He asks while approaching the man but then he was so shocked to see the man covered in blood even the stomach the man holding is releasing blood
Skyler panicked then run to the man who is heavily breathing

OMG! Hey!hey! don't die on me hang in there 'am gonna call the ambulance ok?! just breathe!!
