Pov: y/n

My eyes frisked open as the sun gleamed brightly on my face, and my dry throat letting out a light groan, I slumped in my bed as I gained conciousness and a wave of anxiety washed over me when I remeremembered I have an important presentation to do at work today.

dragging myself up hastily to the bathroom I get myself cleaned up as I nervously thought about my presentation, anxious thoughts kept rampaging through my head wondering if im gonna do good or if Im gonna muck up. I look in the mirror and take a deep breath and start brushing my teeth as i try to forget about some of the negative thoughts. I tie my hair up and quickly dab on some light makeup as im already quite late, I walk into my closet, axniously thinking about what to wear.

Finally clicking myself back into reality, I realize I've wasted too much time zoning out, I quickly get dressed sprayed perfume on and wore my shoes.

Dashing around the house, I grabbed my office bag and my USB from my desk and headed out as I held a bunch of items, almost dropping them. I made it to the car safely, cluttering everything into the passenger seat.

- At work -

Finally reaching the parking lot I quickly fixed myself to look neat and applied my lipgloss just when all my anxious thoughts rush back like a huge wave, I tried calming down as it wasn't my first time but it still wasn't easy for me as I have stage fright, I never told my boss but i think she has already picked up on it by now.

I grabbed my piled-up things into my bag and ran to the elevator as it was about to close. Just as i reached, i missed the elevator, I thought to take the stairs but hesitated as it would be longer and my office is on the 7th floor, I waited another extra five minutes before I finally reached my office.

Pov: Office

Reaching my office I quickly cleaned up my messy bag and left for the meeting, I began preparing my things just as I realized I got the WRONG USB, I froze and my body trembled, as the thoughts rampaged back for the third time in less than two hours, I couldn't help myself but freak out everyone has already gathered in, and it was too late to go back, as I looked around I realized there were at least three important board members here, reminding me that my boss warned me not to muck up days before this, my heart starts racing and my mind goes blank.

I didn't know what to do or what to tell my boss, The meeting has already started so I tried to improvise from what I could remember, Though I could tell on their faces they were confused, but my boss was just furious I could tell from one glance at her scowled face that I messed up badly.

Y/n : -whispers- F**ck.

Before I could embarrass myself more my boss interrupts me and gives me her copy of the presentation, my heart was finely stable, so I redid my presentation and fortunately, I was just able to get the board members to agree to our project idea, my mind was finally free from this anxious thoughts, a bliss wind flowed gently through my nostrils as I inhaled a deep breath and slowly letting out a quiet yet peaceful exhale.

After a while of chatting, the meeting ended, and everyone left the room, when suddenly my boss called along my name.

Boss: Y/N!

A/N

Hearing how she said it, you knew it wasn't good. You let out a nervous chuckle and looked back at her.

Y/n: (chuckles) y-Yes Miss Park

Miss Park silently walked you to her office and shut all the doors and blinds, at this moment you could feel your body begin to tremble again as the anxious thoughts begin to rush over for hundredeth time, and you think to yourself.

Y/n mind: I must've messed up really bad this time.😥

Before she could say anything, you tried to switch up the topic by complimenting her. ( it didn't work).

Pov: CEO Park's office

Pov: y/n

Miss Park glared at me with her dark siren eyes, and before I could add anything to the "conversation" she said in one deep breath, ' I'm letting you go' I looked at her in confusion and asked,

Y/n: (nervous chuckle) M-miss Park, what do you mean?

She began to repeat herself until I realized from her guilty face that she was firing me.

Y/n: I- I don't understand. I finished the presentation I presented, and I did what was told. Why are you firing me!?..

Boss: y/n this isn't the first time you've messed up an important board meeting, your lucky they even agreed to the project idea, im sorry but you're a burden to the team I can't let you drag them down.

I walked out of her office, as tears began to flow down my now rosy cheeks, I tried wiping them away but for some odd reason I just couldn't stop it, eventually, I was able to hold myself for a while, and I walked to my office, I gathered my stuff to my car and left as fast as I could, I didn't want anyone to see me crying nor did I want them to know I just got fired, knowing they would probably laugh because i know they don't like me.

I got into my car with my last things and sped home with my eyes filled with tears barely able to see the road. Fortunately, I made it

home safely. Finally reaching home after what felt like hours of driving I run to my apartment, my mind filled with confused yet angry emotions, I couldn't bear looking at my work stuff so I left them in my car.

POV: Home

I plopped myself back onto my messy bed before my attention was taken away from the rumbles in my stomach. My sad thoughts cleared as I realised I was hungry, I remembered I was in a hurry and didn't have time to eat breakfast, so I leaped up from my bed and headed to the kitchen to make some ramen.

After I finished cooking, I turned the TV on and snuggled on the couch while watching a Kdrama series and eating ramen in my big cosy blanket and my oversized hoodie whilst blasting my heater.

(it was winter)

POV: Jung Ho-seok (J-Hope)

Phone rings -

He answered his phone as he saw the caller ID.

Hoseok: What do you want, I'm busy.

Joon: hoseok, come on, man, let's chill and go clubbing. When was the last time you went clubbing dude, you got secretaries. Let them do the job, man.

Hoseok: joon, if it's not important, I'm hanging up, I have my company business to handle, I'm the CEO for a reason, now f**k off.

Joon: Whatever, dude, fine, the guys and I are going. You can stay alone then.

-hangs up-

A/n

Before Hoseok could say anything, joon hung up the phone, annoyed, feeling pissed from joons phone call. Hoseok put his phone down and got back to work.

3 hours later:

After a while, He finished up his work and decided to head home until he remembered that joon was at the club, He checked the time, and it was 12:30 am, He rushed to his car hoping to still make it since he needed time to relieve his work stress.

**POV: Club **

Fortunately, Hoseok made it in time, and the guys were still there. When his eyes sat on joon, he made his way to him, and both began to drink together with the other guys.

After a while of chatting, joon and the other guys left the club, but Hoseok stayed behind in the VIP room, He began drinking more, trying to relax himself from his work stress.

Hoseok continues drinking, becoming more drunk and drunk. He chugs bottles of soju like water.

As Hoseok sat in the VIP lounge chugging on soju, a girl walked up to him, trying to make a move on him since she knew he was drunk.

Before she could lay her finger on him, he stared her dead on sending chills down her body, she backs off and went to find another VIP to flirt with.

Next morning

Hoseok:  F**K!, I shouldn't have drank so much.

Hoseok groans as he scratches his nape. He slowly gets up and sits on his bed as his head aches, he brushed it off as he remembers he drank a lot last night.

Hoseok looked at the time. It was already late. He didn't have enough time to wash up, so he brushed his teeth and left for work in his attire from the day before.

Hoseok POV: At Work

I woke up this morning with the worst f**king headache. It ruined my whole f**king mood. I have a lot of work to do in the office, and I can't focus. My head is aching so bad!.

Hoseok: That f**king bastard Joon, he dragged me into this sh*t when I get my hands on him!!.

Hoseok: F**K!

I mumble

I couldn't focus on my work anymore, so I left to take a breather outside, I walked to the nearest store to buy cooling patches and some snacks.
