In the middle of the night where even the dead falls asleep, a city covered with the scent of blood came upon, waking up the sleeping banshees.

A lone man carrying the weight of the world hurried to find his loved ones, beyond the piles of rubbles, he stood.

"Huff... Huff... Huff... Everyone!"

The young man shouted to find his blood, he kept at it no matter how much it attracts danger to him.

After a few attempts, a few voice kept echoing under the stream of the moonlight.

"Brother! We're all here!"

Hearing a familiar voice, the young man cried in relief.

"Hick... Thank you.. Thank you..."

As the distance between them grew closer and closer, the young man finally reunited with his family.

Upon their reunion, the young man immediately rushed to tell them something.

"Everyone I need you guys to listen carefully... there will be some people arriving at San City... A group of militia will be escorting all the survivors to safety and I want you guys to go there, it's only a day of distance from here"

Knowing him fully well, his family entrusted their lives to the weight of the words he uttered.

"Alright Brother Zeis, we shall all depart to the next City right now"

Zeis solemnly looked at his younger brother.

"Sorry Sai but I will be staying behind..."

One of his brothers replied.

"But why! Brother Zeis just come with us"

Zeis shook his head.

"Sorry but I'll be leaving everyone's safety to you Brother Khenli, Brother Thrix, and Brother James and lastly my younger brother Sai and Pete take good care of the two youngest sisters for me"

Zeis smiled as though he is prepared for what's to come.

"Brother.... Sob...Sob... Why... There's nothing for you to do here for you to stay here all alone..."

Seeing his youngest sister's plea, he now fully believes that he must protect everyone this time.

He left out a warm smile and spoke.

"Trust me, I'll follow soon after, okay? I promise you after this is all over we'll eat chicken stew together with all our family"

The youngest sister spoke.

"You promise?"

Zeis smiled again for one last time.

"Yes, I promise"

He now resolved himself and spoke to the five families.

"Everyone must go into different routes I'll give you each a map just follow the directions I have instructed here, I have already marked it with my blood and no matter what don't gather into one large group before arriving to this location since it will be dangerous if all of you encounter a monster altogether... Now go! May luck be with all of you!"

After discussing the plan they all said their farewell and goodbyes to Zeis and started running towards different routes heading towards to the San City.

As he bid his own family's goodbye, he walked around the ruined city under the basked of the moonlight.

Before arriving at the center of the city, Zeis faced multiple alien beast that have taken the form of the corrupted plants and animals.

Zeis wasn't even fazed at all when facing numerous beasts and have completely subjugated them using his Unique Art's technique.

"Rise, the sword of immemorial"

A unique warm light of the morning sun came rushing into his right hand.

"PLEIADES!"

Shouting its name, a sword made of the first dew of light came about.

Zeis strongly held onto it and came rushing towards the enemies that awaits him.

The closer he gets to the city Square, more alien beasts kept swarming at him.

Though with his skills, his opponents weren't even a match for him at all, no matter how powerful his skills are though, it will always have its own limitations.

With the blood of alien beasts as his pathway, Zeis finally arrived at the center of the city, there he sat down at the cold stone bench as he holds his weapon on top the ground.

A full hour has passed.

"They're here it seems"

The sky atop the center of Ferlan City started to emit a crackling sound.

Along with a thunderous sound of lightning raining down the ruined city, a storm sprouted with cause unknown.

When the storm finally subsided, the clouds began to emit an evil aura as it strikes a purplish lightning below ground. Zeis just watched there as the purplish lightning came hammering down at the same spot, which is just a few meters in front of him.

The gathered lightning kept revibrating midair, then a moment later, a crack soon appeared, and it began to kept getting bigger, and bigger every second.

At some point a foot came out of the crack, and its the foot of a demon general known as Calypse, ranking first in the Devildom, and the right-hand man of the current Demon King.

[Ahahaha!! Finally!! This world shall know what true might is!!]

The demon general spoke in the words of the demons which cannot be understood by humans.

[You're finally here demon...it took you quite a while to descend into this world... I wonder why the demon's who promised to not set foot onto this realm is here right now?]

Zeis spoke to the demon general Calypse in the words of the Devildom.

Calypse was quite surprised to see a human speaking their language.

[Ahahaha! What an interesting human! As for that treaty! It has nothing to do with the new Demon King!]

About a millennium before civilization started progressing as to what it is now, there was a war between all race's. After a long year of war, a sage came between the never ending fights and declared that everyone will not interfere with each kingdom. The records even in the most ancient library in the current civilization only holds a bit of information about the war and the sage who declared peace upon the entire world riddled with endless fighting.

Zeis coldly glared at Calypse and spoke.

[Demon General Calypse... The 4th generation General of the famous Farhan household... Tell me... Is your kind declaring war towards me?]

Calypse eyes widened that he started mumbling to himself.

'How'd this human know who I am and the information regarding my birth and household..'

[Human! Tell me your name! Do so and I Calypse shall let you die peacefully!]

Zeis slowly walked towards Calypse.

[I'm just an insignificant human... there's no point in knowing who I am]

Zeis grinned upon answering the demon's question.

Hearing Zeis's answer, Calypse took the large axe from his back and pointed it towards him.

[Human! Answer me! Who are you?!]

Zeis didn't bother answering his questions and instead looked up to the sky and shouted.

[Demon King! Order your soldiers to retreat at once! And I shall forget this transgression never happened!]

Clouds started gathering at the center and a giant eyeball came out.

[Mortal! I am the Current Demon King, My name is Theor van Nelheim! To whom am I talking to right now?]

Zeis mumbled to himself.

Inside Zeis's consciousness.

As Zeis kept on walking towards the darkness in his mind, a shadow appeared walking towards him.

When the two walked beside each other, the unknown being spoke.

(No worries other me, I'll handle things from here)

Zeis then walked along towards the darkness whilst the being who came out of the darkness emerged itself towards the light.

After Zeis mumbled this words the surrounding air drastically changes, the world around Zeis stopped momentarily, his hair completely turned silver platinum.

Zeis turned into someone comparable to a godlike being with a short shining platinum hair and emerald like eyes with a physique that is comparable to the hardest material in existence, like a completely different being from the mortal he once were.

After he spoke of his true name the Demon King and everyone around the entire planet felt the pressure of his words and presence including something else entirely different to what they are supposed to be.

Currently, in the Devildom.

The Demon King started shaking and profusely breaking out in cold sweat.

Back to the City Square.

[Indeed I am, so tell me why have you started to break the oath that your ancestors swore?... Demon King Theor?]

Hearing his words, Theor immediately descended into the realm where the Humans reside.

After his descent, he then kneeled down and apologized along with the entirety of the Devildom including his General Calypse who is standing behind him.

[My apologies, Great Sage, we are also in a tight spot as we speak... So I didn't have a choice but to break the non-aggression treaty to save my people]

Zeis looked at Theor and saw that he speaks of only the truth.

[Demon King Theor... Tell me... Who's threatening you and your people?]

Theor felt that it is safe to tell him the name of his enemies.

[Great Sage, do you still remember how the war begun?... It was only for a moment that my loving Father suddenly declared war unto the entire different races... And a moment after that... Every leader of the different races have also declared war to each other as well]

Upon hearing his words he knew that it was "THEM".

[So... They have started to move yet again...]

Zeis's expression turned cold, and he knows how lethal "THEIR" existence were.

He then looked at the young demon king.

With a warm smile he said.

[Theor, I want you to talk with the other leaders as well and prioritize controlling the current problem... As for me... I'll buy the world some "Time" to grow stronger and independent... Since the world has already sensed my presence, the others should know as well]

The Demon King pondered if this is really the only choice they have.

Seeing the steel resolve of Zeis, he then solemnly smiled and looked at the magnificent state of the realm's savior.
