"lily come help me," Zadie called her friend ."Must I come!"Lily said agitated by her friend's plea.

"I need to go to work adi' or I'll be late again!"she said."If u leave right now, make sure not to ...."

Lily didn't even wait for her friend to finish her statement and rushed out of the house because any delay can make her miss the bus.

Unluckily when she arrived at the bus stop the bus left and even though she shouted for the driver to wait for her ,the bus still sped off .

"ugh!! adi'!"she shouted," now I'll have to walk!"she took out her phone from her bag to check the time,when she realized she only had twenty two minutes left,she put her phone back and started running because this is the last chance her boss gave her if she were ever late again.

She ran without even looking at where she was going and accidentally bumped into someone,"ouch!" she said .she looked up to see who bumped into her without even apologizing but before she even turned her head to look up ,the person said"ew your sweaty and your making my shirt dirty!"

A hand touched her head and pushed her away ,the push was so hard that she fell down .She looked up quickly to see who could do this,she was met with a disgusted look on a young man's face.

She stood up and looked at the man and just as she wanted to raise her hand to give him a good beating,she remembered that she needed to go to work.

She moved past him and continued running to work , luckily she arrived on time .

After checking in she went to her working desk to start preparing for the meeting,"your quite early today , looks like u needed to be warned to do your job"her head of department, Magdalene ,said.

"what do you mean boss,I always come on time."she said while smiling.

"have u already prepared the documents the meeting should start soon,do not make any mistakes this time."

she nodded in assurance "I never make mistakes rest assured."

After preparing everything she went to give the document to the printer and everything was ready,"everyone to the meeting room, Wu ting go get water bottles and the rest do what's needed we should start in ten ."

"Prepare the water!!,is that all I can do!?"she said in her mind.

she took the water bottles n headed to the meeting room ,placed everything where it was supposed to be and left for some air

She couldn't put behind the mannerless man she met today and always kept on imagining what would've happened if she had slapped him,"I would've lost my job that's for sure"

"Oh no I hope I am not late "she said while running down the stairs
