Hey world, I love you. Is what you probably thought I would say right, well sorry to burst your bubble.

Oh, because I don't like this life of mine. I mean yes of course life has many ups and downs. But does mine have to be so boring, like I think I was given birth to in the wrong world. I deserve luxury, I deserve happiness, I deserve peace why? Because I am the great Erika, but here I am working and sweating under this hot sun as a delivery girl. Life truly is not Fair.

I don't like to socialize because it is too much stress like hello!! I am a young beautiful lady I deserve love and yet here I am working.

You know sometimes I just wish I would go to sleep and just wake up in a place where I don't have to work, I don't have to socialize, and I am earning dough, like money people. But it's not like that's going to happen I'm I right, or I'm I right. Also, one of the other reasons I'm so sure in this lifetime karma or something is out to get me is because of my boss. That something was namely my boss, like don't get me wrong the guy is handsome, tall, masculine you know got all those good traits going for him.

All good traits except one bad habit which is, her boss in a corner with one of the workers,his name Dan "hey beautiful, how about after your delivery we have some fun tonight", the girl in question, her name is Anna, she got issues with me, apparently I'm out to steal her man, impossible absolutely impossible. Anyway she replied "okay"giving some kind of triumphant look as if she got to the piñata first, and I get no candy. When in reality what she got is not candy but a public doormat in front of the mall.

Now let's get to the real ugly part, the part where I have to survive the hardships of the forest and prioritize my safety, he approaches. Who, the public doormat of course. Dan walks up to Erika and says, "Hey Erika I've been calling you, but the line keeps on telling me that this number doesn't exist". Of course everyone she tricked him, now she needs to think Of a cover-up story, so Erika says to Dan "Oh yeah!! I forgot to tell you I changed my sim and got a new phone". Dan says"ok then give me your new number" leans close "so we could go have fun later tonight, don't worry I especially saved the queens bed for only you and I".

This is my daily struggle for life every day, Erika thinking inwards "like there has been no green light only darkness, get the message you public property" she looks side wards to see the most popular girl at work Anna giving her such a passionate look of destruction, and she thinks to herself"I better close from work early today if not she will corner me in an alley and finally kill me this time, I need to get away from this annoying boss of mine alas I CAN'T LOSE MY JOB. SOMEONE HELP ME" Erika was in anguish, when she lost all hope and finally decided she would lose her part-time job as a college student, a savior came to her rescue. It Marsha, the boss lady and Dan's mom, she said"Erika darling, I have some deliveries for you after you're done with them your can just go straight home". Erika immediately pushes Dan and runs away, being happy that she could go straight home after her delivery gave her peace, momentarily bit remember guys there is always something that doesn't go your way, Erika forgot her phone in the locker room for the workers.

Meanwhile, Dan was getting pissed as Erika made her sweet departure, he says to his mother "mom, why did you do that? We were having an important discussion" Marsha raises an eyebrow up and says to her son "Dan would it kill you to leave Erika alone she doesn't want you or need you, please for one moment can you just stop chasing anything that seems to be a female, it doesn't even have to be human with the way you're going, Dan would you just grow up, you are twenty-four, and she is just eighteen. Would you please!!! Give it a rest".

Dan gets angry and leaves, his mother sighs and leaves as well. The entire shop is tense, and I'm sure you know what happens next? It's time for gossip. At last Erika finished her deliveries and wanted to go home because it was already like seven o'clock in the night,, but then she realizes she forgot her phone. So she goes back to work and goes into the locker room and gets her phone but something seems strange to her, because last time she checked the shop is supposed to be closed.

But she had a big pain in the neck coming up, Anna appeared out of nowhere with her possy mai and Stella and she knew she was f*cked up. Well let me just fast forward a bit, after the beat down they take her into an alley and Anna says to her, in a whisper in her ear "you will always be a nobody and a creep, just because Dan and Mrs Marsha are pitying you, don't let it get to your head, you poor,unclassy and poor home trained girl".

Erika was going to keep quiet and take it after all antisocials don't like anything that would bring them attention because it's a pain. But you see Erika can take almost anything but do not insult her home training. Erika gets up and pounds on all of them. That faithful night they all went home bruised, Anna and her possy took a leave for a week while Erika could come to work the next day. So people we all know who the winner is.

On getting home, Erika was pissed she lost her appetite to eat what she bought, and her body was hurting. She took a bath and lay on her bed, thinking of how to mess Anna up and still look like the victim, with much determination in her eyes she decided she would mess that skirt of an Anna up.

Then she heard a deep masculine voice say"so she is the one we have been searching for" Erika spooked and asked "who is that?" and the voice says "we have finally found you my priestess". A light engulfed her and when she opened her eyes, she saw strange but handsome old men in a strange clothing and they all bowed down and said "welcome oh wise one". Erika expression went from determined to get her much deserved revenge to what the hopping'john you just say.

Erika a young lady who was ready to venture out into the world but not literally go to another different world entirely. Erika was transported to another world, she looked around and saw a bunch of male figures standing all around her, and she was in a giant, luxurious, and sacred looking bath. She could not see the faces of the men only their figures.

She then hears a man's voice, and he says" truly her soul is so pure and beautiful, truly fit to be our priestess. But why is she not saying anything?" he turns and looks to the others and says in a menacing tone "I hope you people did not mess up and do something to her during the summoning". They all shivered and said" they Cross-checked everything before summoning, sire please with all due respect ask the priestess some questions".

He turned to look at Erika, by the way while all this was happening Erika didn't her nothing because all that was going through her head at that moment was"oh My God!!!! Where am I? , who am l?, ok wait I'm panicking too much I mean I know who I am. So bottom line here is, WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON". She said in a whisper" wait up, did Anna actually send people to kidnap me while I was asleep, she really is crazy, when I wake up I'm going to quit my job because it's not worth my life. But I don't remember falling asleep, what is going on?" .

She goes from panicking to actually thinking rationally, with her hand placed on her Chin she thinks internally" ok if this is a dream why does it feel so real" alas while she was pondering on this, the surrounding light started to deem meaning she's could now see the faces of the people surrounding her, but before she could take a good look she already saw one of them were approaching her. It was the sire, now this sire in question, who is he?, don't worry I got you guys.

The sire is the king of the kingdom of Astrae, he is a middle-aged man around 35 years old, he is strong and a widower. And here is the most epic part of it, he is a wolf. So imagine Erika's reaction when she saw him. . . . She laughed out loud, lol. And she said "WOW, my condition is worse than I thought, so because of recent I have been reading books and novels about Demi humans and what not I'm now dreaming of one, puhahahahaha (snort)" she laughed to the point it was inaudible.

The bunch were in awe. All but the sire, his name, Raphael Rowe. He approached her and said on one knee "I know you are in disbelief and confused now great one, but soon you shall understand and fulfill your destiny. Erika paused and said" enough, please just get me out of here, this is too much I need to leave". Erika touching any and everything she sees and presses a button which lets out fire magic, and it burned her a little. She exclaimed" owwww!! sshhh!! ahhh". The people immediately rush over and start to tend to her, Raphael rushes over and says"is it serious" and one of the men reply"no, it's just a minor burn I'll heal it now".

All this was happening and Erika said"wait that actually hurt and the heat feels real, impossible this has to be a joke" she turns to the one beside herself and asks" where is this? And how did I get here? Is this reality?" the young man is intimidated android thinks to himself"so this is the power of the priestess, scary". Raphael cuts in and says"I know you have a lot of questions, and you are confused, probably you don't even believe this is real", Erika raises an eyebrow with the gesture"you think genius ". He feels a little degraded, * coughs* I will answer all your questions, but please let them tend to your wounds first" Raphael says with a worried look, so Erika agrees. The young man approaches and places his hands on top of Erika's, Erika is creeped out, but just then she saw a light emitting from his hands, her hand glowed, and the burn wound was gone. Erika officially said out loud" well I think I've seen enough now to do what long awaited for me". They all looked at her in confusion, Erika gets up from the floor dusts herself and goes back into the circle she was summoned in. Raphael and the rest stood in shock and all said with unity "please don't leave us we need your help". But Erika had a surprise for them, after they shouted they realized that she didn't move for a while, so they went to check on her to see that Erika had fainted. They all paused with disbelief for a few seconds and exclaimed "WHAAAAAT!!!!". On the other hand Raphael burst out in laughter "hahaha hahaha hahaha hahaha hahaha hahaha". All the people stood in awe because, the sire has never laughed since his wife died.

Raphael turns around and says" take her to her chambers" he calls on the maids and says "prepare a bath for her, food and a change of clothes, don't touch her until she awakens. Also lock the doors". A maid says "but sire she is the priestess, she is the highest power in all of Rutra continent" he looks at her and says "I know, but I feel she is quite different, so taking a few measures wouldn't hurt" and he leaves.

In a well ventilated and spacious and luxurious room was a princ-, nope I mean priestess sleeping oh so soundly. She awakes and stands up to see maids in front of her marveling at her beauty, she moves her mouth with a gesture to speak. The maids having expectation of what wise words she might say only to hear "you guys are too close, it's creepy, go away". One of the maids almost fainted in shock. After much arguing and effort she decides to take a bath, eat but when it came to dressing up, she looked at the dress then looked at the maids and asked in a disturbed manner "who designed this?". A maid named Emma replies "one of the best designers in the capital". Erika looked and said "I am not going to wear something so tasteless" the maids immediately apologized and pleaded. Erika was confused and told them to be calm. But she could see their faces that they were scared of her and decided to do something silly. She picked up the dress, carried a sewing kit and went crazy on it turning it into a mini Fla grown and wore tights inside.

Erika thought they would see the dress as so bad and laugh, just for her to look upon and see the maids look at her in admiration. She was confused. The maids approached her and said to her " oh my priestess we knew you were great but

You are amazing, oh my God, my priestess can you give us some tips". Erika has never had friends in her life so this was so overwhelming for her that she didn't realize when tears rolled down her cheeks. The maids thought to themselves "we are doomed, we made the priestess cry" . Erika saw their hopeless expressions and said to them "don't worry I will not hold you responsible, in fact this is the first time I'm saying this, but that was fun" Erika's smiled, and it filled the whole room, the maids were even blushing as they thought to themselves "she really is pure and beautiful".

A guard knocks at the door and says "sire is ready to see the priestess now" . The maids accompany her to the sire along with some guard, she turns to look at Emma and says "do you think I would run away" , Emma hooked, Erika just smiled and went alone with it. Soon they arrived at his chambers, the maids and guards were asked to stay outside. Raphael already planned a nice meal for them and his back was turned to Erika. Erika says "I have a question" , Raphael says "already?" Erika replies "how soundproof is this room?" and he says "if a bomb blew up in this room it would not be heard, only tremors would happen". Erika smiled, as Raphael turned back, he saw a murderous lady with her high heel trying to take his life. He quickly dodges and asks Erika to calm down. Just as Erika was about to land a blow on him, Raphael says "don't you want to go back?" Erika stops and says "talk".

Raphael says "before I explain that I need to show you something". Erika looks at him with suspicious eyes that say *I'm not following you nowhere* . Raphael sighs and says " if I wanted to kill you I could have done it a long time ago, so please can you stop being so suspicious and follow me. I promise to tell you all you need to know, deal?" . Erika agrees, so they go to the top of the castle and she asks "what are we doing on the roof?" whilst trying to hide her fear of heights. Raphael silently chuckles. He now says "does it look like an ordinary roof to you?, you don't see anything else?". Erika says"yes" , Raphael tells her to close her eyes, take a deep breath and think of the word*reality*. Raphael says"I know you think I'm weird, it's allowed but just do it and if you still see a roof I will leave you alone" . Erika does as he instructed, when she opened her eyes she was in shock, all she could say was"oh my God, what the flipping fish sticks. You have got to be kidding me" .

You know guys that Erika was shocked at what she saw, a sky as if engulfed in orange fierce flames, greens as far as the eyes can see, creatures of mystery those she has seen and those she hasn't. Erika thought to herself "dream or no dream it is things like this that truly make me happy. Erika turned around to look at Raphael with much excitement to go down and explore, just for her to see Raphael kneeling to her as a knight would to his queen, she then realizes the case at hand and asks "what are you doing?" . Raphael, "my priestess, when you arrived at the summoning all you could see was a dark and gloomy surrounding, am I right?" , Erika nods. She asks "how did it suddenly change?, what did you do?, is this a film trick?", Raphael confused, "film trick??, anyway you see that Erika was a trial", Erika, "trial??". Raphael explains" you see most from other worlds we have summoned, but non-proved to qualify for being our priestess we have been searching for, for the past century", Erika shocked and whispers "century!!?" . Raphael further says "we have waited a long time for your arrival Erika, now we have our priestess. Welcome home my priestess, the people are waiting for your rescue, the whole kingdom of Astrae needs you now the most", Erika "priestess? Home? Rescue people!? , what the heck is this crazy guy talking about? I don't understand shiii of what he just said. You know what I don't have to, I'll just look for an opportunity and make a run for it, yeah that sounds good". While Erika was thinking about all of this she forgot, she doesn't know how to go back, she doesn't know anyone here and at that point did not realize how much of a valuable figure she was, I mean you can't blame her imagine if you were in her shoes. But somebody was aware of this and that was Raphael. He smiled and said to Erika "that is a very brilliant plan you have there*whilst standing up* but you don't know this place, also right now your powers are weak, st this rate your training is going to be brutal for you that is". Erika was dumbfounded,"how did you know what I was thinki–", he replies" oh, your astras speaks volumes, it's too obvious", Erika finds herself confused once again*ever since I got into this world, I have never been so confused in my entire life*, she says to Raphael" what is this astras or whatever you call it?" , he replies"your astras is your spiritual being, your soul, your subconscious mind, it goes by many names Erika. And right now your is leaking out so is your life force, we need to start your training as soon as possible if not you might die at this rate, and we can't have that". Erika, "spiritual being??? , huuuh wait I have not been getting anything you have been saying and what is this about me dying".

Raphael shows her to a sit on the roof, at first she is reluctant to sit but is later convinced. Raphael continues" Astrae is a world of magic and possibilities, and you are it's guardian, I know you want to go back to your world, I know you want to go back to your family, butter we need your we are in serious danger and if nothing is done we will face extinction, actually more like destruction" * Raphael says this with a look beyond despair and his ears and tail shaking*. Erika didn't get what was going on, but she could tell it was awful, she asks Raphael"why me?, I'm sure there were others". He pulls himself together and says"indeed there were others but the future we saw with them was dark while the future we saw with you showed infinite possibilities, some were good, others not so good".

Erika said in a faint voice"so your just gonna trust a complete stranger with your lives all because you looked into some cube and it showed I was different. *she raises her voice* WHAT A LAUGH. ARE YOU SICK OR WHAT?" . Raphael was shocked at her sudden impulsive behavior, Erika says with rage" YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ME, WHAT IF I MESS THINGS UP? HUH!! , YOU SAID THAT THERE WERE POSSIBILITIES RIGHT, SOME GOOD OTHERS NOT SO GOOD. WHAT IF YOU GUYS TRUST ME AND I END UP KILLING YOU ALL. WILL YOU STILL CALL ME YOUR PRIESTESS OR WHATEVER *PANTING*" Raphael in awe. Erika, "you guys solve your own issues to yourself am out, return me back to earth at once " she walks out, back to her to room. When Raphael had realized that she had left, he said to himself in a low voice" if you really don't care that much

What was that pained look on your face for*sighs*, again I say your astras speaks volumes". Erika bursts open the doors to see the maids ease dropping, she walks past them without a care, they immediately follow. Emma was worried because the beauty they once admired looked so hurt and pale. ON reaching her room Erika says"I want to be alone" , the maids"but my priestess", Erika turns with a displeased look on her face, "don't you ever call me your priestess again, and I believe I said... LEAVE ME BE..." . Emma pulls the young maid back and says"as you wish". After they left, Erika broke down to the ground, she says shakily in a cracking voice"I know it's not Raphael's fault he just wants to protect his home, but that look on his face reminded me of myself 11 years ago, I was desperate for help and chose the wrong person for help.*people think I was poor, but it was My wrong choice that made me lose everything, my home, my warmth, .... my parents.

let's go back a bit, to 11 years ago, Erika's house or rather mansion, she was literally a young miss, butlers and maids at her disposal and classy parents too, so I mean you would expect their child to also be classy, but .... alas Erika was different, not cute, not sociable, hated studies and gowns , here instructors went savage. After Many tries her parents finally gave up, they lived their lives in happiness but of course change is constant be it good or bad. But this time it was bad her father went out on a business trip had an accident and died soon after her mom had been diagnosed with late stage cancer. Erika went from chirpy and troublesome to quiet and pale, all the maids and butlers worried about her but they knew they could do nothing too help for she would soon be an orphan. On a rainy day she came to visit her mother for the last time to see her foaming in her mouth, Erika panicked and went to get her mom's most trusted friend which was the doctor, her uncle also came. They were the only three in the room, Erika yanked at their clothes and told them to do something, they both started to laugh maniacally. Erika got scared just to hear her uncle and her mom's friend say "finally the poison is working, maybe we should have just killed her like her husband*her mom's friend approaches her mom and spits on her* you sl*t , you deserve it. Erika still didn't get what was going on until she put all the pieces together, her until always hated her, her mom's friend was always jealous of their family and property, when she put everything together she wept with anger and charged at the two and she bit both of them so hard they bled. They slam her to the wall and she loses consciousness. When she came to she was in her room, she looked out the window and what she saw left her traumatized. Erika ran down stairs to see people gathered around her mom's corpse, she couldn't even shed a tear. She asked in a cold voice to the maids and butlers " what about uncle and mom's friend?" , the butler crounched down and whispered to her "They got into a plain crash and both died and the properties meant for her were taken away by her dad's rivals in business. She had lost everything, truly like a lone wolf who had lost it's pack and pride, alone, sad and fragile. Erika thought to herself " if I had watched closely and not have asked them for help would it have been different" . She then says" well uncle and mom's friend, I guess karma is real after all and leaves their graves, of course after wishing her parents RIP. She left alone, wounded, betrayed, and sad. She somehow got through in life and earned a living at a young age. Which brings us to where she currently is now. OK let's good back to the present.

Erika fell asleep crying, only to feel as if someone was stroking her hair, she opened her eyes to see Emma was there. She was spooked and sprung up. She says"I thought I told you to leave", Emma, "indeed you did", Erika "so what are you doing here, leave NOW". Emma stands up to says "forgive me for my current actions", Erika confused. Emma walks towards Erika and hugs her, Erika tries to push her away, but it doesn't work, Emma then says "let it all out I am here for you, I won't leave even if you torture me, trust me and set yourself free". Upon hearing Emma say this in such a gentle tone, Erika could not help but break down once again but this time it was different, she felt relief.

After all that and Erika became calm, Emma once again explained the situation of Astrae to her. Erika cups herself up"but what if I'm not good enough?" , Emma but what if you are?". Emma holds Erika's hands,"believe in yourself and I shall believe in you as well" . Erika was touched, after much convincing, Erika finally steels her resolve and approaches Raphael. She then apologizes, Raphael looked at her and said"do you think that is enough?" , Erika thought to herself"of course not I know I said a lot of mean things to him, even for me that was a little much ", she now says out loud"I still have questions and I can't guarantee I won't bail if it gets too hard, and also I don't want to die yet. *she raises an eyebrow* hey so what I'm trying to say is that I'm willing to give it a try, but there will be changes. In other words I'm ready to be your priestess ". Erika looks at Raphael, and Raphael laughs out loud, he walks up to Erika,"I knew you were different and interesting" . With a mischievous wide grin on his face he says up close to Erika's face"well let's train until even in your sleep you are alert". Erika thought to herself"I think I just made a deal with a very cunning and dangerous man", she says"uhh, you know what right now I was joking, so goodbye ". Raphael grabs her and says"there is no escape ", Erika scared"I have a right, leave me ". He opens a door with torchlights lighting up the hallway, *looks to Erika and says*don't worry the walls are soundproof, you can scream in agony all you want, they won't hear you, of course you can also scream for help but the same result".

Erika"God save meeeeeeel!!!!!!!!". oh! what tortures do Raphael have in store for her, she thinks she made the wrong choice again, she thought"I should have never listened to Emma that this old dude was nice ".
