Rue was in a frenzy state trying to track down Emma's scent, The nymph looked at him with sympathy in eyes and cleared her throat. "Rue... I can sense her presence elsewhere, She's in a castle as we speak..." The nymph confessed truthfully to ease his worries. Rue's eyes snapped to the nymph with dilated pupils and spoke very softly. I'm... worried about my daughter's safety, I don't trust that man that took her... I feel like I'm going to cry..." Rue confessed with his voice cracking while his eyes began watering. "I understand completely how you feel, Rue. I understand you're pain, and worries, and doubts. But how about you put that awesome smile on your face and let's rescue your daughter and bring her home!" The nymph confessed with an enthusiastic smile on her face. Rue nodded with excitement.

Emma's POV~

Where am I? Last time I've checked I was swinging at the park? Oh, well. This place looks very fancy to be honest... I need to escape and find Rue! My dad must be worried sick! Even my big brother, Kim! Suddenly I hear hushed voices coming from outside the room, I paid close attention to what they were saying...

"Kidnapping Emma is the only solution to luring Rue over! He's my true love!" Shadow confessed dramatically and like a fool. "Really? You say about every person that comes into our territory you idiot!" Rey confessed with annoyance and aggression laced in his voice.

True love? I didn't know Rue was courting. Could be lies.

"Shadow, please let the little girl go. I can already see that things won't end nicely, Rue is coming as we speak, I sense him." Rey confessed truthfully and with sympathy. "Fine. I'll let her go. Why can't I ever have someone all to myself..." Shadow confessed dramatically with sadness laced in his voice.

If only you knew Shadow... if only you knew...

The door opens revealing Shadow in a fancy attire that literally could pay rent, Emma looked at him up and down with unimpressed eyes. "You don't really look like the princes my dad reads to me at bedtime, you look like an evil prince! Haha!" Emma confessed with a mocking laugh and pointed at Shadow who was in shock. "A evil prince?! Young lady, I am royalty and full of riches! Do you even know who you are talking to?" Shadow confessed dramatically and with a raised eyebrow. "Evil prince! I'm talking to a evil prince, hahaha!!" Emma confessed maniacally and giggled loudly.

Shadow looked at Emma with shock and fear, never in his life did he think that a little girl could scare him. "Rue is coming to rescue you... so I guess you head to the castle gates while I confess my feelings to him..." Shadow confessed awkwardly while looking down at the ground with nervousness. "Rue doesn't love evil people, He told me that he despises them a lot... You could just have a kingdom to rule?" Emma confessed truthfully and looked at Shadow with little sympathy. "I guess I can, leave little one." Shadow confessed with a little salute.

I'm free! I'm free! Not only that, but I wonder what my brother Kim is doing? Oh? He must be playing those violent video games again! Rue definitely has to read me a bedtime story soon! Oh! I see him flying, "I'm down here!" Emma exclaimed which caught Rue's attention. "Emma!" Rue gasped as he landed on the ground harshly and embraced Emma tightly. "Rue? I'm not hurt!" Emma exclaimed happily which calmed him down and looked at her with watery eyes... "I was afraid that he was going to hurt you, the fact he let you escape must prove that he's up to something bad. I'm bringing you home to you're dad, He's stressing a lot." Rue confessed with concern and chuckled. "That's my dad we're talking about, will you read me a bedtime story tonight?" Emma asked hopefully with big eyes sparkling. Rue raised his eyebrow playfully and nodded. "Anything for you, princess." Rue confessed playfully.

End of Emma's POV~

Rue landed his new home that brought him peace and warmed his heart. " I'll talk to you're dad, why don't you freshen up in warm clothes okay?" Rue asked with a smile. Emma beamed and dashed into her room while quickly greeting Kim. "Hey Dark, happy to see me in good condition? And Emma is getting freshening up. I have some suspicions that I'd like to tell you." Rue confessed with concern.

"Shadow is up to something. I just feel it in my gut, I feel a lot of conflict brewing by his side. Rey must be telling him off. I actually want to start being human again even though I'm reincarnated... I want to know what it's like out there with a lot of people. Furthermore, I know that you're still hesitant, but please let me do this... I want to meet people and have fun again and experience... Love." Rue confessed truthfully and excitedly.

Darkness bit his lip and looked down, He knew that Rue was going to bring up this conversation sooner or later. But right now being supportive is the answer. "I would love for you to experience all of these things, Rue. You never needed my permission in the first place, but as long as you're still saying by us, it's fine." Darkness confessed calmly while embracing Rue tightly.

Rue was sitting comfortable on Emma's bed with a children's book in his hand, an amused glint shined through his eyes. "Sleeping beauty, huh? You love a prince charming?" Rue confessed with a light-hearted chuckle. "They always marry the princesses! I want a prince to sweep me off my feet!" Emma exclaimed dreamily. "That fantasy is bittersweet. Even though there were actually Princes and Princesses in my time, it was chaotic..." Rue confessed with nervous chuckle. "Let's indulge in this story so that you can fall asleep?" Rue asked with a small smile. "Yay!" Emma exclaimed excitedly. As Rue begun reading the story for Emma, a pair of orchard eyes were glued on Rue, a soft expression plastered on his face taking away the anger he dealt with earlier. The sound of the book closing distracted his thoughts as he saw Rue kiss Emma goodnight.

"That fairy tale made me feel sleepy. Though I felt a pair of eyes on me from outside... I'm going to investigate who that person was." Rue murmured to himself with suspicion as he looked outside the window. "Dark, I'm going out for a bit. Bye!" Rue exclaimed as he made a beeline to the door and exiting. "It's very clear tonight. Although, wannabe delinquents come out to cause a stir. Perhaps the person spying on me was a delinquent. I'm going to have so much fun tonight!" Rue exclaimed excitedly with the mischievous thoughts running through his head.

The annoying sound of bikes caught Rue's attention with a scowl plastered on his face, like seriously? Are they trying to perform who's the loudest? "Hey little pups! You suck!" Rue exclaimed with glee and mischief laced in his voice. The teens looked at Rue with shock and curiosity, Is he wearing a cosplay outfit? "Can I help you? We're roaming the streets as a sign of showing what's ours. Our leader will be here soon... Maybe he could sort you out." The odd looking boy confessed with cockiness laced in voice. Rue looked at the teen up and down almost as though he was sizing him up, and smirked with amusement. "It's hilarious that a teen like you thinks he can intimidate me, you should be in bed sleeping other than hanging out with a bunch of gang wannabes. Go home kid." Rue confessed sternly as he glared at the teenager in front of him. "Interesting... Who's winning this battle?" A silky voice asked with amusement and danger. Rue turned his gaze to the dual haired man who was looking deeply at him without blinking. "Where did you come from to make these teenagers into delinquents?" Rue asked with a raised brow. "They were orphans who didn't get adopted. Just like me, so my plan was to be king and for them to be my servants." Izana confessed proudly. "There's something wrong with you. I know orphanages are horrible, but why create a delinquent gang? Do you get anything out of this?" Rue asked with frustration and curiosity. Izana smirked at Rue with a knowing gaze telling him that this isn't the place to share secrets.

"I know a quiet bar along the way, why don't we go there and chat? I'm curious to know your secrets." Izana confessed cockily and began walking away. Rue stared at Izana's figure silently and caught up to him with a huff. "So are you single?" Izana asked with mischief laced in his voice. "No, I'm married to myself." Rue confessed sarcastically causing Izana to blush. "That's a good one... But I'm serious, dead serious." Izana confessed darkly with obsession shining through his eyes. Rue stopped in his tracks and stared at the small building that radiated booze and drunks. "Let's go inside and indulge with each other. Deal?" Rue asked with a brow raised causing Izana to give in. The duo walked in the bar and the smell of cigarettes lingered in the air and the disgusting smell of booze made Rue look around in disgust. "I'm not judging. I'm definitely not judging." Rue murmured to himself as Izana stared at him with interest. "So now that I have you all to myself, tell me all about you." Izana asked with mischief in which Rue rolled his eyes with annoyance. "Hmm, okay so where do I begin? Oh, I was born a very long time ago in a village and had a horrible dad who abused me every day physically and mentally, I had a wonderful relationship with my mom who loved me more than my evil dad. He killed me at nighttime when I was still fast asleep. And the disgusting part of it is that he sold my body parts to very bad people. Sorry! I don't want to say more stuff!" Rue exclaimed anxiously as Izana stared deeply into Rue's eyes with love and sadness. "You didn't deserve to go through all that pain and suffering. And I'm also reincarnated to say the least. I felt a connection to you almost as if we're kindred spirits. Those teens want to build a better future for themselves... It breaks my heart knowing that something bad could happen to them at any given moment." Izana confessed with sadness and despair laced in his voice.

*Ping! "Sorry, that must be Darkness. He's a friend." Rue confessed sarcastically as he looked at the texts.

*Text message from Darkness*

Rue, Where are you? You've been gone for awhile! Are you safe??

I'm losing my patience...

"I'm fine, Darkness. And did my talk with you the other day mean nothing to you? I'm on my way, I can sense some tension forming between us. Bye.

*End of text*

Rue sighed with annoyance and with a pissed off expression plastered on his face. "Are you okay?" Izana asked alarmed. "I'm fine, but I have to go now. Bye dove." Rue confessed truthfully and blew a kiss at a Izana who blushed intensely.

There's tension going on with Rue and Darkness. And Izana was delighted to be with someone similar to him, but will things get better? Or worse? Episode three will take some time to be released. Rue was staring at Darkness with a mixture of confusion and annoyance. Darkness took in a deep breath and exhaled, "Rue, I understand that you look pissed off right now but... What I'm about to say is important." Darkness confessed nervously. Rue tilted his head and looked deeply at Darkness. "Then tell me." Rue murmured curtly. "I'm crazy about you, Rue! The way you look after my kids... I love you!" Darkness exclaimed excitedly with red hues on his cheeks. Rue gaped at Darkness with utter shock and anxiety, this was not bound to happen! "Darkness... I honestly don't even know what to say to you but are you on drugs? I'm not ready to commit myself to somebody! I literally had an obsessed freak who happens to be Shadow, and now I befriended somebody to sees himself as a high and mighty king of Japan! I can't do this right now..." Rue exclaimed angrily as he stormed out of the house with a dangerous aura around him.

With Izana~

"You're telling me that someone destroyed your bike? And that your desperate for a new one?" Izana asked with amusement. The teen frantically nods his head with wide eyes. "Yes please! I can take very good care of it, boss." The teen exclaimed with desperation laced in his voice. "You're naive. Money doesn't grow on trees, didn't your parents ever tell you that?" Izana remarked smartly at the young man in front of him who flinched. "They did... I'm sorry Izana. I won't cause trouble again!" The teen exclaimed apologetic and with anxiety laced in his voice. Izana nodded his head slowly in acceptance and left the young boy, Izana felt lonely for an odd reason. He wondered where Rue could be right now as he was flustered by his appearance. "That man does things to me without even realizing it. He's mine." Izana confessed greedily with his purple eyes twinkling.

With Rue~

I was following the fireflies that were tugging on my long hair strands leading me to a fountain that was glowing. I knew what they wanted me do here, they were taking me back to the afterlife, something must be going on there. "You want me to fall into the fountain now?" Rue asked the fireflies which they frantically flew around Rue with excitement. "Okay..." Rue murmured as he turned around, and his four eyes rolled to the back of his head as his body went limp and fell into the fountain. A menacing figure watched the action and looked down at the fountain seeing nobody in particular. "Mph." The figure grumbled and left. Rue hastily opened his eyes and stood up as a voice was heard behind him. "Ara? What is a thing like you doing around here?" The person asked rudely which Rue ignored. "None of you're damn business. I go where I want, and I talk to whom I want." Rue remarked with cockiness that he did not regret using. The stranger rolled his eyes and crossed his arms arrogantly, he wasn't planning on leaving anytime soon. "Well good luck to whatever you're trying to accomplish, goodbye." Rue saluted as he went deeper into the city he saw the aggressive leader not so long ago.

With Izana~

"What do you mean that you can't track Rue?! He couldn't have disappeared into thin air you moron!" Izana exclaimed angrily as his fists were clenched. "I'm sorry! Maybe he went out of the city? To see a relative or something?" The detective exclaimed nervously and gulp at the deadly aura surrounding him. "Your completely useless! Scram!!" Izana exclaimed angrily while watching the detective run away in fear. "What is happening to me?" Izana murmured to himself as he looked down sadly.

With Darkness~

I can't believe I messed up my friendship with Rue, and by confessing my true inner feelings to him! I'm a literal imbecile. "I'm back." A familiar voice remarked from the living room. "Rue? Is that you?!" Darkness exclaimed with shock and anxiety. "Yes it's me. I was needed somewhere and did something bad. I killed the leader who messed everything up in the afterlife. I don't regret what I've done." Rue confessed sternly with his eyes sharp. "I don't recall you ever telling me about him? And I want to apologize about earlier..." Darkness confessed sadly with desperation shown in his irises. Rue stared deeply at Darkness with hesitation and doubt, this was becoming to complicated to deal with, and Izana... "I love you too, but as a friend. You still need to tell me about the mother of your kids. I'll always be with you." Rue confessed warmly with fondness laced in his voice. Before Darkness could speak, Rue vanished into thin leaving Darkness in a daze.

Rue found himself at Izana's hideout where he had something to do there. "Knock!" Rue exclaimed as he banged his fists against the door loudly as he heard complaints from the inside. "Are you crazy?!" Izana exclaimed angrily, but then it disappeared once his orchard eyes landed on Rue. "Where on earth were you?..." Izana asked sadly as he embraced Rue with his strong yet lean arms. Rue heard sobs and looked down at the sobbing boy with compassion. "I love you too." Rue confessed happily with a closed eye smile. Izana gasped in shock and eternal joy graced him like an embrace, "I love you forever!!!" Izana exclaimed with joy and love laced in his voice.

~Izana finally has the love of his life in his embrace, but somebody wants trouble and fast. Next chapter will show Izana's backstory and how he knew Rue.
