"Why??? why do you have to do like this?? "

There were sobbing sounds in the room.

"Look at your self and me. Tell me, do you really deserves someone like me? "

"wha-what? "

"Can't you understand what he said you nerd, Full of intelligence? huh?

He couldn't bear it any more. He ran out of the room leaving the cheating couple behind. The girl who was clinging on the strong man's chest had a smirk on her face. On the other hand the strong man had a dissapointed face.

"Honey, what happened? Don't you like it? Now, we will able to be together. " The lady said it with a smile. Behind her smile she was hiding a mockering face.

Next Day

"Wha-what are you saying?? Ho-how can this be.. "

"I... I... won't believe it.. You are lying... "

The strong man from yesterday was already gone. What left was only a soul less body. His all strength had been drift apart.

"Ho-How can he die... I.. i... saw him yesterday too... I... i won't believe.. "

He was already on the floor not wanting to believe what he just heard.

"You have to believe it brother".

He looked above to see his younger brother coming near to him.

" Didn't I said brother... if you don't love him or wanna leave him call me... I will look after him... Now.. now... he is dead.. Are you happy brother? isn't it what you wanted?... "

The other strong man also been in tears. But he wiped his eyes and stood straight.

"It's too late brother... It's too late to regret.. I won't forgive you brother... For what you did to him... I will not let go of any kind of chances to make you fall from grace."

What will happen when a mafia fall in love with a nerd? can you imagine?

He have been a complete nerd since he was born. Because whenever he could he have been reading or writing something since he learn how to read or right.

Maybe he never had a love life nor friends. It isn't because he looks bad or isn't good at making people like him, it was because he want to shut himself from others.

On the other hand, our mafia had been having a cold expression since he was in mafia. At age of 10 he killed someone at first and got in to the mafia underworld.

The two of them where in two side of the same coin. They couldn't even think how can they be together. But everything turned around one eighty degree and they fall for each other. They have been happy with what they had and satisfied with those who were always with them. But....

As in every stories, third party came in which made the mafia to look down on the nerd. He thought being with nerd is pathetic. How can someone as good can be with him? A total freak? He doesn't even start to talk to anyone else. And the mafia doesn't wanted to let others think he is with a nerd.

Michael's Pov

"Uff... it was a really stressing day... How much that annoying guy can talk. If it wasn't for uncle Lu, I would have rather killed that guy"

I was coming back from a meeting of shareholders. It wasn't that much serious yet another nagging of some of those oldies.

It was really frustrating... That my car got stuck in the traffic jam. I had promised my little bro that I personally will go to fetch him from school today. But it's already late.

I was looking out of the car window, I suddenly saw someone familiar. One kid was bending down and caring a little kitty and giving it some biscuits or something.

"Ah! now I remember... I saw this kid at my little brother's school. He was awarded as top in their class. He looks like younger than my brother. But actually two grades up than him. It's really interesting to see him here. "

I clicked a pic of that boy. I don't know why.. But I felt... Knowing him more will be somehow interesting.

"Ben, I have send you a pic. I want the full details of that kid. "

I sent the picture to my assistant Ben and called him telling I want that kid's info. I can't say kid as he is going to start studying in college next year. But still... He is a kid to me. After all I am already 25.

The car set off as the traffic jam had cleared. But I wanted to see him for more time.

We reached the school. I saw my Lil brother waiting for me at the gate with a darkened and pouty lips. As soon as I went near I just scot down begging him for mercy.

"I don't want to hear your explanations brother. It's been half an hour I begin to wait for you. And here you are coming too late. "

He said it with an angry face. I can't do anything about it at all. So, I just surrender myself and said.

"Ask me whatever you want. I will give you"

"Are you sure brother?? " His eyes were literally glittering while he asked me this. I just chuckled and nodded my head.

He dragged me towards the car and asked the driver to drove C city. I was really surprised to see him like this. And I have my doubts. Did this kid actually planned it all?

I was looking at him with suspicious eyes. But he was really excited, so I just sighed and smiled looking at him.

"Are you sure? you want this? " I was really shocked the shop he chose... Like really??

"Yes brother! " He said it with a smile. And I am more and more shocked to hear him. Like the one who hated to study... Just took a library to come? Huh? Really??

Whatever! I don't care. If it's what he wanted I will just play along. After all he is my only family.

Inside the library

"Can I get the book named 'The Vanishing Half' written by 'Brit Bennett' asked Matthew to the librarian and the librarian went to take the book.

"Hey Matthew, my dear brother how do you know the names of the books? " his older brother asked him in surprise.

"I don't know about other books. But this one is Julian's favorite one. " *smiles like an idiot*

Looks like my brother have became a total idiot. I should stay away from him so I won't get his disease. Thinking this Michael move away from Matthew.

"What happened Brother? " Matthew asked as he saw his brother stood away from him.

Julian's POV

*It was really tiring today as that Matthew guy didn't let me be peaceful today too. I don't even know why does he always follows me wherever I go. *deep sigh**

"*Julian come down for dinner" . My mom called me for dinner so I went downstairs.

Again, dad is late. He is always late. I don't know where does he goes everyday. My poor mom she is really pitiful. Even though my dad has a job, he won't go. This made my mom to go to work. It's really hard for a fragile lady like my mom. But what can I do? I'm still a burden. That's why I wanted to study hard and get a job quickly. My mom won't let me go for part-time jobs because she doesn't want to disturb my studies. However I tried to pursue her, she won't agree.

Next Day

Michael was driving the car toward the school so he could drop his younger brother to his school.

"Brother... Brother.. Stop the car.. stop the car" Matthew screamed looking outside and Michael did as he said.

"What happened? " Michael asked Matthew in panick as he was scared if anything happened to him. While Matthew hurriedly went outside the car. Next scene was Matthew dragging a boy inside the car.

"Can you stop pestering me Matthew" the boy said attracting Michael's attention.

Michael looked at the boy through the car glass and found out it was an ordinary boy who had his hair middle parted and had a big ugly glasses in his face.

"Julian, why can't you be little bit good to me? I really like you. Date me na? " Matthew was saying while both Julian and Michael had WTF look on.

"Matthew do your eyes got any problem? huh? If not, look at yourself in the mirror and then look at me. You still think I will be good for you? " Julian asked with a serious face on.

"So, you think I am not handsome enough for you? I will work harder to be good. Please please... give me one chance. " Matthew was pleading as he said this.

"Are you serious? huh? Not you, I'm the one who isn't a match for you " Julian opened the car saying this. Matthew hugged Julian tightly and closed the door.

"Brother start the car... FAST.. FAST.. " Matthew begin to scream as Michael start the car and drove off.
