Epilogue

" Hey, are you dead" a husky voice from an old man,

As far he remembers there's a group of Mafia members who are chasing him. Their co-mafia the Black Eagle and while they were on a transaction in their client they betrayed his group the Lion's Fang and he did not predict what will happen and he shot by a pistol in the left side of his womb, he tried to get away from them as far as he could however he felt he losses a lot of blood that make him dizzy, he fell from a forest that he do not know. He hears someone's foot step closer to him. He hears what he asked and tries to answer but he can't speak louder. He knows this guy is not with those guys who are chasing him.

"Help me", with a tiny voice he tries to speak louder but he loses his strength.

" I can't hear you." an old man replied he came closer and put his ear closer to him and asked him to repeat what he said.

" H---h--e--l--p m--e" he repeats again with a tiny voice and this time he knows the old man already understands what he is asking for.

The old man put him in a wood cart along with firewood and pushed. That is all he remembers. He is now finally awake he felt a sudden pain on his left wound caused by the shot. It was bandaged by an old cloth it seems that the old man managed to rescue him in a brink of death. He tried to sit and check the place it's a little hut and nobody there seems like the old man left him.

"You're finally awake" the old man said who had just arrived.

"How's your wound?" he asked again.

" Thank you for your help and for that, I will grant anything you want as far as money is involved" he replied.

The Old man looked at him in dismay but later on he smirked at him.

"Young man, do you know what you are asking for?" the old man replied.

" Yes!" he answered with a straight face. He knows what he is doing he does not want a debt with anyone he has pride, he is Don Lucas De Silva known as a leader of a powerful and fearless group of Mafia, a brutal and very rich businessman in the age of late twenties.

The old man stared at him for a minute it seems that he was trying to read what's on his mind after a long pause the old man replied.

" Ok, I do understand what you're trying to say. Based on your things you are not just a simple person. I believe you. You do not want a debt from me. If that's what you want. Let's have a deal." an old man replied.

He left the room afterward and came back with a pen and paper. He showed the paper to him with an old photo of a highschool girl.

"This is what I ask for, this is my grand daughter,she is an orphan, I just want her safety and happiness in life, could you promise me that?" with a sincerity in his eyes.

" Yes!, I can assure you her future and everything that's all?" he answered.

The old man smiled and said.

" That is my precious grand daughter, I can't ask for anything other than her happiness" he wrote it on the paper and put his signature along with his name.

"Now you can put your name or nickname if you don't want me to know who you are" the old man said while giving him the paper. He put his alias (nickname) along with his signature. He gave back the paper to him but the old man gave it to him and said.

" Her name is Adelien, I feel you're a man of word, you will keep our deal, I trust my grand daughter to you and the return I will keep my mouth shut no one will know your existence here and you can go once you heal" he felt a loving grandfather he is a brutal man. No weakness, no fears but this man touches his heart on how this man loves his granddaughter.

That night he left the small hut and safely went back to his group. This time he will ensure those who betrayed his group will get what they deserve. They will get their brutal death.

"Grandpa, if you're still alive. I hope you will be proud of me. I just graduated from Senior High and I'm applying to University." while crying in front of her grandfather's tomb. She still remembers the day when her grandfather passed away the reason behind was caused by bumping into a raging car. It's as if on purpose to hit her grandfather and the driver ran away in that accident he didn't check her grandfather if he was still alive. If only the driver could help him and bring him to the nearest hospital then maybe her grandfather is still alive at this moment and watched her going up on the stage to get her Certificate as she graduated in Senior High. This thought made her cry even more. If only she thought at that time. She did survive at High School with the help of an unknown person.

She still remembers there is someone who attended her grandfather's burial. A man with a suit. He did talk to her and give her a piece of paper. She saw his grandfather's name attached with his signature: a letter and a bank book. When she opens it her eyes grow up. She didn't want to take it but on the paper the letter said" Just take what they gave you, it's from me even though I'm gone remember I'm always with you. Get what they give, it is for your future and reach what you want to be. Grandpa is always proud of you. I will always love you my little granddaughter." After reading his letter the tears flow away in her face that she can't even know when to stop. Her heart aches to think that her grandfather secured her future before it passed away. She took the bank book and asked the man in the suit. He can't recognise the face of the man cause it's wearing shade and facemask.

" How are you related to my grandpa" she asked.

" Were just old acquaintances , I just paid my long debt to him" the man replied with a cold voice.

" What is that? How can my grandfather have this lot of money?" she asked again out of curiosity cause she knows that her grandfather's only source of living is to sell firewood in town.

" Do not ask for more, all I can say: A debt I paid is not worth any amount of money but that is only his request, I'll just fulfill what we talked about" A man replied and turned away. Before he left. There is a last word he said.

" Be aware of who you trust, someday you will know everything and if the time comes you're in danger , there somebody will do everything to make you safe" a warm voice full of sincerity.

In her mind those words make her reassure that she will be safe anywhere, anytime. The voice coming from him gives warmth to her heart and makes her feel safe even though she doesn't know the person behind.

 " Please let me go," she shouted the best that she could while her hands were handicaffed at the back of her body. She was walking down the street going back to her dorm after taking her part time at one of the coffee shops near her school when somebody approached her on her back and blindfolded her eyes and handicaffed her hand. She knows she was kidnapped. She shouted loudly as she could but after shouting to get help her mouth was covered by a handkerchief and she did not know what comes next.

She opens her eyes, she is laying in a king size bed, she rolls her eyes , she's in a luxury room,she knows she was in an unfamiliar place. It's like a master bedroom of some rich identity. She was trembling with fear but she needed to calm herself to think how to escape in that place. She heard the doors open and she closed her eyes like she was still sleeping. While closing her eyes she felt there was someone staring at her face. She controlled herself to see who the guy was, who has the guts to kidnap her and she remembers the guy on her grandfather's burial told her that she will be safe anywhere. It seems it's just an stupid promise because where she is now, she was kidnapped and that man didn't show up to rescue her.

Somebody took her hand, the hand was big and it's cold, she knows that the hand who held her was from a man. She wants to take her hand however since she's faking her sleep she couldn't do, she needs to continue what she's doing now for her own safety. She needed to observe what the guy must do to her while she was sleeping. Afterward, the man let go of her hand , and she tries to sneak what's going on. She saw a big broad shoulder back of the man wearing suit while holding a phone.

" Do not do anything, wait for me. I'll be the one to punish that stupid guy, I'll make his life miserable, he will be tortured until he plauded to end his own life." the man said on the phone with a deep tone of voice. After hearing that, she was trembling with fear, she knew right away that she was in a dangerous place. This guy is so brutal and cruel.

After an hour the guy didn't do anything at her or in the room. He just stared at her and left. The time that he left she was relieved, she was very afraid at that moment, she couldn't even move or try to sneak again. She opens her eyes trying to check if she can escape in that room , she needs to get out of that place as soon as possible. She looked around in her dismay, there was no other source of exit other than in a door. She saw a big curtain from ceiling to floor on her dismay when she checked it, it's a glass there is no window and the room was fully airconditioned. She sneaks if she can see the outside, it's tinted but still she can see it. She saw a wide backyard and parking space there were a lot of cars and also there was a man wearing a suit everywhere. The fear she felt got worse after she discovered what was outside of the room. The escape she is planning now seems impossible. She felt that there is really something wrong it's not an ordinary kidnap, it's not about money then What it is?
