I smile as she smiled back at me. We both left the place to do our daily work...checking patients health one by one and talking about their health issues....

I know, you all probably have a lot of questions for me!

So let me start from the beginning...As you know I'm 24 years old women who had no one in this world, other than a 4 month little baby girl...

it was not like this before.....I had a family.... a very happy family which everyone could only dream of....

There was never a day when I hear my parents argue……cause both my parents were a very understanding and so in love couple…. Whenever I see my parents together..I Feel myself wishing to God to give me a caring and understanding partner like father as my husband...

When they were alive, they never made me feel lonely... But after they left, I felt a rush of loneliness fill in me... to avoid this kind of loneliness I worked hard doing multiple part-time jobs and studing hard to become a doctor like my parents.

I don't know how years went by... suddenly I'm 24 years old...working as a doctor...

As for my little ivy...she is not my own...her mom died while giving birth in this hospital and her dad, That sh*thead I don't wanna talk about him...when the hospital gave this little baby to him...he said "he was not ready to take responsibility" ..... seriously you f****

when I take a look at her little face...my heart ache seeing a little girl like her who soon going to sent to a orphanage.... that's when I decided "I can't leave this little girl alone in this cruel world, I won't let them give this precious thing to any orphanage, where kids long for parents love"

I was so lost in my thoughts...a knock on the office door bought me back to reality

I reach home as ivy nanny left saying bye for now….. I smiled and thank her for taking care of ivy...

After freshen up, I wear into comfortable cloth with ivy tied to me... So I can do the grocery shopping, and she can sleep if she gets tired....

After I finish the shopping and look down at ivy...only to see her sleeping peacefully...

When we reach outside...it was pretty dark...because of the climate change... It has already become dark even in the evening time..

As I was passing by.... I hear some muffled sound coming from a small alley.... I head towards the path in fear...only to see two men are dragging a now unconscious girl...she looks no older than 17 yrs
