An li, just moved into her apartment and after unboxing everything she got tired and went to bed because she has an interview tomorrow morning.

The next morning An li woke up to her alarm that show 7am she got up and went straight to the bathroom to take a quick shower and brush her teeth.

Once she was done An li got ready for her interview, that starts at 9am she got dress in a white blouse with a dress pants. And pair it with flats she put her long black hair that reach her back into a ponytail.

An li went downstairs to make a quick breakfast and call for a taxi so she can go to her interview.

While An li wait for the taxi to arrive she got a phone call from her friend Ling Ling.

And ask if she went to her interview yet?

"An li reply saying she is waiting for her ride"

Ling Ling told An li to call her when she get the job?

" An li answer saying that she will call her back if she do get the job"

An li and Ling ling hang up the phone, while saying bye to each other.

An li got into the car and arrived at the company in time and went straight to the reception desk.

"what can I help you with" ?

I am here for my interview".

"Give me a second".

"Ok".

what is your name ms?

"my name is Lee An Li".

"Her name is Lee An li sir".

The employee call the president personal assistant and told him that "Lee An li " is here for the interview. When she hang up on the PA the lady told An li to wait because the president is in a important meeting.

After waiting for five minutes the president personnel assistant came down and introduce himself as "Zhao Wu Xun". So you are Lee An li correct when she heard him she quickly answer him "yes" ok then follow me to the president office.

An li followed the assistant to the president's office quietly.

To the top floor that the president is in then assistant Wu Xun, knocked on the door and told the president Lee An li is here for the interview, both heard a deep low "come in" so assistant Wu Xun open the door and told An li to go in.

While An li walked into the office and heard the door close she turn back and saw a tall figure looking out the window.

An li walk closer to the desk waiting for the president, while he turn and made eye contact with her he then told her to sit.

While sitting An li couldn't make eye contact with the president, due to the awkward silence between them.

She was shy and nervous that she doesn't know what to do, so she was looking at her hands that was fidgeting together.

I am president Wei Chen wu,

When An li heard his voice she immediately look up and saw him looking at her.

And what makes you interested in this position?

When she heard what he ask her "An li reply back saying she wants to take up on a challenge to see where her future will go to for a well known company".

President Chen wu ask her if she get this job when will she be available?

"As soon as possible"

Hearing this he told her that she will have to come in work earlier then him to make his coffee and organize files that he will need for his meetings.

Hearing that she doesn't understand what he just say but ask President Chen wu if she do get the job what will her position be?

"He answered back saying she is hired and told her to leave but before she left he told her you'll be".

" MY SECRETARY ".!!!

Before hearing the door close she froze thinking in her head "A SECRETARY!!!" in all her life she have never been a secretary and this is the first for An li. ( Is he strict on his workers. )

But even if it's strict what can she do it's a job and she isn't going to give it up, because she needs this job more then ever. What if she made a mistake on something and than the president found out she will get fire.

"Stupid An li all you have to do is not to make a mistake duh" telling herself. I wonder if he's the type to ever give second chance to his employees for making a small mistake.

While leaving the company An li text her friend Ling ling, "meet me at Shu Cafe".

"Ok I'll be there in 15 minutes"

An li text back to Ling ling saying, "okay", already at the cafe An li sat down at the spot that they always sit because they enjoy the view. While waiting for her order, she got her favorite jasmine oolong tea.

Looking out the window watching citizens walking and crossing the streets and side walk she decided to go on her phone browsing on the internet wanting to know more about President Chen wu.

What she found was that his father Wei Bai had him inherit the company at the age of 20 because his father retired, As time went by their company expand to three other country one at London, one at Japan and the other one at Paris.

Even though when he took over the company his father still goes there to check on things to see if everything went well.

She also found out that his father had been taking over since he was young, his grandfather his father dad wanted him to learn the family business.

An li, found a lot about President Chen and feels like she has known the him already, that's when she heard the door open and saw Ling ling coming towards her,

Ling ling "What are you doing An li"?

"Oh I'm browsing through the internet learning about the company and the President that i had a interview with earlier".

"So did you got the job An li" ling ling ask, "yes I did" hearing that Ling ling couldn't help but be so happy for her friend because knowing it she need the job.

Ling ling ask An li "So what is your job"

"I am going to be his secretary" when ling ling heard that she had her eye open wide.

Her friend just look at her and nod her head saying "well at least you got a job in a big company that so well known and you can pay off your debts".

The debts that Ling ling is talking about is the one when she went to college she couldn't pay it off.

"So how does the president look like"

"Well he is handsome with black hair, brown hazel eyes and he is tall maybe 6'3 with a straight pointed nose".

"But the way he look at me when i had the interview he was cold, and had an annoying look that it makes me nervous and want to run out of the office".

They spend a few more hour in the Cafe chatting until it was getting late so both said goodbye to each other went on their own way home.

When An li got back home she went to her room to change then to the kitchen to make something simple for dinner.

After dinner she almost forgot to call her parents about her interview today so she grab her cellphone to call her parents about the good news.

Her mom picked up saying "hello" hi mom I got good news, for you and father "what's the good news about but your father isn't home from work yet but will come back soon".

Well I got the job at this one "company" hearing that her mom got excited her mom ask An li ,what's your job going to be, "the president secretary of Wei company".

On the other side her mom froze just like ling ling did when she found out. Not hearing anything from her mom she call out to her but no answer meanwhile her dad came back and saw his wife froze in shock.

He ask his wife if she was ok she look at him nodding her head that she is while An li is still on the phone hearing her parents she called out again her father took the phone from his wife and answer for her instead.

"Hello An li", her dad said to her "hi father" what's wrong with your mother she is in shock "sigh", just like ling ling well I told her about the job interview that i went today I got the job and being the president secretary at Wei company before hearing her father ask those questions like her mother did she told her father all at once so she doesn't have to answer.

Waiting for her father to say something he too went into shock, not hearing anything An li call out to her parents say "mom, dad are you guys OK what's wrong why are you guys not answering me" sighing "......coming back from the shock her mom took the phone and said we are

We are ok!!!

"Just that hearing what you told us was shocking that's all".

Thinking to herself well of course both of them will go into shock because she got into the company she too was shock and will be a secretary she's going to be a lot busy now and will she didn't think she was going to in and have a position where she's going to be close to the president.

An li look at the clock on her side table and it was 9pm so she told her mom that she gonna head to bed soon her mom and dad that came back from the shock told her " congratulations on getting the job " and they told her to make sure she call them so they know that her first day went good.

An li "Dont worry I'll make sure to call you guys " goodnight mom and dad love you guys, "love you too dear have a goodnight sleep both her parents say.

Her and her parents hung up the phone An li went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and charge her phone came back to put on her headphones on press play on her phone listening to music before going to sleep she remember to turn on the alarm set on 6am then slip into slumber.

Next morning An li woke up to her alarm got up went to her closet grab her clothes went to to the bathroom and took her clothes off got into the shower she took a 30 minute shower.

When she was done she went to brush her teeth, dry her hair, then comb her long black hair, and got dress in a white blouse with black pants she also put on her black flats she wants to be comfortable.

An li heard a "ding" on her phone and she went to her phone to check who message her it was her friend Ling ling telling to do her best on her first day at work.

An li sent her a message saying "I will and thanks" she press send drop her phone braid her hair, An li got up from the bed to her check herself in the mirror to make sure everything look ok took her phone again to call for a taxi.

She grabbed everything from her bed, her phone, house key and her purse then left her room went to the kitchen to make scramble eggs and put two bread on the toaster with a cup of tea.

Finishing her breakfast An li likes to listen to music while cleaning up even if it's to clean up her apartment or do the dishes.

Arriving at the company early An li went to check in the front desk looking at the woman she was the same one when she came in for her interview.

The woman "good morning".

Smiling at the woman An li reply "good morning I'm here for my first day at work today ".

"I'll let the president know that you are here give me a minute "

"ok and thank you "

Sitting behind his desk doing paperwork Chen wu heard his office phone ringing dropping his pen he picked up the phone " hello what is it I am busy speak quick " the receptionist i am sorry sir but ms. An li is here". Chen wu hung up the phone then buzzed for his PA ( personal assistant ) "hello Mr. President what do you need" go down and bring An li up," Wu xun yes sir".

An li is sitting waiting for the president PA because that's what the receptionist said, so here she is waiting wondering in her mind, she still can't believe it that she got this job and is here and being nervous doesn't help.

Xun wu came up to An li, " hello and good morning Ms. An li " good morning sir, "please call me Wu Xun but for now follow me to the president office he's waiting for you"

An li " oh ok ".

Upon arriving An li heart is beating fast and feel like it's going to burst out any second she don't know what to do, she feel like hiding because she remember her interview that day the way the president look at her its not something she will forget.

Chen wu is looking out the window like he always does into the view or more like into his thoughts waiting for his PA ( personal assistant) wu xun to bring An li up, in 15 minutes he heard a knock on the door knowing that it's his PA and An li he told them to come in.

Still standing he turned around to look at both of them "Wu xun you may leave now " bowing to the president wu xun turn around to leave before saying something to An li "good luck" she look at wu xun bowing to him and thank him for bring her up.

Chen wu is looking at An li " follow me " nodding her head she followed behind him but not too close, " this is your office when I need you pick up your phone that is on the desk"

" yes sir "

you can put your things here for now follow me back to my office so you can start your day.

Heading back to his office Chen wu went behind his desk to sit, then look at her and told her to sit down An li nod her head sitting across from him but not looking at him.

Look at me.... An li heard him say so she quickly look at him so he won't be angry, I want you to organize some documents for me i have a meeting at 10am and I need these documents soon...

"y-yes sir"

she tried not to stutter but Chen wu heard her "one more thing... I want you to go make 10 cup of coffee's for me at 9:30".

In An li's mind saying to herself she doesn't know where or what if she get lost and wonder off taking a deep breath she ask Chen wu, "Mr. President sir I don't know where the coffee maker is at" he buzz for a employee to have her come up to show An li where to make coffee for the meeting.

Once An li got back from her way of knowing where to make coffee at, Chen wu show An li how to organize the documents that he mentioned earlier. Making sure that each documents goes in order and not to mess it up.

Now heading back to her office An li started to organize the documents.

Looking at the documents An li knew that it is about herbs for healing wounds and for sick people, you can also make it into medicine, she feel like she know about it somewhere before, An li just don't know where though.

Now trying to focus on his work again, but is distracted by something on his desk Chen wu grabbed the picture and look at it.

Decided to go back to what he was doing he place the picture back to continue his work so he can do the meeting soon, there was a light knock on his door so instead not looking up he told that person to come in.

"Sir"....! ummm! i-i brought your documents that you had me organize for you.

You may leave it on the desk and you can leave "y-y sir" turning to leave she quickly made her way to the door but before opening it she heard him.

"Do you remember when I told you to make those coffees"

"yes sir I remember"

"good now go do what you have to do"

So she did what she was told to do An li turned around and out she went to make those coffees.

Chen wu Pov:

When she left my office and dropped off the documents I can't help but think she look so young and yet here she is working in my company, what is she doing in a place like this I need to know more about her.

Before my meeting start I had my PA look up on Lee An li for me. I greeted everyone, president's along with their personal assistant, to vice president's, and to Manger, and lastly my childhood friend Lei Chun He he's now a president.

"Long time no see Chen wu".

"Could say the same thing to you Chun he how are you".

"I am fine so let's start with the meeting" Chun he say.

"Yeah"...

Every one take a seat let's start with this meeting now. With everyone taking their seats chen wu was about to start when there was a knock.

"come in"

The person that came in was An li with the coffee's that chen wu requested. She quickly went in to give the guests their coffee, then Chen Wu.

Chen wu POV:

Looking at her bringing in the coffee's, I can tell that she was nervous just by taking a glance at her. She didn't know that I'll be having a lot of guests in this meeting.

And she like look she wants to run away now probably, because this room is full of guys only. Either she haven't been around guys a lot or she never had a boyfriend.
