Everyone knows how important it is to have a good working environment. Starting from many things such as a flexible schedule, good relations hips with coworkers, and ending with a safe working environment. All of these as well as many other factors, have an impact on productivity and quality of work. But, one of the most important factors is having a good boss or manager. Most people would agree that bosses are some of the most difficult people to deal with: many of them are unfair to some and not to others, some are pretty demanding, and tend to delegate some of their own work on their employees. At the same time there are also those that are on their game with productivity, treating all employees equal, and are always eager to help an employee meet certain goals. There are numerous times that a boss may view an employee as a personal assistant or servant. Therefore, it is all in how they push a team of employees to get a task finished. A good boss can jump in and help get the job done on time and take in to consideration what each member is good at and not be demanding or criticize their efforts to complete the job.
