It was a sunny day in late August, and the senior high school campus was bustling with students eager to start their new academic year. Among the crowds, one girl caught my eye - her bright smile and infectious laughter stood out from the rest. I don't know her name yet but I've learned that she was a new transfer student to our school. I was immediately drawn to her beauty and intelligence, and I found myself admiring her from afar.

Few days after*

I was sitting at a small cafe, sipping my coffee and reading a book, when this girl walked in. Her messy hair caught my attention first, and then her beautiful smile. She had a way of carrying herself that was both confident and carefree, like she didn't have a care in the world.

I couldn't help but stare as she ordered her coffee and sat down at a table nearby.I was struck by her unique style, her short hair styled in a way that was both edgy and adorable. She caught me staring and smiled, and my heart skipped a beat.

I tried to go back to my book, but I couldn't focus. I kept stealing glances at her, wondering what her story was. What's her name? Is she in a relationship already?or is she entertaining someone right now?

After a few minutes, she got up and started to leave. I felt a pang of disappointment, thinking that I would never see her again. But then, she stopped and turned around, looking straight at me.

"Do you mind if I join you?" she asked, her voice husky and confident.

I was taken aback, but I quickly regained my composure. "Uh, no, not at all," I stuttered.I ask her what's her name then she replied "I'm Sarah" What's yours?"I'm Andy nice to meet you" then we shaked hands.

She sat down across from me, and we started talking. We talked for hours, about everything and nothing. I learned that she was a writer, working on her first novel. She was funny, smart, and had a wicked sense of humor.

As the sun started to set, we reluctantly stood up to leave. We exchanged numbers, and she promised to call me soon.

I watched her walk away, feeling like I had just met someone special. Maybe it was the chance encounter, maybe it was the messy hair, but I knew that my life would never be the same again.

I couldn't stop thinking about Sarah after our first meeting. I kept replaying our conversation in my head, wondering if I had made a good impression. I couldn't believe how easily we had connected, how much we had in common.

I waited anxiously for her call, checking my phone every few minutes. Finally, it rang, and I saw her name on the screen. My heart skipped a beat as I answered.

"Hey, it's Sarah. How are you?" she asked, her voice husky and familiar.

"I'm good," I replied, trying to sound calm. "How are you?"

"I'm good too," she said. "I've been thinking about you a lot since we met."

My heart skipped another beat. "I've been thinking about you too," I admitted.

"I'm glad," she said. "I was wondering if you'd like to meet up again. Maybe we could grab lunch or dinner sometime this week?"

I couldn't believe my luck. "I would love that," I said, trying to sound casual. "When were you thinking?"

"How about tomorrow night?" she asked. "I know a great Italian place near my apartment. We could meet there at 7?"

I couldn't believe how smoothly this was going. "Sounds perfect," I said. "I'll be there."

We talked for a few more minutes, making small talk and laughing together. I couldn't believe how easy it was to talk to her, how much I enjoyed her company.

As we said our goodbyes, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. I had a feeling that this was the start of something special, something that could change my life forever.

I hung up the phone, feeling like I was walking on cloud nine. I couldn't wait to see her again, to continue our chance encounter. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of a beautiful adventure.

I showed up at the Italian place a few minutes early, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. I had changed my outfit three times before leaving my apartment, trying to find the perfect balance between casual and stylish. I didn't want to overdress, but I also didn't want to look like a slacker.

As I walked in, I saw Sarah sitting at a table by the window, looking even more beautiful than I remembered. She was wearing a yellow sundress with white flowers, her hair pulled back in a ponytail. She looked up and smiled as I approached, and my heart skipped a beat.

"You look great," she said, as I sat down across from her.

"Thanks," I replied, feeling a little self-conscious. "You look amazing too."

We ordered our food and wine, chatting easily about our lives, our families, and our dreams. I learned that Sarah was an only child, that she had always wanted to be a writer, and that she was a hopeless romantic. I found myself opening up to her, sharing my own hopes and fears, my own stories and dreams.
