I'm in my last year of Journalism school, and I intend to be a fashion columnist. I'm very excited about the possibility of my cousin coming to live here. We've always been very close, and I can't wait to be able to experience great adventures together.

Hi, my name is Natasha, and I just turned 18. I'm tall, which runs in the family, at 5'8", and I have blonde hair. I'm the youngest daughter, and my mom used to say I'm the most reckless. In reality, I'm not very attached to the rules, and I love to live life to the fullest, since you never know what tomorrow will bring. My sister and I are counting down the days until our cousin finally gets her place at the university and gets out of that dead end. Nobody deserves to live in such a dull town, with no nightlife, no cute guys. My cousin is quieter, but a week in our company will change that.

The results came out today, and I'm officially a Business Administration student, it was the best early birthday present I could have received. Next month is my 18th birthday and I'll be able to celebrate everything at once, my cousins are already planning this celebration and they said I have no escape, and they already know where they're taking me and that there's no way I can say no to them. My parents are very happy for me, but I can see in their eyes a sadness to see me go so far away. But nothing I'm doing is for me, in the future I intend to take them with me there, and give them a comfortable life without them having to worry about anything, they sacrificed so much so that I wouldn't lack anything, and I will do everything to repay that one day!

Everything is already settled with my aunt and my trip will be in two days, I can't wait to see my cousins, I miss them so much. They are like sisters to me, and even though we live far away we are very close. My aunt is amazing, very outgoing, she and my mother are very similar, they raised us very similar, but the difference is that in my town there's not much to go out to, what to do, there's not even a mall, so I always enjoyed staying at home, studying and because I spent so much time worrying about getting into college, I never paid attention to the boys around me, I still haven't even kissed anyone, and my cousins consider that almost a crime. They say I must be going crazy and have already promised me that I won't turn 19 without ever having kissed anyone, for them it's a life or death mission.

We're starting another very productive week in this company, I have a lot of important deals to close in the next few weeks and I can't afford any mistakes. I've been very tense because of this, my best friends who I now consider my family, Heitor and Brenner, say that I need to relax with them at some club, and I agree with them, but business doesn't close itself and I can't screw up until these are consolidated. They are both lawyers and work for me, we met in college and they were the only ones who stayed by my side, after everything that happened, they consoled me and didn't let me give up on everything, those guys are amazing!

I arrive at the company around 9:30 in the morning and go to my office, today I'm going to spend the whole day in alignment meetings, I like to be always on top of everything that happens within my company, nothing escapes me here, I know exactly everything that happens under this roof, they call me controlling, but I say that this is commitment both to the business and to the memory and dedication of years of my parents here. Besides, I have the responsibility to keep this whole empire standing, it's something that's not easy and that's only possible because there are a lot of people making the machine work.

The day of my trip has finally arrived. I couldn't wait any longer; these past two days seem to have dragged on. I'm going to take a bus from my city to a neighboring city that has an airport. The trip will take about two and a half hours, and I'll still have to wait a while until my flight leaves, meaning I'll spend the entire day traveling. I'm going to choose a comfortable outfit for this adventure. I select beige pants and a blouse, white sneakers, and an off-white jacket in case I get cold. My parents take me to the bus station, and soon the goodbyes begin. I feel like a part of my heart will stay here. I've never been away from them for so long, and seeing them like this breaks my heart, but we know I'm going in search of a better life for all of us.

I arrive at the airport and still have two hours to wait for my flight. During this time, I decide to go to the bathroom and then see if I can grab something to eat because my stomach is already growling. The hours pass slowly, and each second feels like an eternity. Finally, my time to board arrives. I'm delighted because some flights are delayed, and luckily, mine isn't. I see people rushing between connections to avoid missing their next flights. My bag accidentally falls to the ground, and I bend down to pick it up. I'm completely distracted, checking to make sure I haven't lost any documents or anything else inside the bag while also walking to avoid being late, when suddenly I bump into a mountain of muscles, bringing me back to reality. I had never seen anyone so handsome and with such penetrating eyes. That man I bumped into made me feel an electric current run through my body, something I had never felt before. In less than a few seconds, I snapped out of my trance and returned to the real world.

Man: If I were you, I'd watch where you're going, girl!

Angeline: I'm sorry, sir, but since you were so focused on your path, you could have moved.

As soon as I said that, I turned my back and walked away quickly because the prince turned into a toad very fast.

Benjamim

I was finishing getting ready when my phone rang.

Brenner: Good morning, partner. I don't have good news. Unfortunately, you'll have to go personally to talk to our supplier in the countryside. He's being unreasonable and said he won't produce anymore until we pay him more money.

Benjamim: I can't believe that jerk has the nerve to do that! Since I have no choice, he can wait for me! Thanks, brother.

I immediately call my secretary to arrange my transportation there. I'm even more annoyed to learn that my jet is in maintenance today, and I'll have to take a commercial flight. I ask my housekeeper to pack a small bag with everything I need to spend a day away, and within 20 minutes, I'm on my way.

I go to the airport and head straight to the boarding gate, going directly to first class. The flight was quite peaceful; it gave me time to think about all the punches I'm going to give that jerk. When I disembark, I can see a big commotion of delayed flights, and all that mess makes me impatient. I keep walking distractedly and quickly glance at my watch when suddenly someone bumps into me. I'm not having a good day, and then this happens. Good grief!

When I look up and see that angel, a delicate beauty, a stunning woman, I tell her to look ahead, and she quickly gives me a sharp answer. How dare she? Does she know who she's talking to? What an insolent girl, but I must admit that I felt something different.
