Not wasting time, the beast ran at her, but Vivian was already zipping and zapping through trees at top speed. As Roshan had instructed, she led the beast to where there was more fog, basically where it had emerged from.
Vivian caught sight of Roshan, in front of her, swinging through trees, and grabbing vines, no doubt planjing something, but what was beyond her.

Vivian fell herself being thrown off balance, the way a human would swat a fly.
She landed and rolled right in front of a pine tree.
As she made to get up, she realised her left arm was numb, no doubt made weak by that blow. And the animal was charging right at her.

Determined, she got up and used the sword to cut through the bark of the tree as thebeast was yards from her.
It came crashing down, trapping the beast

But it was shortlived as the beast spit out green acid like smoke that turned the tree to dust.
It turned to her, mouth flaring with the green substance

Suddenly, a giant heavy cage, of branches, vines and logs, with an enormous bolder ontop, like a ribbon on a present, landed on the beast

Roshan stretched out his arm a nd focused. A dark force emerged from him and flew into the beasts mouth. It choked him, mixing with the green mist he was about to throw up. Gagged and feeling suffocated, he rolled over to his side, leaving his unarmoured belly exposed.
