Dear diary,

Hi my name is Vanessa Smith .

And this is my story.

My dad's death was the biggest shock of my life . My dad was Jake Smith the minister of welfare in the Advisory's Council of the Royal Void.

Royal Void was the disciplinary committee of the five kingdoms . That includes the demon ,neutral ,cultivation and moon kingdom.

Well my Father's death was never mentioned in the Royal Void . The council leader Matthew Williams from the Cultivation Kingdom said that he was assigned a task but never returned therefore he was declared dead to the council.

But I remember what my dad told me that day!

" Always trust your instincts, the conspiracy of the nether world won't ruin your life like it did to your mother 18 years ago".

* What is he talking about ? I don't understand! * I thought to myself. My dad taught me combat skills since I was 8 yes old and taught me on how to use my powers without using my scepter. So when he disappeared I had to find out what happened.

But I only had my mum's locket, spell book and dagger to help me get through this.

Vanessa! Vanessa! Where are you dear?

*Oh no! aunt Eva is looking for me *

I quickly opened the door and went out to see my aunt with the biggest smile of her life . Oh no this means ! Oh yes it does Darling ! My aunt said with grin the Royal Winter's Crystal Ball is tonight how cool is this . I felt sick to my stomach

I hated the ball ! It was boring and she only wants me to go there to get me to fall in love with some guy.

But I wasn't gonna do that so I bought a black and red off shoulder dress with pink heels . No way is anyone gonna notice me now haha!

I had blonde hair so dyed it with blue stripes when I was ten so that I didn't look an average girl who was boy crazy or like a daddy's girl .

DAY OF THE BALL

I took the limousine to the Royal Void with my aunt .But I didn't seem to care I was on my phone listening to music like a normal person.

We finally arrived at the ball when I saw her ! Jessica Evergreen the school Queen bee and bully . Man I hated her she always made me look like a Weirdo just because I was an introvert. Like I care ,my goal was to go directly to library and never come back till the party was over . So I entered the party with everyone looking at Jessica just because of her stunning dress as usual. I saw everyone talk about her . When suddenly the Prince of Cultivation Kingdom arrived at the scene . With his white hair and girls drooling of him Prince Sky had it all .

I was never interested in him at all .

As I was minding my own business on my phone we met by chance his blue eyes seemed to be lost in mine . Then I spoke what do you think you're doing ? Are you ok,Prince Sky?

Oh! um yes . He said while stammering. Ok I said awkwardly. "What is your name ?' he asked . I am Vanessa I said proudly. Just then Jessica came rushing and pushed me away saying Vanessa isn't important we all know she is an introvert who never talks to anyone on her own so don't waste your time Sky.

*Why did she call him by his name ,I wonder ?* I thought to myself but no time for that I rushed to the library.

SKY AND JESSICA'S CONVERSATION

Jessica: Are u okay Sky?

Sky : Yes, but who is that girl?

Jessica: She is the daughter of the minister of the of welfare the one that died mysteriously.

Sky : Ok

*She seems interesting and beautiful

I must get to know her more *

Vanessa :welcome

* Why is he asking about her? Sky is mine and only mine ! *

I need to find out what happened that day ! I said blankly.

What do you wanna find out? ahhhh Why are u yelling ? Who is bothering me

don't u know there is a ball with good looking girls . I said blankly then I realized the boy I was screaming at is Prince Jax of the Demon Kingdom! Oh my God, why are u here there is ball downstairs u are not supposed to be here!

Jax:Whoa first of all you scream at the demon crown prince and you dare not to apologize!

Vanessa : I name is Vanessa Smith. I don't care who you are but just leave me alone. *He is so annoying * *But he is so handsome ** No I can't love him he is always on my nerves *

Jax : * She looks so beautiful today * * I like her so much that I always bully her but I can't leave her alone .* * Vanessa, I like u a lot *

Vanessa: Why are u starring at me ?

I said blankly .But he continued starring at me then suddenly he pulled me close and then kissed me . * Wtf * Are u okay Prince Jax ? I asked furiously. I am sorry for that .Prince Jax said that apologetically . Then I asked why did you kiss me ?

You don't like, do you? He just ignored me and did it again he kissed me again and again. And he said you're mine and only mine. What do u mean ? I asked . He just smiled and said you're now my girlfriend . And you'll be my Queen when I am crowned king.

Why ? I asked I don't even like u and I can never like u at all.

Jax : I know,but pulling your leg is so worth it . Hahaha you're such an idiot Vanessa Jane Smith !

: Oh really! Never mind being an idiot surely must be a lot of work .

I didn't know that idiocy can be found in those next of line . Oh well ,May the person who marries you surely rot in hell .

Jax : Watch your words ,Vanessa! Watch your words .

Anyway I have been thinking would you like to be my friend !

Vanessa: Why would I be a friend to the crown Prince ?

 U barely know me ! You used magic to know my name so don't expect me trust someone like you!

Jax : Ouch , well I need you for something !

You help me find my brother and I help you find your parents.

We are graduating soon so better we find our loved ones to be free from whatever troubles we are in!

Vanessa: Fine ,u have my world.

BACK TO THE BALL

I was looking at my phone when I saw my aunt with a bright smile asking me to go shopping with her 3 days after today !

Yes, I said with a grin .there was no way I would ever say no to her . So I quickly excused myself to use the bathroom.

IN THE BATHROOM

I was done with washing my face when I saw Jessica looking at me !

Jessica : So , thinking of stealing my boyfriend !

Vanessa: Oh no, I would never ! I....

Jessica: Shut up !

The next thing I got was a slap !

Jessica : You think you are so special ! You ugly worthless slut!

Vanessa : I am sorry . I ran out of there feeling alone and dejected! I know I wasn't pretty or strong at magic like others or socializing but I wasn't a boyfriend snatcher .

I blame myself for my parents disappearances , my lack of social skills and lack of courage to stand up for myself . Maybe I am a curse to those near me who knows !

I ran to the car crying my eyes out asking God to forgive me js once !

Edward : okay, do you need anything ?

Jax : I need you to keep an eye on Vanessa for me !

Edward : Why ? Could it be that you are slowly starting to like this girl ?

I mean it makes sense a demon can only see the name and memories of its destiny at first sight . And later on their fates are sealed with each other . They can tell when the other is in danger or trouble js by thinking about each other. And can talk to each other telepathically!

Jax : Enough ! I know all this but my case with her is different that I can't understand it myself !
