William throws a rock into the puddle making mud and water splash out of the puddle...
William
Why?! Why can't I have it?!
He grabs a bigger rock and threw it into the lake.
William
Why?! Just WHY?! You have to come back...
He then falls to the floor sitting staring at his reflection at the edge of the lake
William
You can't leave me... I thought you were different...
He tHen goes to his knees beginning to sob hysterically between his sobbing

I thought you were the one! I can't lose you too!!!
He then wipes away his tears and shouts
William
I'll do anything for you...
He slams his hands against the nearby tree leaving a large dent in the bark

They always betray me in the end leaving when I need them most...
He then hears a soft voice behind him... "Are you okay?"
William looks behind him and a couple feet away a woman in a green cloak brown hair her hands together in front of her.
He immediately gets up and covers his face with his cloak for a moment to dry his face and looks to her.
William
Yes. I'm doing fine.
She looks over to the tree he was next too as it creaks and looks at the large dent in the tree and the large chunk of bark next to him
Sarah
So that, wasn't you?
William
I won't lie like a coward. So yes it was me.
He tries to straighten his posture trying to look more confident and less disturbed.
William
What is a lady like you doing out in the woods by yourself?
William
Especially at this time of night? There are dangerous things in these woods you know...
Sarah
I was looking for a certain paint ingredient that is easier to see in the dark.
William

She adjusts her cloak and shows a small sack and opens it showing glowing berries

He had a strange feeling like he could trust her. His heart was already broken, so he thought "what's the harm in telling her?"

Sarah looks at him genuinely concerned. She looks over to near the edge of the pond and walks a couple steps and leans down to pick a rock and approaches him
Sarah
Well sometimes good things fall apart...
She then gently cleans the rock off revealing its shiny crystal like color drying off the mud with her cape
Sarah
So better things can fall into place.
Sarah hands what looked like a rock but now after it was cleaned... A crystal. He held it into the moonlight and looked at it then back to her.
William
You seem very wise for someone who looks young... How old are you?
William
21? And you speak with such wisdom and insight... That's
a rare thing for someone your age.
Sarah
You don't seem much older though.

William couldn't help but burst out laughing to this

My name is William Killian dear.
Sarah
*even his name sounds ominous... And now he's calling me dear...*
Sarah
My name is Sally Quill.
William
What a perfect name.
He steps closer and then grabbing her hand softly stroking it for a moment with his hand
Sarah
*Eek.... Why is he... I'm blushing....*
he then lifts her hand up and kissed the top of it gently smiling as looked back to her
William
Thank you for your kindness and care for me.
He then lets's go of her hand and grins
William
How can I repay such a lovely lady?
*Sarah tries to keep her cool and not blush, but some still comes through*
He has his face still grinning waiting for her answer

I don't really think I need anything.
His grin turns more into a disappointed smile
William
You sure there's nothing I can repay you back for?
Sarah
*I can't look at him for to long I'm going to blush a bunch!*
She looks over from the tree to not blush
He then grabs her hand pulling her closer to him
William
I don't like when people help me and they don't get the kindness and pay back they need...
