Yuki is a transfer student and came from abroad so let's give her a helping hand, shall we?
The students nod their heads in agreement.
He said as he looked at her.
Mr. Reginald
Why don't you sit over there at the end?
He points to a lonely chair by the window, isolated from the rest.
