Anthony the CEO of the family business was invited to a gathering at his older sisters place, there he finds everyone seated as he was late.

Because he didn't get along with his parents he always tried to avoid them even so he still did what they asked because it was the only way they'd leave him alone. The silence was loud as only the sounds of forks hitting and scraping the plate could be heard, Anthony's younger brother Max finally stood up and announced his engagement to every one.

As he was breaking the news to all of them he looked at Anthony with the coner of his eye and grinned, their mother was overwhelmed with joy when she heard that because none of her children were married so that would be the first one.

Max had a problem with his older brother being the CEO because he felt that he was incompetent and would bring forth the business's downfall so with every chance he got hid try to prove that he would a better CEO than Anthony. Because Anthony was adopted and Max was the biological son, he was bitter because he didn't get the position despite the fact that he was his parents firstborn child.

"Congratulations younger brother" Anthony says with a smile on his face.

Max replied "thanks Anthony" and continued to say "how surprising, I'm getting married before my dear older brother" and smiled back at him.

The tension was strong as they were looking at each other as if they wanted to fight, their mother told them to calm down and turn towards Max and asked him when they'd be meeting the lovely young lady. Anthony stands up and asks to be excused, he makes his way to the balcony and lets out a big sigh.

His father approached from behind and gave him a pet on the back and asked "when will you get married, you won't be young forever."

Anthony looks down and says "father you know I'm too busy to even think about dating how do you expect me to have time for marriage" then he jokingly adds "besides with a face like this I can get anyone I want "and chuckles. His father smiles and tells him not to miss out on life because of work then leaves.

Anthony takes a deep breath and starts to think about what his father says then he lets out another sigh "you sound tired dear brother, don't worry I'll be taking the business from you in no time then you'll have time to rest" Max says as he comes from behind. Anthony turns to look at him and walks way, Max teases him by saying that he will have an heir before him and his parents will willingly hand the over the business to him. His words are ignored as proceeds to walk back into the house.

After they have dinner Anthony's car arrives, and he leaves. When he was in the car he gets a phone call, the man who called said that the company is about to lose one of their biggest clients because of their rival. Anthony lets out a sigh and sets up a meeting with the client.

On the agreed day Anthony meets the client at a cafe in town, he asks why her why she suddendly changed her mind after years off wotking together and she answers "I got a better offer, its business you know how it goes". He chuckles and says of course and asks her what kind of an offer made her wante to end the years of partnership they had, she avoids answering by calling a waitress to order.

Just then a deep voice says "trying to win yiu client back i see"with a smile on his face Anthony replies" you've got it all wrong, i was just trying to see if she isn't making a decision she'll regret that all"

Without saying anything the man leaves and there is loud silence at the table, Anthony stands up and says his goodbyes and leaves. He gets to his office and works all day, as usual, when he is about to leave he's assistente comes storming in and says that more clients are threatening to terminate tyer contracts, Anthony grins and says he will deal with it.

He calls his driver and heads home, whilst he is in the car he decides to go get some drinks to blow off some steam. When he gets there he drinks alone, after a few hours a man approaches him and asks"is this seat taken " with a sweet smile on his face, Anthony smiles and says he can sit wherever he want since its not one of his assets. The man sits down and tilts his head looking at Anthony.

Anthony tries to ignore it but ends up asking why he was staring at him, the man chuckles and says "you haven't told me your name yet" Anthony jokingly replies "you didn't ask for it" "ok then, what your name my kind sir" "my name is Anthony, Anthony Derek" the man is shocked and asks if he is some how related to the owners of Derek Industries. He looks at him and says yes he is the CEO.

The man is silent for a while "are you not gonna tell me your name" Anthony asks "oh right, my name is Nathan Ri.. " he stops before he finishes his last name leaving Anthony confused. "Mr Nathan i don't think I got your last name" Nathan chuckles and says well that not important the thing is I'm interested in you Mr Derek.

Anthony looks at his glass tells him that he is there to blow some steam not to socialize unless its with a potential client,"I can help you blow off steam Mr Derek" he whispers with a little wink
