At night I was packing my things in my room, I was getting ready for tomorrow when my mom suddenly walked Into my room;

"When you arrive there don't forget to send a message to us"

"I will"

"Take care of yourself there okay don't forget to eat, be strong go for your dream, and stop being rude to others," my mother said as her tears rolled down her cheek.

I get closer to Mom and hug her tightly.

"I will visit you when I a free time" I whispered in my mom's ear.

I slept earlier this time because tomorrow early morning I will be off.

(EARLY IN THE MORNING)

Today I will be leaving my life in the countryside I said to my mind while looking at my window.

I go down to eat something before leaving.

Annabelle my little sister reached me and gave me a piece of candy, I carried her in my arms and thanked her for the candy.

Mom keeps giving me an envelope of money but I refuse to accept it.

"He said he doesn't need it why do you keep on forcing him to get it" my father told me while sitting and reading a newspaper on the couch.

As I drive my car my family waves at me as I go.

I looked at the side mirror of the car and saw my mom's tears falling into her eyes.

On my way to the city, I passed by the beach so I decided to go get some fresh air.

I parked my car at the side of the road walked for a few minutes and continued driving.

I will travel for about one day before reaching the place where I am going to study.

I needed to transfer because my old school didn't require the course I was going to get.

The doctor is the job that I want to become one day.

Also, I was accepted for a scholarship to the school where I'm going to transfer.

Luckily I was able to get that, even though I was a bully.

Some of my schoolmates and teachers still praised me for getting a good grade even though I am a bully student.

That scholarship is going to pay for my school needs and also give a free ten thousand dollars per month as an allowance.

My family is not that poor but I don't want them to give all of their money to me.

It's been early in the morning and I reached out to the boarding school.

My room was on the last floor, the building has ten decks.

I was tired from a long journey, as I opened the door when suddenly another man was lying on the bed sleeping.

I was stunned because of him, I thought I would be alone in the room but it turns out that I have a roommate buddy.

He suddenly opened his eyes and stared at me.

But I give him a cold stare.

I closed the door and went in.

On the other hand, the guy who is lying on the bed stood up and raises his hand while saying;

"Hi, I'm your roommate my name is Kai," the guy said with a smile on her face.

He kinda looks cute, I can feel my body getting hot.

After fixing all of my stuff Kai suddenly grabbed me.

"What's wrong with you? Where are you taking me?" I asked with a confused emotion.

"Are you not feeling hungry? Let us go grab something to eat" he said with a childish look at me.

He takes me to a nearby restaurant;

"This is my favorite place, order whatever you like it's on me," Kai said and winked.

We sat and ordered a portion of food, Kai eats like a girl, he eats so much food.

"Their food here is delicious," he said while his mouth was full with his food.

After eating, Kai suddenly asked what was my name;

"By the way, I still don't know your name," he asked.

I just stood up and told him to pay and walk out.

"Pay for it"

"Wait you still haven't answered my question" he shouted.

The people eating in the restaurant looked at him and made Kai shy.

I was slowly walking to go back to the boarding, looking at the beautiful lights in the sky.

Kai suddenly said;

"The sky is beautiful right?"

I stopped and looked at him. The cold breeze of the wind was touching my cheeks.

Kai looked at me which made me feel different.

He put his arms around my neck and continued to walk.

We have reached the boarding;

"Let's sleep now I'm a bit tired," Kai said while covering his body and yawned.

Our beds are facing each other.

In the middle of the night, I was woken up by something.

I opened my eyes and saw Kai hugging me.

He looked like a baby, he just lay down and hugged me like nothing.

I came to think that maybe he's sleepwalking or something.

I tried to push him or wake him up but neither of them made him awake so I stood up and carried him to his bed.

In the morning, I was woken up by the sunlight, I went straight to the shower room and washed.

While changing my clothes Kai suddenly opened the door and saw my body naked.

I got furious because of that. Kai suddenly closed the door and said sorry.

"I'm sorry I didn't know that you were dressing"

"You should have knocked," I said with a furious voice.

"What do you need?" I asked.

"T-the food was ready," he said with trembling voice.

Facing each other while eating makes us shy and silent remembering what just happened.

To cut the silence I asked him what's his course.

"I'm taking doctor, how about you?" he answered and his face was still blushing.

"We're the same"

"That's good then will go to the classroom together," he said.

Since we have the same course, we walk together.

The school is just nearby so we don't need to worry about transportation.

We entered together and sat side by side.

The teacher entered looking fierce look.

"Good morning class I'm your teacher for this year, hope you learn a lot from me," he said and started to discuss.

An hour had passed by, so the bell rang for the next subject.

After a long time, it was lunchtime, and Kai asked me to eat together.

While eating I asked Kai why he picked to be a doctor;

"Hey Kai, why did you enter a doctor?" while chewing my food.

"I don't know, I just got this course but my parents want me to have a course that is about business but decided to take it"

"How about why did you take it?" He asked.

"I want to help those who are in pain maybe I cannot fully heal their pain but I want to lessen it" I answered.

After having lunch we roam around the school and sit under a tree.

Kai asked me if I knew the same-sex marriage.

I just bluffed and told them that it's kinda weird but I cannot change it because is their own decision.

I returned a question for him;

"Why would you ask? Do you have a boyfriend?" I chuckled while asking him.

"I don't have, and why are laughing?" He said with an angry look.

The bell rang so we decided to go back to our classroom.

The class is finished and the sky is orange because of the sunset.

I told Kai that I was going somewhere;

"Buddy, I'll be going home later you go first"

"Why where are you going?"

"I'm going to the supermarket to buy groceries, I saw the fridge and it's empty"

"Let's go together since it's our food and also I'm going to buy something"

We ride a taxi to the supermarket.

We first to the meat section and bought a slice of pork and chicken, afterwards we went to the vegetable area.

Since we came here, I decided to roam around to see if there was anything that I could buy that we could use.

While looking around I saw a product that looks delicious.

I rushed towards it, and looked;

"Good afternoon sir, this is our new product pork chops, it's tastier than the other ones, try it out we have pre-taste," the saleswoman said smiling towards the customers.

I picked one and tasted it and it's so delicious, Kai pushed the cart and followed me.

I asked him to try it and he said it was yummy, so I asked the saleswoman if he would buy it.

The saleswoman woman looked at us and suddenly blushed and asked;

"Are you two couple? You look good with each other." She said while packing our order.

"I-it's not what you think he's my boarding buddy," I said with my voice stuttered.

Kai just laughed while looking.

Because I'm a bit shy, we went to the counter to pay for the one we bought, I was going to pay for it but Kai suddenly pays it.

He carried it to the basement, but I got confused about why we were going to the basement aren't we should go and call for a taxi?

Kai opened a car that looked luxurious and asked to get in.

"Wait, is this your car?"

"No I carnapped it, he said with a laugh. Why would I drive I car if it doesn't mine? Use your brain" he said while bluffing at me.
