BRIGID JASMIEN's Point of View (the female/male lead of Teenage girl reincarnated as the Crown Prince)

I have upcoming finals examinations but what the hell am I doing right now? Instead of studying my arse off to maintain my fairly high grades, I am busy reading this hardcore BL fantasy manhwa. To make it worse—great actually, this is my 20th time re-reading it.

I wipe my non-existent nose bleed as I grin and laugh like a complete pervert yaoi fan that I am. I am currently re-reading one of my most favorite parts of the manhwa. The scene where the Crown Prince— which is the antagonist, finally confesses his love for the mc. And just like his villain role, he claims his love in the most ruthless way he can. Which I adore, by the way.

As a long time BL fangirl, I've read maybe not thousands but hundreds of BL manhwas, making me explore all sorts of plot, plot twists, and genres. Although, I like fluffy BL's, (which by the way, the type of BL where I started reading which eventually led to me exploring more), dark-romance/psychology will never NOT have a place here in my heart. It's like this type of BL is my only lifeline— the blood for my body and the oxygen for my lungs.

I happily read the scene.

"Bastian, why did you leave me?" The prince said acting hurt by the MC's avoidance of him in the past. The bottom (mc) looks away, feeling guilty towards the crown prince whom he only treated as a friend.

"Your highness, I-It's because you have hurt Mr. Knight!"

The prince's eyes looked cold for a second, he didn't fathom that he'd hear such ugly nickname of that guy from his beloved's lovely mouth.

He grabs both of Bastian's wrists with one hand and lifts them up to the wall, making his face inches closer to Bastian's. "He's just some lowly commoner who got lucky in the war. If I had known, I would have killed him already."

Bastian shivers in fear at the thought of the prince killing the one he likes. He shed a tear and turns his head away from his, "...I hate you."

Anger and impatience arose deep inside of the prince. He knew that Bastian already liked someone else but he couldn't accept the truth. He forced his chin to face him. "Bastian, that bastard is willing to save the world over you any time. But I, the Crown Prince soon to be the ruler, am willing to sacrifice the kingdom, the whole continent even, going as far as fighting through the hottest and most deadly depths of hell for you. And I'm willing to kill any innocent beings to witness your smile."

Instead of feeling butterflies in his stomach, the bottom felt nothing but fear. Bastian likes nice people and clearly, the crown prince though soon to be supposedly "benevolent and good" king is not among them.

His stomach crunches in pain due to the vomiting feeling he felt from the dude's sudden confession. When the prince slowly looked down at his pale but plumpy lips, he grimaced at the thought of sharing a kiss with him so much that what he did next is push him away as hard as he can.

"Goodbye, your highness!" When he turned his back to him, the prince chased him and leaned for a very tight embrace— it didn't feel romantic but rather it was more like he was entrapping him so he wouldn't get away.

The royal highness then drops hungry, full of longing kisses on his long slender neck— where in each kiss, he sucks strongly so it would leave hickeys for everyone to see.

"Augh, y-your highness... Please stop!" Bastian Louye attempts to free himself but his strength is incomparable with the prince's.

The prince then carries Bastian like a sack of rice then drops him to the King-sized bed. With his growing lust and impatience, he goes on top of him and unbuttons his pants. While the prince is satisfied at the sight of Bastian's pinkish small thing, the uke is feeling shame for himself.

He couldn't believe his eyes that his friend turned into a complete monster.

And that whole evening, Bastian cried and cried, so much that no tears were left to sprawl out from his beautiful eyes. He was begging for the prince to stop with the deed which he hadn't even consented to in the first place.

And that same night, he had wished for the prince to become a completely different person.

The pages contain more explicit scenes of their intimate night. Honestly, in real life I do not promote non-consensual intercourse. But in fiction, I can't help but like it because over the course of chapters, the characters will undergo a character development to become a more likeable person. But in this manhwa that I've already read, the crown prince really didn't change much up until the end. I just liked that character so much because of his terrible personality and hella good looks.

Even his beauty is far superior to the actual main lead.

Just then a notification rang in my Ipad.

It was the author, who has the name of the main lead, who has replied to one of my comments.
