I open my eyes slowly and sigh. The moonlight is hitting my face “such a beauty” a small whisper escapes under my breath. I stand up and walk to the small balcony, lighting up a cigarette. The sweet yet bitter taste of nicotine fills my mouth and lungs. A slight chuckle leaves my throat as I look up at the moon, exhaling the smoke. Isn`t winter the most beautiful season? The white snow is covering up all the ugly environments of the city, it`s quiet and dark. I take another drag of the cigarette and close my eyes, blowing the smoke slowly out. Imagining myself in a winter forest all alone. It`s freezing cold. I open my eyes again and drop the cigarette and crash it with my foot before I walk back inside my Apartment, laying back down in my bed, closing my eyes.

𝒞𝒽𝒶𝓅𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝟣

The sound of an alarm clock is audible though the dark of Wei's room. He turns it on snooze and lays in his bed for a few more minutes before he finally gets up. After a light stretching, He walks in the small bathroom, it isn't clean but clean enough for his standards. “Awful…” he sighs after a look in the mirror. he runs my hand through his messy black hair, washing his face and putting some light makeup on just to cover the dark circles under his eyes.

On his way to the University, he makes a stop at the local coffee shop, ordering an Iced Americano as always. Wei can already spot the University building in the dawn. After paying for his coffee, he leaves walking forward the University. He spots a group of Teenagers, one of them is taking out a package of cigarettes. Wei walks over to them and grabs the package out of his hand. “Hey!!! Who do you think you are! Give that back you, Bastard!” Wei's expression hardens, and he looks serious at the Teenage boy. Wei takes out a cigarette before putting the package into his pocket. “Smoking isn`t healthy” he says and glances at the teenager while lighting up a cigarette. “It's none of your business! You're smoking yourself!”. he nods, taking a long drag “Yes, but I am worthy of Poisoning myself, you aren't” with those words he walks off…

He can feel their confused stares at himself, like they are trickling his back.

In Front of the University are some people talking about some projects, worrying about how to survive this semester. He finishes his cigarette and throws it away, putting on a charming smile as he walks though the hallway. Other Students greet him friendly, and he responds with his smooth voice.

During the lecture, Wei plays on his phone under the table not paying much attention to the lecture. But as he hears the word Group Project out of the Professors word his eye twitches. In the breaktime he checks the list to see who he will be working with. “Shí Róng-Huá, who the fuck is that?” Wei thinks for a second. “I haven't talked to Ronghua…I haven't talked to any losers here…. well, except them that say good morning to me” Wei groans and walks though the building sitting down in the library. He takes out his coffee and takes a few sips every there and then, while staring at some bookshelves, lost in thoughts. After a few minutes he sits up straight and puts headphones on.
