Demon Slayer [Tanjiro X Arisu]

Prologue

I can do it. It's all right. All fine. Nothing to worry about. I know I can do it. No. I know we can do it. We have to survive, Hyakki. (older sis)

I was carrying Hyakki on my back. She was all bloody.

Of course, because she's injured, dammit!

It all happened an hour ago. I was studying in my room as usual, just when we heard a knock on the door of our house.

We looked through the cameras to see that person since it was late at night.

We found a guy in a black shirt and white jeans wearing a hat and had curly black hair. His eyes were Crimson's.

My father asked if he could know the person outside.

However, that guy breaks through our home, and attacked my father and mother and my sister ultimately. I don't know why he left me alone though.

He injected his blood into my sister's body through his tactical

I didn't know what to do.

But the only thing I remember was, "Ari..... Take Hyakki away with you. I'm sorry, I couldn't give time to you both. We are sorry for... everything."

It was my mom. She said that and smiled before leaving. That was maybe the first time I saw her smile.

Without any delays, I swiftly approached Hyakki and carried her out of the house.

How did I do that?

Simple. My blood is unique and It attracts evil things the most. However, the much it attracts, the much it gets dangerous. My blood is blue-coloured.

And, when any humans, or any other individual would drink my blood, or even smell its scent, they'll go crazy and would die at last.

That didn't happen to humans though. But, to some insects. I think it doesn't affect humans.

But, this thing wasn't even a human.

That's why, I cut off my arm slightly and let the blood drop there for seconds. The scent was all around the room, the guy wasn't able to endure it.

As I thought.

Just like that, I left home with Hyakki. Mom and Dad were still, there though. But..... Will they survive? Let's just hope so. First of all, I have to protect Hyakki.

Coming back to the present now.

I put Hyakki on the ground in a dark alley. Let's just hope no one will pass through from here for now.

I bandaged Hyakki's wound. While before leaving I also took a bag with my medical stuff there and... Some personal belongings.

Anyway. After I bandaged, Hyakki's wound I checked Hyakki's pulse if she was still alive.

Just... What on earth was that thing?

That guy?

As I was checking Hyakki's pulse Hyakki opened her eyes all of a sudden giving me no time to react.

In a flash, I was slammed against the ground lying back. I was facing Hyakki.

Who was definitely not looking like a human. More likely... A monster?

"Get a hold of yourself! Sister? Hyakki.... "

I tried to talk more but Hyakki just kept trying to get closer to my face. Her intentions were clear as ice. She wants to... Devour me.

I gulped at that thought.

Hyakki's eyes weren't even normal as any other human's.

Is this what you call... A monster? Or a demon? No... What am I even thinking about?

It might just be some infection that Hyakki got... Then that guy...

This is definitely not normal! I can't think of anything anymore! I was still alive because I had my bag protecting my face.

I got no choice, but to kick Hyakki away from me. Hyakki started twisting her body from left to right and creaking sounds came. That's horrifying.

Was all I could think. It feels like seeing a ghost in front of me.

What I could think... Was to run away.

Hyakki glanced at me with an "I'm gonna eat you alive" look and swiftly approached me. Before she could do anything to Me, I took my bag and started running.

Where to go? Where to run? What am I gonna do? It's definitely not fun!

Hyakki was still at my back hungry to devour me alive in flesh. She's my... My older sister and I don't want... My sister... To be a fucking monster!

I looked back again, but Hyakki was gone. I checked twice to see if Hyakki was really gone or not.

But, Hyakki was gone.

Should I be glad that Hyakki left me or sad? I don't know. I'm feeling both emotions I assume.

I headed towards a direction hoping to find someone for help, but it started to get cold and I was freezing as well. I just walked... And walked and then... All blank.

Episode - 1 "Cruelty"

"This is the best Kimono ever! Thanks, Mom!" I exclaimed as I looked at Mom and found her working on her laptop again.

"Yeah, I'm glad you liked it. Wear this Kimono at New Year. Ah, and start doing your studies your exams are also coming."

Mom didn't even spare a glance at me as she continued to do her work. It has always been like this.

Then there was my older sister Hyakki. I just call her Hyakki rather than calling her sister. That's just more likely us. Hyakki is always in her room never coming out.

She was not a social butterfly after all.

She liked painting, but she soon stopped it as Mom and Dad told her to stop doing that work. Truly pathetic, isn't it?

I only remember how strict my parents were. I don't remember them showing any affection or love to me-- Oh.

They did.

But... That was only at the last moment. How I wish my parents could at least say those words, "I love you." To me. How good would it be?

Just if once... Just if once they told me they loved me... I wouldn't have been like this. I'm such a coward, weak, loser and good-for-nothing right now!

I opened my eyes as I felt cold.

I looked around and found myself lying on the snowy ground.

I guess, I Faint after I reached here. I'm glad, I'm still alive in this cold or else I might have just died.

I stood up on my feet and started to ascend the mountain. And, I'm glad I have my bag with all the necessary things in it.

I just wore the coat to protect myself to not catch the cold.

As I begin to ascend, I found two people. Living peoples! A young boy around my age carrying a young girl and that girl's pretty much injured.

Oh, dammit! That girl's injured! And they're also the first two humans I've finally seen after leaving my house and that alley... Hyakki.

No... Not now. Get me and shits together!

I begin to walk over them, but I found that girl weird all of a sudden. And, she attacked that boy.

Wait...

That girl seems to be...

A Monster!

This virus is affecting a bunch of people! First Hyakki and now this girl! Oh, fuck! That guy's in danger! I don't want to help though, but... For humanity!

Also, as the youngest doctor as well!

I'll save him.

As I approached them, the girl was now on top of that boy attempting to devour that boy.

"Nezuko... !"

That boy exclaimed in horror.

Before I could even move, a guy with a Katana (blade) came out of nowhere and attacked both the girl and the boy. To my surprise, both of them saved their selves somehow.

But, that Katana guy caught the girl and threshold the Katana at her Cardiac Artery.

I just stood there in astonishment.

That guy with the Katana spoke, "This girl is a demon. My job is to kill Demons."

"No! Wait!! Please don't kill her! She's my younger sister! Though, I don't know how it happened, but Nezuko is different from any other demons!" The boy exclaimed.

However, ignoring the situation, that Katana guy began to slice the girl's cardiac artery. Wait, he's gonna f#cking kill that girl!

"Hey, stop-- "

"No!! Please don't kill her! I'm begging you!" The boy cried out. As he kneeled down.

"If you're a man then stop whining and begging! If you're a weakling then you'll never survive in this world! You need to be stronger enough!" The man explained.

Wait am I actually invisible to both of them? (just kidding)

The boy stood up and began to toss stones on the Katana man. Hey, wait... I just saw that! He threw an axe towards that guy as well!

As the boy approached to the Katana Man. Katana Man smash his Katana's hilt on the boy's head causing the boy to be faint.

Just in seconds the axe that the boy threw earlier came towards the Katana Man, but he dodged the axe. Gotta believe. Man got some brilliant reflexes.

Both the girl and the boy were faint now. Katana Man made the girl wear a muzzle.

"Go to Mt. Sagiri and meet a person named, 'Sakonji Urokodaki.' And, tell him that Giyuu Tomioka has sent you there."

"Hey, wait! Why are you telling me this?"

"... "

The man remained silent for literally 2 minutes before giving a response, "Both this boy and girl are faint. The girl is a demon, but she's different from any other demons. Therefore, I want you to go with this boy and the girl to Mt. Sagiri."

That isn't even an answer of my satisfaction.

"Bu-- "

The man disappeared all of a sudden giving me no time to react.

A demon he says? Hyakki... She is also a demon? How come this happened-- Oh wait...

That Guy!

He wasn't a human either. This tells... That the guy from last night is the one who made Hyakki a demon either this girl. And, perhaps a lot more.

I have a hypothesis... Did that guy from last night kidnapped Hyakki for his work? His work indicates killing humans and might even eating them.

In conclusion if I want to find Hyakki and cure her... I should find more people like that guy earlier since he was wearing a uniform. There might be some people who know about this demon things.

There's always a way to cure anyone from any disease. That's right.

The boy eventually opened his eyes and looked around in panicked. After he found his sister lying beside him, he felt relieved.

"Um... Who are you? What happened to that guy?" the boy questioned.

"I'm Arisu Kanzakura. That Katana guy was Giyuu Tomioka. He told us to go Mt. Sagiri and meet a person named, 'Sakonji Urokodaki'. He also, advised that your sister shouldn't go out in sun or else it'll burn her to death." I explained.

"Thank you. I'm Tanjiro Kamado and this... She's my younger sister Nezuko. Our family was killed by a demon and somehow Nezuko barley survived."

"Listen. This might sound rude to you. But, I don't care a shit. I'm not interested in your story or sister. I just want to... Forget it. Why shall I even waste my time on you? We're only going to be together until we meet that person Sakonji Urokodaki. Afterwards, you do whatever you want, I do whatever I want. We both will go our separate way." I made clear.

"This is truly mean to tell anyone about it." The boy stated.

It doesn't matter anyway.

We headed to Tanjiro's family's grave and Tanjiro prayed for them. Tanjiro held his sister Nezuko's hand and began to walk. He reached his hand towards me as well.

But, I chose to decline it.

Thus, we headed to Mt. Sagiri.

Demon Slayer [Tanjiro X Arisu]

Episode - 2 "Trainor Sakonji Urokodaki"

, Arisu Kanzakura am the youngest doctor with higher medical knowledge.

My family died because of a demon. And, my older sister, Hyakki survived somehow. But, soon she was kidnapped by someone.

And, I assume it's perhaps be that guy from last night with Curly hair and Crimson's eyes.

While on my way, I found two siblings Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado.

His family also died last night and his sister barely managed to survive. His sister is now a demon, but different from other demons.

I believe, Hyakki is also a different demon. And, I'll soon find a cure, because--

"There's nothing in this world that can't be cured as long as we give up."

And, our next mission is to go at Mt. Sagiri and look for a person named, "Sakonji Urokodaki."

... ***...

We asked some people's the route of Mt. Sagiri and eventually reached a temple in the midnight.

Lights were coming from a temple, and so we thought there might can be someone.

"Wait... I... I smell blood from that temple...!"

"Hey, wh-- "

Without letting me finish, Tanjiro held my hand and Nezuko's hand. And, headed to that temple.

Yeah, Nezuko can walk now since, it's nighttime. Tanjiro made a basket for her so, that in day he can carry her into the basket and in night Nezuko can walk freely around. Anyways.

Tanjiro slide the door and we looked at that horrible view.

I found Nezuko drooling.

A demon? Was eating living human flesh, blood all around, a living humans hand on his mouth and him looking like a ghost.

"Hey, man... This is my territory. I'm not gonna let you have any of these. It's all mine. Go somewhere else... "

The demon continued, "Wait... You both don't look like demons at all."

In a flash, that Demon leaped on Tanjiro causing Tanjiro to fall far. The demon was now on top of Tanjiro attempting to devour Tanjiro.

I swiftly went there to help Tanjiro.

I might have to use my blood. But, is it okay for me to do it in front of Tanjiro? Well, got no choice--

In a flash, the demon's head collided with a tree. I looked at Tanjiro and found his sister Nezuko helping Tanjiro.

That girl... Sure is different!

And this demon... Even after his head got cut off from its body, it's body still can move. Yeah, I know when humans head is cut off from their body, the head can look around and remember their memories and thinking for 2 or 5 minutes while the body also moves.

This rule also goes for Demons, I assume.

We just have to do something to keep both of them separate.

Somehow, the head grown hands, while the body was still moving. Nezuko was managing the demons body. While, I and Tanjiro have to deal with this demon's head.

The demon head approached Tanjiro and I, "Tanjiro! Use, your axe! And, try to attack it's hands again!"

Tanjiro tried to cut it's arm, "Okay, Arisu-San!" San? Anyways.

But, the demon head was being the powerful one here. Tanjiro somehow, hit his axe onto demon's head and the demon's head with axe gets hit on a tree.

Well, the head problem is solved for now.

The demon's head was now unconscious. We headed to Nezuko's side, where the body was attempting to attack Nezuko.

Tanjiro showed his brotherly instincts and pushed the demon's body off from the cliff. But, that dumb Tanjiro used too much force, that he fell as well.

Nezuko and, I had to grab Tanjiro's hand to save him.

After that we headed to the unconscious head. Tanjiro pulls out a dagger, ready to kill the unconscious head.

But, he just couldn't do it himself.

What a kind ass-hole.

Agh... Anyway, my stomachs been hurting ever since I left home. Of course, because I'm hungry. We humans have to eat a meal 3 times.

And, water everyday as well.

If we won't drink water for continues 3 days, we'll might just die.

Our brain and neurosystem might would stop working, which is definitely not good. As Tanjiro was still considering whether to kill the demon head, an old man appeared out of thin air, tapping on Tanjiro's shoulder.

"You won't be able to kill this demon with that dagger." The old man with a warding mask on clarified.

The old man glanced at a huge stone. Tanjiro got the inkling and grabbed that stone ready to smash the demon's head.

However, Tanjiro couldn't do it as the dawn cracked.

The rays of sunrise landed on to the demon head cauzing him to burn into ashes.

Tanjiro suddenly recalled something as he rushed to get inside the temple.

Guess what? I have no choice except to tail around Tanjiro since now I gotta make the cure for his sister as well.

I entered the temple only to find brother and sister having their moment.

I miss Hyakki...

After the siblings meeting, Tanjiro and I headed outside to find that old man. He already buried the dead bodies for our wonder.

The old man's a mystery now.

"I'm. . . Urokodaki Sakonji. Tomioka Giyuu has sent you here, right?" The old man spoke.

Oh. So, this man's Sakonji Urokodaki.

*In Japanese, the surname will be placed before name

"Yes. . . My name is Kamado Tanjiro and my sister's name is Nezuko. This is-- "

" -Tanjiro. What will you do when your sister starts eating humans?" Old man cut off Tanjiro half way.

Tanjiro was stunned as he starred at the old man.

In a flash a slap echoed around.

It was the old man who slapped Tanjiro.

Wow. . . Never mess with old people.

You weren't able to answer the question because, your decision making intensity is insufficient. That's the reason you weren't able to kill that demon before the dawn."

Tanjiro and I, paid attention to old man's lecture.

Old man continued, "When your sister begins to devour humans, you have two choices. First, kill your sister and second, die by slicing your stomach."

"excuse you, however, slicing stomach would might cause the person to die or several injuries. So, I suggest-- "

I was cut off as Tanjiro pulled out my hand. I looked at him in astonishment.

The f#ck did he just--

"You have good medical knowledge. However, moving anywhere with Tanjiro's demon sister, you now may know what it means." Old man explained.

"You have my words that my sister will never devour any innocent humans!" Tanjiro responded.

"I will take a test now to see whether you both can become a demon slayer. Carry your sister and follow me."

Wait a minute, hold on. . . I don't want to be a f#cking Demon Slayer! Where the f#ck is it going?!

Eventually, we began to run after the old man. The old man was running so fast, goddammit that Me and Tanjiro weren't able to keep up with him.

We somehow reached the place.

I guess, it was pretty hard for Tanjiro to run since he was carrying his younger sister Nezuko as well.

We both panted heavily as we were out of breath.

"The test starts now. We have to move and ascend a mountain now." Old man said as we entered the house.

Tanjiro put his sister into the bed and covered her with a blanket.

"Please, take care of my sister." Said Tanjiro with his sad tone. The old man replied, "Rest assured. I will. Let's get going now-- "

"Wait a minute! I don't. . . "

Hold on. . . I can't say, I don't want to become a Demon Slayer. Because, if I do then I won't be able to find Hyakki. . .

And, who knows if Tanjiro or any other demon slayer will encounter Hyakki and will end up killing her. Of course, I can't let that happen.

I don't think I have any options left.

Hyakki. . . I will save you! Just wait for me. I'm coming.

"Uh, nothing. Can I take my bag with me there?" I changed the question.

"Fine. That will do. Let's move on now."

We ascend the mountain and in moments we were at the top of it. It was nighttime, everything gloaming around. And, It was quite difficult to breathe.

The old man stopped suddenly, making Tanjiro and I stop as well.

"Now, you both have to reach down the house before the dawn. If you accomplish this then you'll pass this test." The old man disappeared in thin air afterwards.

So, I have to spend this entire time with this Idiot? Guess what? I'm f#cked.

"My smelling ability is genuinely good. And, I've even memorized Urokodaki-San's scent. So, we can head down pretty easily, Arisu-San." Explained Tanjiro.

"Actually, first stop calling me Arisu-San. And, don't call me by my first name that easily! Call me by my last name and remember. We're not friends so don't go beating the bush around me and for you it's you Kanzakura-San." I let out all my anger.

After that, I began to walk down.

"Ohhh! Wait, Kanzakura-San-- "

Before I could hear to Tanjiro, I accidentally, stepped on something (Might be a rope) and a bunch of stones began to hit me.

I got imbalanced as I fell into a pit.

Yeah. Wow. Just great.

I saw someone's hand approaching me for help. . . It was Tanjiro.

I held his hand as I got out of the pit.

Suddenly, Tanjiro also stepped on a rope and a huge wood approached us furthermore, it punched both of us far.

Goddammit! I've gotta do something. I can't just fell into these crappy shitty traps again and again! It's so troublesome. So, nuisance! And, it's hard to breathe as well, since we're at the top of the mountain.

Oxygen level is always low at the top of the mountain. And, I don't know if there are any volcanoes. And, lava under this mountain.

I assume. . . I--

"Ari-- Kanzakura-San! I think we have to maintain our breathing here. Are you okay?"

"I already know it, Dammit! And, I'm all good unless like you. . . ! Hey, you're bleeding dammit! Stay there, I'm coming to help you."

This Idiot. . . !

Another trap.

... ***...

Therefore, we somehow managed to survive and reach down before dawn. Tanjiro and I were badly injured.

However, Tanjiro was far more injured than me since he took all the damage to the traps for me. I might have misunderstood him. . . Kamado Tanjiro.

Well. . . I can't accept anyone's kindness after what happened to me and my family furthermore, my sister turning into a demon and got kidnapped right away. Before that, she was after me to devour me alive.

I can't seem to. . . Face the reality.

But. . .

"I accept both of you as my disciple."

. . . Now I will face the reality and everything that is ahead me.

Blank. Everything went blank afterwards.
