In the Xu family mansion, the head study

"Master, Miss Li fell in the pond earlier and just woke up. She doesn't seem to remember anyone or anything." Xu Yuan looked up from his documents and irritation was visible in his face. Standing up, he went to the lady's quarters without saying another word.

Li fang rubbed her head as she asked Xue Mei different questions. "Who are you? " "I am Xue Mei eldest miss. I have served you for five years now. " "And who am i?" "You are the Li family's eldest daughter and the Xu family's eldest miss." "And what happened to me?" "You fell in the pond with miss Shu Mei. You were pulled out and have unconscious." Xue Mei answered every question honestly believing Li fang had really lost her memories.

Li fang thought quietly. Why did it seem so familiar? It had the exact same plot of the script she was filming. The script was a modified version of a popular novel she had read. Recalling what happened on set earlier. While filming, the wooden beam hung above had suddenly fell on her. It seemed she had been forced into the world of the movie script.

Then it suddenly dawned on her. With a horrified look on her face, she asked Xue Mei. "You said I'm the Li family's eldest miss? which Li family?" Before Xue Mei was to respond, a woman barged into the door aiming to slap Li fang across the face. Li fang's hand moved on reflex blocking the woman's hand.

Madam Xu looked at her hand held in the air and was stunned. Since when was this Li girl so strong? Her thoughts were dispelled quickly though as her face heated up in rage. Swiftly removing her hand from Li fang's grip, she scolded. "How dare you hold my hand up? Don't you have any respect for your elders? You don't deserve our Xu family you wench."

Li fang sighed. Sh really was here wasn't she? This would be her supposed husband's bratty mother. Li fang sobbed in her heart. I don't want to be married to such a bad family! How did I just get here and I'm already so unlucky?! I don't want to be married to the evil Xu Yuan!

Xu Yuan who was outside the door heard this comment very clearly. Evil? He pushed the door open and saw the the women. Xue Mei stood in front of Li fang to protect her and madam Xu scolded them. "What's going on?" Xu Yuan asked with a cool monotone voice with the slightest hint of irritation.

Madam Xu looked relieved as she started berating Li fang but neither Li fang nor Xu Yuan was focused on her. Li fang looked at Xu Yuan in awe. She thought to herself: For an evil diabolical genius, he's pretty good looking. It's too bad he's such a bad husband. If he was nicer, I wouldn't mind staying as his wife.

Xu Yuan heard every word as clear as day. This woman really really thought he was an evil person? yes he had ignored her at times and was a neglectful husband but he hasn't done anything to hurt her, why would she think he was evil? The odd thing was, she hasn't said those words out at all had no one else heard them. Heh, he had really been given the ability to hear his wife's mind.

Xu Yuan looked at madam Xu and Xue Mei and asked them both. "What happened?" Xue Mei was the first to answer saying. " Master, eldest miss had fallen into the pond with miss Shu Mei earlier. Li fang rolled her eyes and thought: If not because of you behind her, why would she do such an idiotically dangerous stunt? I refuse to believe she doesn't know how to swim, yet she jumped in the pond. Her level of brazenness is really astonishing.

Xu Yuan was thought to himself: Shu Mei had jumped to the pond on purpose? Xu Yuan walked to Li fang and said, "You said you didn't try to hurt Shu Mei?" Li fang said annoyed "I don't even know what happened, how and why would I want to hurt her?" She scowled in her heart. Please, I'm supposed to be your wife. Can't you trust me a little bit?!

Xu Yuan was silent. "We'll go visit her. if she's hurt, you'd have to accept justice." He couldn't be partial just because she was his wife. Li fang rolled her eyes as she followed him to Shu Mei's bedroom.

Looking at the silhouette of a woman on the bed, Li fang stepped closer. The young woman was pale with a set of oval eyes. Her lashes fluttered cutely and her pink lips were shivering. She had a small build and subtle soft skin and Li fang couldn't help but admire her. Aiiya, such a beautiful girl. Her skin is so soft too. I wonder how much she paid for her skincare. it's too bad she's a scheming little bitch. She couldn't even hide that she was fake sleeping. Xu Yuan who was next to he had no words. She would really compliment your beauty just to insult your personality. At least she was honest.

Xu Yuan coughed twice to wake Li fang from her beauty stupor. Li fang finally stopped admiring Shu Mei's face and gently put her hands on Shu Mei's forehead. Of course, Shu Mei wouldn't just wake up if she called out to her. She needed to do something to stop her from 'sleeping'. Do not interfere in what's not your business. " Xu Yuan walked out the room after saying his piece. He didn't know who she was but he knew for sure, she was not the same person.

While soaking in the bathtub, Li fang finally comprehended what had happened today. If she was in this universe, her original body would be dead or at least in a coma if she was going back. She had read the book and the directors script but she didn't know which version she was in. In the novel, her 'husband' was a ruthless general but he appreciated his family. He didn't take Li fang as family so he would side with his mother if they had an argument. The script version was a bit more lenient on the ruthless factor but he was unresponsive and cold. In both versions however, Li fang never really made it out in one piece. In the novel, she was killed after being framed but the movie made it so they ruined her reputation and she committed suicide.

Li fang shuddered at the thought. Xue Mei thought she was cold so she asked concerned. "Are you cold? Should I made some warmer water for your bath?" Li fang shook her head. "It's okay." Li fang thought to herself: I have to find a way to go back to my own universe but even I'm going to do that, I mustn't die first. Li fang Had made up her mind to divorce Xu Yuan.

The next morning, Xue Mei stared at Li fang who was Intently writing something on a piece of paper. "Miss, what are you writing so early in the morning. I never see you write anything." "That's because this is very important and I must finish it quickly. " Li fang said as she blew on the paper to dry the ink. "What is the paper about? Is it a letter" Xue Mei asked innocently.

"En, they're divorce papers." "DIVORCE?!!" Li fang looked at Xue Mei oddly. "Why do you want divorce?! You're perfectly fine. If it's about that vixen Shu Mei, I'm sure the master isn't even into her."

The vixen was listening in on their conversation with sour expression on. She noticed Xu Yuan walking from the opposite direction and decided it was about time to make some trouble.
