making no angel go over hell and no demon come over heaven
but that one day at Reconcile festival that barrier losses its effects
at that day the angels and demons both meet in the Reconcile palace going through the barrier
Even meeting eachothers they are always hostile towards eachothers and just meets to follow the agreement and nothing else
